Abstract

This study examines the integration of customary law in the formation of public policy in Gorontalo, with a focus on social and cultural sustainability created through the application of local wisdom values. Customary law has an important role in the lives of the Gorontalo community, but its recognition and implementation in public policy still face various challenges, such as inconsistency with state policy, limited capacity of customary leaders, and lack of government understanding of local wisdom. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study in Gorontalo, involving interviews with customary leaders, local governments, and local communities. The results of the study show that although indigenous peoples in Gorontalo are trying to maintain their traditions, the integration of customary law in public policy is not optimal. Harmonization between customary law and state law is needed as well as increasing the capacity of customary leaders in the policy-making process to achieve more inclusive and sustainable development. This study contributes to the understanding of the importance of recognizing customary law in public policy as part of cultural preservation and social sustainability.

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of criminal law in enforcing licensing violations in the context of public administration in Indonesia. Law enforcement against licensing violations is an important part of efforts to maintain order, justice, and legal certainty in the public sector. However, the implementation of law enforcement is often faced with various challenges, including the inconsistency between existing regulations and practices in the field and the lack of synergy between law enforcement agencies and local governments. This article uses a descriptive-analytical approach by utilizing secondary data from journals, books, and related reports. The findings show that although there are already quite strict regulations related to licensing, the effectiveness of law enforcement is still limited by slow bureaucracy and lack of transparency. Therefore, this article proposes several innovative strategies to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement, including the use of information technology in licensing monitoring and increasing the capacity of law enforcement officers at the regional level.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the synergy of Regional Government Organizations in reducing early marriage. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using field studies which are carried out directly at the research location through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that synergy between Regional Government Organizations in handling the number of early marriages in Bojonegoro Regency has made various efforts but the results are not yet optimal. It can be seen: 1) So far, synergy has been carried out well, there has been socialization between Regional Government Organizations and inviting parents and teenagers who are still underage. 2) create a joint program to reduce the rate of early marriage.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of Marketing Mix (4P) on achieving top-of-mind awareness at Ace Hardware in Makassar. This study explores the impact of product, price, place, and promotional elements on consumer awareness and preference for Ace Hardware, particularly in the context of increasing competition in the retail industry for household appliances and equipment. This research combines comprehensive analysis including surveys and data to evaluate the effectiveness of Ace Hardware's marketing strategy and its impact on consumer decision making. The results of the research show that the implementation of Marketing Mix (4P) at PT Ace Hardware Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Branch. Partially, Product has a positive and significant effect, while Place, Price and Promotion do not have a positive or significant effect on Top of Mind by PT. ACE Hardware Makassar Branch. Simultaneously Marketing Mix (4P) has a positive and significant effect on Top Of Mind by PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia Makassar Branch, which means that when the Marketing Mix (4P) is implemented, the company's Top Of Mind will increase

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of implementing National Health Insurance in Buol Regency, including: regulatory aspects, number of participants, aspects of benefits and contributions, and aspects of health services. The research method used descriptive qualitative, research locations in Buol Regency included the Health Service, Social Service, Head of BPJS Managing JKN, Village Head and Village officials in Bokat District, PBI Participants in Bokat District, Head of Bokat Community Health Center. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation which are then analyzed using qualitative data based on the Miles and Huberman concept. The research results show that the implementation of the JKN program in Buol Regency has been implemented well but is not yet optimal, this can be seen in the aspects: a) regulations. Implementation of the JKN program in Buol Province has succeeded in achieving a 75% increase in health services. However, optimal and sustainable results are not achieved due to frequent changes and lack of outreach efforts, b) The number of participants continues to increase but has not yet met the standardized achievements due to tiered management, overlapping data, and lack of outreach so that there are still many that have not been covered in JKN.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of risk management processes in government internal control at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Bekasi Regency as a form of evaluation and additional insight into the application of risk management in the government. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach that is descriptive with data sourced from observations, interviews, and literature studies. The conclusion of this study shows that there are several problems in the implementation of risk management in Bappeda Bekasi Regency, especially related to the understanding of Bappeda's Human Resources (HR) in understanding the risk management process. Therefore, various training and mentoring efforts are needed continuously to improve the capacity of Bappeda Bekasi Regency human resources to compile and implement risk management processes. Thus, it will minimize various losses that will hinder the achievement of the goals that have been set.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the traditions and values ​​of social solidarities for the remote community of Tamaila Village, factors that influence the traditions and values ​​of social solidarities for the remote community of Tamaila Village, and efforts to maintain the traditions and values ​​of social solidarities for the remote community of Tamaila Village. This study uses a qualitative method as the method of the research. The result of this research illustrate (1) the traditions and values ​​of social solidarities for the remote community of Tamaila Village have three indicators: first, the tradition of the remote community of Tamaila Village is still the Nomadic or Melangun Tradition, which is a tradition of moving to another place with family members with the aim of changing residence to forget the sadness of the family if there is a member of the family pass away. Though, it also aim to leave the bad luck that will befall them later. But commonly, for the people of Tamaila Village generally still focus on religious activities. Second, the value of social solidarity for the remote communities of Tamaila Village includes the value of mutual cooperation. Mutual cooperation means heavy work will feel lighter if it is done together. Also the values of social solidarities that grows in the community is if there is an occasion whether it is celebration or grief, people will help by giving money or things. (2) Factors that influence the traditions and values ​​of social solidarities for the remote community of Tamaila Village include two indicators. First, the internal factor whihc is the increase and decrease of the population, education, and religion. Second, the external factor which is modernization and economy. (3) Efforts to maintain the traditions and values ​​of social solidarity for the remote communities of Tamaila Village have two indicators. First, community empowerment is aimed at helping people to gain the power to make decisions and determine actions to be taken related to themselves, including to reduce the effects of personal and social barriers to action. This is done through increasing the ability and confidence to use their own resources, among others, through the transfer of power from the environment. Second, socialization, aims at partly conveying information to community groups to provide skills for living in society, developing people's ability to communicate actively, making someone able to restore organic functions through training, and instilling trust values in someone who has a main task in society.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe a comparison of democratic governance systems in ASEAN countries. The method used in this study is descriptive comparative with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through literature studies related to this research. The results of the study show that in general the members of the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) countries experience global developments towards cooperation in various social, political and cultural fields. The ASEAN community of countries aims to realize and fight for Southeast Asia as a region that is safe, comfortable, peaceful, free and neutral. In essence, each member of ASEAN countries has a different system of government. A striking system of democratic government can be seen in the presence of state leaders who are directly elected by the people. The democratic governance systems of ASEAN countries are actually quite diverse in each country. Therefore, this research and analysis focuses on ASEAN member countries with democratic government systems such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Singapore, Laos and the Philippines.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Application of Health Insurance for Officers at the Agus Salim Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) in Gorontalo City. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The use of this method is carried out with the author's consideration that the variable to be studied is single, namely describing the Application of Health Insurance for the Agus Salim Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) Officer, Gorontalo City. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with a number of predetermined informants. To complete the data collected through interviews, the authors also made observations and recorded secondary data. Based on the analysis, the results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of Public Fuel Filling Station (SPBU) Health Insurance has not been fully implemented by company leaders, giving rise to internal conflicts that lead to decreased employee performance, which of course will incur additional costs if something happens at work. . It is suggested to the leadership to implement labor social security for their employees in the form of protection guarantees such as insurance.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of increasing tax compliance through E-Filing technology as a digital transformation. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach as the main research design. Case studies allow researchers to conduct in-depth analysis of the implementation of E-Filing in terms of increasing tax compliance in a country. The population of this study consists of taxpayers who are involved in the E-Filing process, both individuals and business entities. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method which takes into account variations covering various economic sectors, company size, and level of participation in electronic filing. This article discusses case studies regarding the implementation of E-Filing in an effort to increase tax compliance in a country. The implementation of E-Filing has proven effective in increasing tax compliance. Therefore, continuous efforts need to be made to increase the effectiveness of E-Filing in order to optimize tax revenues and support national development.
