Jurnal Witana dipublikasikan sejak awal tahun 2023 oleh Program Studi Manajemen Bisnis Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia. Jurnal Witana terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada Bulan Februari dan Agustus memuat hasil penelitian berupa kajian manajemen dan bisnis, yang meliputi manajemen pemasaran, manajemen sumber daya manusia, dan manajemen keuangan sesuai isu-isu bisnis yang berkembang saat ini. Witana diambil dari Cerita Babad Cirebon, artinya tanah atau pedukuan pertama yang dibangun oleh Embah Kuwu Cirebon dari filosofi ini diharapkan Jurnal Witana menjadi jurnal pertama yang dapat melahirkan peneliti-peneliti berpengaruh pada bidang ilmu Manajemen Bisnis, sebagai referensi bagi para mahasiswa dan peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian selanjutnya, serta bagi para praktisi bisnis di dalam menentukan strategi manajemen dan bisnis.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana jurnal matematika yang dapat mendorong kemampuan mahasiswa dalam merefleksi diri secara tertulis sebagai salah satu bentuk asesmen alternatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester gasal 2023/2024 dengan subjek penelitian oleh beberapa mahasiswa pada Program Studi Manajemen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari enam siklus yang masing-masing mempunyai tahapan perencanaan (rencana pembelajaran, desain jurnal matematika, dan lembar observasi), implementasi tindakan, analisis, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah jurnal matematika yang dapat mendorong kemampuan mahasiswa dalam merefleksi diri secara tertulis. Abstract The aim of this research is to find out how mathematics journals can encourage students’ ability to reflect on themselves in writing as an alternative form of assessment. The research was carried out in the odd semester 2023/2024 with research subjects by several students in the Management Study Program. This research is classroom action research consisting of six cycles, each of which has planning stages (learning plan, mathematics journal design, and observation sheet), action implementation, analysis, and reflection. The result of this research is a mathematics journal that can encourage students' ability to reflect on themselves in writing.

Abstract

Pengendalian dan pemantauan biaya, baik biaya produksi maupun biaya pemasaran, merupakan elemen penting dalam menciptakan efisiensi usaha dan meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Hal ini menjadi fokus utama bagi perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia untuk dapat bertahan dan bersaing di tengah perkembangan teknologi dan ekonomi yang pesat saat ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa nilai biaya produksi dan biaya operasional PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia, Tbk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia mengalami penurunan dan cenderung meningkat selama periode 2018-2022. Sementara itu, nilai laba bersih perusahaan juga mengalami musim dingin dan cenderung menurun selama periode yang sama. Analisis lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa penurunan biaya produksi terjadi pada tahun 2021, diikuti oleh penurunan biaya operasional pada tahun yang sama. Namun, laba bersih perusahaan mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2019, meskipun sempat meningkat pada tahun 2021 sebelum akhirnya menurun kembali pada tahun 2022. Hal ini disebabkan oleh dampak pandemi COVID-19 yang belum sepenuhnya pulih, sehingga perusahaan terpaksa menjual sebagian sahamnya untuk menutupi kerugian. Meskipun demikian, upaya yang dilakukan PT PP London Sumatra untuk mempertahankan efektivitas perusahaan yang dinilai cukup baik dalam menghadapi tantangan perekonomian saat itu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Customer Review (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) pada TiktokShop di Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada TiktokShop. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UCIC, UGJ, UNTAG, dan IAIN Syekh Nurjati dengan kriteria yaitu pernah melakukan pembelian pada marketplace Tiktok Shop. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, diperoleh bahwa secara uji simultan Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Customer Review (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebesar 0,00 dengan Fhitung 89.142 > ftabel 3,09. Sedangkan secara parsial, Brand Experience (X1) dengan nilai thitung 8.545 > ttabel 1.660, dan Brand Trust (X2) dengan nilai thitung 3.479 > ttabel 1.660, maka secara parsial ada pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Penelitian ini dapat memberikan saran kepada TiktokShop untuk menerapkan standarisasi kualitas produk dengan melakukan Quality Control (QC), melakukan peningkatan kualitas layanan dengan menanggapi keluhan yang diberikan oleh konsumen agar reputasi perusahaan dapat meningkat lebih baik. Kata kunci: Kualitas Produk, Customer Review, Keputusan Pembelian This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of Product Quality (X1) and Customer Reviews (X2) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) at TikTokShop in Cirebon. This study was conducted on TikTokShop. The population in this study consists of students from UCIC, UGJ, UNTAG, and IAIN Syekh Nurjati, who have previously made purchases on the TikTok Shop marketplace. Based on data testing using multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that simultaneously, Product Quality (X1) and Customer Reviews (X2) have a significant impact on Purchasing Decisions (Y), with a significance value of 0.00, and F-value of 89.142 > F-table value of 3.09. Partially, Brand Experience (X1) with a t-value of 8.545 > t-table value of 1.660, and Brand Trust (X2) with a t-value of 3.479 > t-table value of 1.660, also partially affect Purchasing Decisions (Y). This research can provide suggestions to TikTokShop to implement product quality standards through Quality Control (QC) and improve service quality by responding to consumer complaints to enhance the company's reputation. Abstract

Environmental changes and technological advancements serve as the background for PLN to continuously improve employee performance. Policy measures are needed by leveraging information technology implementation, automation policies, and centralized data management. The implementation of the PDKB Management Information System is expected to facilitate the executing unit in creating work orders that are forwarded to the PDKB team and directly monitored by management. This way, requests for network maintenance without power outages are expected to be handled more quickly and efficiently. The problem in this study is the lack of employee performance results in the PDKB-TM unit of PT PLN (Persero) in the Cirebon Area. One of the suspected factors contributing to this issue is the ineffective implementation of the management information system. The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of the management information system, employee performance, and the impact of the management information system on employee performance in the PDKB-TM unit of PT PLN (Persero) Cirebon Area. The research method used is quantitative analysis. The study examines a specific population or sample, with data collection carried out using research instruments. The data analysis is quantitative/statistical, aiming to test predefined hypotheses. The research population consists of 80 individuals, and the expected sample size, representing 100% of the population, is equal to the total number of population members. Thus, the number of respondents in this study is 80. Based on the calculations and data analysis, the validity test results are > 0.514; the reliability test results are > 0.514; the correlation coefficient test result is 0.781, which falls into the strong category; the determination coefficient test result is 0.61 or 61%; and the linear regression equation is Y = 14.725 + 1.133X. The conclusion is that the implementation of the management information system has a strong positive relationship and a significant impact on employee performance, contributing 61% to the overall performance improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul " Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Di Dinas Narrow Body PT. GMF AeroAsia Tbk". Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui seberapa pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan teknisi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Narrow Body di Akhir Bulan Juni sampai dengan akhir bulan juli . Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 responden, teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden, adapun variable penelitian adalah Pelatihan (X), Kinerja (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan untuk menguji tingkat reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha dan kemudian data diolah dengan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dengan taraf signifikansi 10%. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SPSS Versi 29. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja di pengaruhi oleh variable Pelatihan. Hasil Determinasi (R2) menggunakan nilai adjusted R-square, karena menggunakan regresi dengan satu variabel terikat. Yaitu sebesar 0,577, yang artinya variable Pelatihan mampu menjelaskan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 57,7% sementara sisanya 42,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil perhitungan Uji t dapat dilihat bahwa variabel Pelatihan Kerja secara Parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Kinerja This research is entitled “The Effect of Job Training on Performance in the Narrow Body Service of PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk”. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of training on the performance of technician employees. This research was conducted at the Narrow Body Service at the end of June to the end of July. Sampling in this study were 69 respondents, the data collection technique was through a questionnaire distributed to respondents, while the research variables were Training (X), Performance (Y). This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test the level of reliability using Cronbach Alpha and then the data is processed with Simple Linear Regression Analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t test with a significance level of 10%. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that performance is influenced by the training variable. Determination Results (R2) uses the adjusted R-square value, because it uses regression with one dependent variable. That is 0,577, which means that the Job Training variable is able to explain Employee Performance by 57,7% while the remaining 42,3% is influenced by other variable factors not examined. From the results of the t test calculation, it can be seen that the Job Training variable partially affects performance. Key words: Training, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat Desa Grogol Kecamatan Gunung Jati Kabupaten Cirebon secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian dilakukan pada masyarakat Desa Grogol yang sudah terdata dalam sipepek versi 2.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan pengukuran indikator menggunakan skala likert 1-4. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner yang disebarkan dengan google from yang terdiri dari 24 pernyataan dengan responden berjumlah 104 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampling.Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji T, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabbel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan nilai 5,560> 1,984 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005 dan variabel citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan nilai 4,544>1,984 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005 serta hasil penelitian secara simultan variabel kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dengan nilai 76,979> 3,09 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,005.   This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and company image on community satisfaction in Grogol Village, Gunung Jati District, Cirebon Regency, partially and simultaneously. The research was carried out on the Grogol Village community which had been recorded in Sipepek version 2. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and indicator measurement using a 1-4 Likert scale. Data collection used a questionnaire method distributed using Google From, which consisted of 22 statements with 104 respondents. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that partially the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction with a value of 5,560 > 1.984 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.005 and the corporate image variable has a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction with a value of 4.544 > 1.984 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.005 as well as the results of the research simultaneously the variables of service quality and company image have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction with a value of 76.979 > 3.09 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.005. The R square value is 0.604, which shows that the percentage of the quality of library services and facilities on visiting interest is 60.4% and the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this research.

Abstract

Abstract Information technology has benefits in all aspects of human life. This article focuses on the use of information technology in archive management organization. Archives organization must be managed properly as business activities record and accountability activities organization. Archives can also be of historical value and become a memory of the development, the historical journey of an organization. Therefore, information technology is needed to realize integrated dynamic archive management. This research aims to describe the role of information technology used by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs for supporting the management of integrated dynamic archives. The management of dynamic archives that are interconnected is expected to be able to speed up the time of creation, endorsement, and dissemination of information between divisions at the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. The technology used is SRIKANDI (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi). The use of this technology goes through several stages, namely conducting focus group discussion, pilot project, socialization and application. After the implementation of SRIKANDI, the Archives Unit continues to provide continuous assistance to ensure that the technology used can be applied properly and evenly. In conclusion, the use of information technology makes it very easy to help manage records that are integrated between units and directors general at Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs. Abstrak Penggunaan teknologi informasi saat ini dirasakan manfaatnya pada seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia. Artikel ini memfokuskan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam manajemen arsip pada suatu organisasi. Arsip dalam suatu organisasi harus dikelola dengan baik sebagai bentuk pencatatan kegiatan bisnis dan pembuktian dari kegiatan yang telah dilakukan. Arsip juga dapat bernilai historis dan menjadi memori perkembangan, perjalanan bersejarah suatu organisasi. Maka dibutuhkan teknologi informasi untuk mewujudkan pengelolaan arsip dinamis yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarakan peran dari teknologi informasi yang digunakan oleh Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian (Kemenko Ekon) dalam mendukung pengeloaan arsip dinamis yang terintegrasi. Pengelolaan arsip dinamis yang saling terhubung diharapkan mampu mempercepat waktu pembuatan, pengesahan hingga penyebaran informasi antar unit kerja yang ada di Kemenko Ekon. Teknologi yang digunakan yaitu SRIKANDI (Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis Terintegrasi). Penggunaan teknologi ini melewati beberapa tahapan, yaitu melakukan focused group discussing, unit percontohan, sosialisasi dan pengaplikasian. Setelah diterapkannya SRIKANDI, Unit Kearsipan terus melakukan pendampingan secara kontinyu untuk memastikan teknologi yang digunakan dapat diterapkan dengan baik dan merata. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan teknologi informasi sangat memudahkan dalam membantu mengelola arsip dinamis aktif yang terintegrasi antar unit dan dirjen di Kemeko Ekon.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji bagaimana matriks model input-output dapat digunakan untuk menguji perubahan permintaan di bidang pertanian, industri, dan jasa. Tujuan dasar dari studi ini adalah untuk membedakan dampak perubahan umum terhadap hasil sektor-sektor tersebut dan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antar sektor dalam perekonomian.Matriks input-output digunakan untuk menghitung dampak langsung dan tidak langsung dari perubahan permintaan terhadap output industri yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan permintaan pada suatu industri dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap industri lainnya, dengan dampak yang lebih besar pada sektor pertanian dan industri dibandingkan pada sektor jasa. Wawasan ini tidak hanya memberikan pelajaran penting dalam praktik pengembangan dan perbaikan strategi keuangan di bidang-bidang utama, namun juga membantu Anda berupaya menuju model kemajuan keuangan berbasis jaringan yang lebih tepat. Abstract

Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif adalah mendeskripsikan, meneliti, dan menjelaskan sesuatu yang dipelajari apa adanya, dan menarik kesimpulan dari fenomena yang dapat diamati dengan menggunakan angka-angka. Subjek penelitianya adalah mahasiswa manajeman dengan mata kuliah matematika ekonomi bisnis angkatan 20223 tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepentingan dan penerapan konsep pemahaman dasar matematika bisnis di kalangan mahasiswa. Melalui survei dan analisis data, kami meneliti seberapa penting konsep matematika bisnis bagi mahasiswa dan sejauh mana mereka menerapkan konsep-konsep tersebut dalam kehidupan akademis dan profesional mereka. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan yang berharga tentang efektivitas pendidikan matematika bisnis dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk tantangan di dunia bisnis. Abstract

Cost control in business operations is a vital process. Systematic calculations and capital management are that things need to be considered. Analysis of production and capital costs requires mathematical calculations that are implemented, thorugh cost function analysis. This study aimed at analyizing the cost function of chocolate hampers to effective cost control system is implemented. Systematic of mathematical calculation in planned loading analysis wihich concist of fixed cost, variable cost, and total cost which result in achieving production targets which reduce unnecessary cost. This studys method is quantitative descriptive which concist of two type of data, namely, primary and secondary data. Studys was carried out in the gift business sector. The objecet of studys is Chloe’s chocolate store. Data collection caried out through interviews, and observation. Studyes asked questions regarding production cost and level quantity product units.The informant interviewed was the owner of the hampers store with a total of 1 informant. Data peresentation was carried numbers, tables, and graphes which explained mathematically. The data showed bained of implications between the mathematical process of function analysis and the cost control system at the Chloe’s chocolate store. The level of sales is in line with the numbers of production unit produced. The results of the studys conducted by studys show the cost function alaysis can be applied to an effective production and control system.
