Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the effectiveness of the WBK predicate on improving the quality of public services at the Kemenkumham NTB. To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving public services to the community at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights NTB. The type of research used in this study was a qualitative research technique with a case study approach. In determining the informants in this study, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model (Interactic Model of Analysis). Improving the quality of public services at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights NTB has been running effectively. The Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of West Nusa Tenggara has implemented the Integrity Zone Development Towards WBK/WBBM since 2014, Ministry of Law and Human Rights officials received bribes in 2019. The service is not friendly, not timely, and acts of discrimination. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) at the Regional Office of the Kemenkumham NTB achieved a very good score with a score of 19.40 out of 20 targets that had been set. Supporting factors for the implementation of the six areas of change and service innovation such as BILLADU (Integrated Service Car). The inhibiting factors are the limited budget from the government and the Covid-19 pandemic. The Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights West Nusa Tenggara can continue to maintain the implementation of the six areas of change in improving the quality of public services to maintain the Corruption Free Area (WBK) Predicate every year and can immediately achieve The Predicate of the Clean Serving Bureaucratic Region (WBBM). It is hoped that the government will pay attention to the budget for agencies so that the quality of public services to the community can run effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to see the ability of officers in issuing small business licenses (UMK) at the Dungingi sub-district office in Gorontalo City. The focus of this research are the level of accuracy, responsibility, and work initiative. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data interview techniques used observation techniques, interviews, and secondary data recording. Under the type of research used, the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis techniques.The results showed that: research on the ability of officers in issuing micro and small business licenses at the place. The city which is seen from the aspect of the level of accuracy, responsibility, and work initiative is still lacking and has not supported the Micro and Small Business.The suggestion in this research is the need for the problems identified in this study, such as a lack of accuracy, less responsibility, and less work initiative from employees, which can be used as benchmarks or recommendations for improving work quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how the officer services in the distribution of clean water used a qualitative method with seven informants consisting of four men and three women. Based on the results of the research, the focus of reliability is going well. from the accuracy of officers in resolving customer complaints at PDAM Gorontalo City that officers have done well. Unfortunately, PDAM Gorontalo City still lacks tools for distributing water to Tanjung Kramat sub-district. The focus of responsiveness is not working optimally. the filing complaints customers must come directly to the PDAM Gorontalo City office. Then the tangible focus is that the physical appearance of the office building is relatively small, but PDAM Gorontalo City has provided efforts to provide a place that is comfortable and can accommodate services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the level of effectiveness of the Assistance Program for Micro Business Actors (BPUM) and to describe the impact after the administration of BPUM in increasing the income of micro entrepreneurs in Samarinda. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques used in this study include interviews, observations, and document research. The informant selection technique employed a purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed using Creswell analysis, where the collected data was reduced into certain patterns. From there, themes were categorized and interpreted based on the obtained schemes. The research focus on timeliness, cost calculation adjustments, goal accuracy, target accuracy, as well as the impact of the BPUM program on increasing the income of micro entrepreneurs in Samarinda City. The conclusion of this study is that the assistance provided to micro entrepreneurs in several sub-districts in Samarinda City can be considered effective in terms of timeliness, cost calculation, and achieving the intended goals. Those who received assistance were able to sustain their businesses, and after the implementation of BPUM, some business actors were able to survive. However, some businesses were unable to survive during the Covid-19 pandemic. Those who received assistance were able to maintain their efforts. In terms of increasing business income, it can be considered effective, as evidenced by the income growth observed. Regarding the increase in business assets, based on the responses from the business actors who participated in this study, the BPUM program did not have an impact on increasing the assets of micro business actors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer behavior in buying wine at the iFood company. Ifood is a Brazilian company that has a large market share in selling wine. The data used in this study is a secondary type of data derived from iFood Marketing Analytics available on Kaggle. Data processing using Google Colab and the methods applied are Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Correlation Analysis. Based on the correlation analysis, it was found that the variables that correlated highly with the level of wine sales (MntWines) were the variables of income level (Income), meat purchase rate (MntMeatProducts), purchases using catalogs (NumCatalogPurchases), direct purchases in stores (NumStorePurchases), and the number of total purchases at iFood companies (MntTotal).

Abstract

Pati Regency is located on the coast of Java Island. Pati has tourism potential that can still be developed to increase regional income. This study aims to determine the level of tourist satisfaction with tourist destinations in Pati Regency. This study uses a sentiment analysis method by utilizing reviews from tourists via google maps. The data collection technique used in this research is web scrapping. The data taken is in the form of reviews of visitors to tourist destinations in Pati Regency which have been translated into English. The number of samples taken is 6,746 reviews. Then sentiment analysis was carried out using the vander method through the orange tools. The results illustrate that visitors to tourist destinations in Pati Regency are quite satisfied with Pati Regency tourism. Tourists gave a strong positive sentiment totaling 1,557 times, regular positives amounting to 1,497 times. Neutral sentiment is at the top with 61.17% of the sample, positive is 31.06% and negative is 7.76%. The average tourist gives 4.24 stars to tourist destinations in Pati Regency. Existing complaints should be a concern for managers so that tourists are more interested in visiting tourist destinations in Pati Regency and increase tourist comfort when visiting.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and perceived organizational support on employee performance at Dinas Pariwisata Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). This research is a quantitative study involving 71 DIY Tourism Office employees. Data was taken using a questionnaire using a saturated technique. Data were processed using multiple linear analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, while intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and perceived organizational support have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the process of implementing innovation at Disdukcapil, Padang Pariaman Regency. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive type method. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Informant selection technique with purposive sampling and triangulation using source triangulation. The innovation of the Waiting at Home Service by the Population and Civil Registration Service is an innovation that has the aim of providing convenience to people with special needs in obtaining public services, especially non-discriminatory population administration services. The Padang Pariaman Regency Population and Civil Registration Office creates inclusive innovations in order to achieve the target of 100% population administration services. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Wait-at-Home Innovation is quite optimal. This can be seen from the increase in population administration services from year to year. As for the constraints experienced such as facilities and infrastructure that are less than optimal in areas that do not have good access. But this does not prevent officers from providing good service to the community.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the arrangement of traditional markets (Pasar Sore) by the Department of Industry and Trade (Perindag) of Tojo Una-Una Regency. The method used is. This research uses qualitative research by trying to describe how the Traditional Market (Sore Market) is structured by the Tojo Una-una Regency Industry and Trade Service. The location of this research was carried out at the Department of Industry and Trade in Tojo Una-una Regency. The results of this research are the planning carried out by the Tojo Una-Una Regency Industry and Trade Service in arranging the Dondo Afternoon Market, namely by building a new Afternoon Market located in another place so that these traders are planned to move to the new afternoon market location, but this has not been done yet. went well because many traders refused to move to the new market location. supervising the arrangement of the Sore Dondo market. The Industry and Trade Service is collaborating with the Satpol-PP in order to control street vendors who sell outside the market area. The community consisting of traders and visitors at Dondo Afternoon Market still does not have awareness of the importance of making good use of market facilities and maintaining cleanliness.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze how the farmer card program is managed by the Agam District Agriculture Service. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques using interviews, documentation and non-participant observation. The selection of informants was carried out using purposive sampling. This research uses the management theory put forward by William H Newman which consists of the processes of planning, organizing, gathering resources, work control and supervision. The research results show that the farmer card program in Agam Regency has been implemented quite well, although its implementation is still not optimal. This happens because there are still problems being faced, including a lack of socialization so that there are still farmers who do not understand the benefits of farmer cards, as well as limited facilities and infrastructure to support the running of the program, apart from that there is still weak supervision carried out. Implementation of the farmer card program further requires increasing resources both in terms of human and non-human.
