Abstract

The objective of this study is firstly to find out the intrinsic motivation affecting the performance of hotel employees, secondly to find out the intrinsic motivation affecting the performance of hotel employees, and thirdly to find out both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations that hotel employees The performance of affects the performance of hotel employees. Find out the percent effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on restaurant and employee performance. Data were obtained through observations, interviews and questionnaires administered to 52 Grand Hotel employees. This study adopts a quantitative method, i.e. uses questionnaire data to process the outcome data, and uses SPSS version 23 software for the analysis. Research results show that on the performance of (X1). There is a positive effect, with a β coefficient value of 0.393 K, which is positive, and a significance value of 0.003. (X2) has a positive effect on performance, with a β coefficient value of 0.362, which is positive and significant at 0.000. The percentage effect of both intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance is greater than 67.9%. It is hoped that companies can fulfill their responsibilities to improve employee performance, one of which is to provide employees with the best motivation to work.

Abstract

The study entitled the Effect of Training and Communications on the Vessel's Village of Vimad Resort was intended to learn about the partial and simpliting effects of employee performance. The type of data used in research is quantitative data and qualitative analysis, the sample analysis used which is purposive sampling and random sampling or random sample with the number of responders obtained by 61 responders. The study that authors use is documentation, question, analysis is a qualification, analysis used in the classic analysis, the correlation analysis of liniganda, and testing (uji-t dan uji f) with the help of the IBM SPSS static 26 program is producing. Studies produce 3 knots that are (a) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meaning that every increase in communication by 1 unit leads to a 0.634 employee performance in the village of Visessa Resort, and (c) Training and communication have a positive effect and significant impact on employee performances, meaning that if training (X1 and Communications (X2) are raised together by 1 then Kinerja (Y) will increase by 0.708 (0.074 + 0.634) in Desa Visesa Ubud Resort.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and compensation on employee performance at Four Star by Trans Hotel. The respondents in this study were 70 employees who worked at Four Star by Trans Hotel. Data collection was carried out by means of surveys, observations, interviews and documentation. This research uses quantitative descriptive data analysis to see the linear relationship between the work environment, compensation and employee performance using SPSS software. The results of this research are first, the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Four Star by Trans Hotel Bali; second, partial compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Four Star by Trans Hotel Bali; third, the work environment and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Four Star by Trans Hotel Bali. The conclusion of this research is that improving the work environment and compensation will improve employee performance.

Abstract

Employees are the main asset that plays an important role in achieving the goals of a company. A supportive work environment and good communication between employees can result in optimal performance. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the work environment and communication on employee performance at the Grand Inna Kuta Hotel. The sample is 62 respondents. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis technique with the SPSS test. The results of hypothesis testing found that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment and communication simultaneously affect employee performance, and the magnitude of the influence of work environment and communication on employee performance at Grand Inna Kuta Hotel is 45.3%, while the remaining 54.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to define the ability of Pengempu Waterfall tourism and analyze the energy development strategy to achieve Pengempu Waterfall as a natural tourism in Cau Belayu Hamlet. The information collection methods used are monitoring, question and answer, selection and SWOT analysis to define tourism capabilities and to formulate a strategy for the development of tourism in the Reservoir Water. The information analysis method used is a SWOT analysis method, which is to analyze internal aspects (strengths and weaknesses) and external aspects (opportunities and dangers) with the encouragement of the SWOT matrix. The results of this research show that the strategy used in the development of Air Turun Pengempu as a natural tourism in Cau Belayu Darmatourism Hamlet is the ability of 4 A, (attraction, amenity, accessibility and ancillary), with the position of stakeholders who help the development of tourism in Air Turjun Pengempu using a SWOT strategy of power, weakness, opportunity and danger.

Abstract

When a person compares the quality of a product or service with what they anticipated, they are said to be satisfied as a tourist. The purpose of this study was to determine, partially and simultaneously, the impact of trust (X2) and service quality (X1) on visitor satisfaction Y. Data for this study were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observations at Puri Sabina Bed & Breakfast in Jimbaran, Bali. Visitors to Puri Sabina Bed & Breakfast Jimbaran, Bali constituted the population, and there were 75 respondents in the survey. Two methods of data analysis were used: Multiple Linear Regression and Descriptive Statistical Analysis. According to the test results, this study shows that, in addition to trust having a positive and significant impact on visitor satisfaction, service quality also has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Furthermore, it shows that, in addition to their respective effects, service quality and trust significantly affect visitor satisfaction at the same time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work facilities on employee performance at The Stones Hotel Legian Bali. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The population used was kitchen department employees at The Stones Hotel Legian Bali, with a sample of 63 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it was found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style and work facilities have an influence of 53.3% on employee performance, and work facilities variables have a more dominant influence on employee performance. Therefore, the executive chef in the kitchen department of The Stones Hotel Legian Bali is advised to be wiser in leading his subordinates, so that the work situation can be conducive. The kitchen department at The Stones Hotel Legian Bali is also expected to provide inadequate work facilities, update facilities that are no longer suitable for use, and increase the number of incentives given to employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation (X1) and Communication (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Kuta Central Park Hotel. Respondents used in this study were all Kuta Central Park Hotel employees with a total of 73 respondents. The primary data used in this study was derived from questionnaires. The questionnaire is tested using validity and reliability tests followed by classical assumption tests and the hypothesis is proven using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y); 2) Communication (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (Y); 3) Motivation (X1) and Communication (X2) have an effect of 74.1% on Employee Performance (Y) at Kuta Central Park Hotel. While the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, and 4) Communication (X2) is an independent variable that has a dominant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Kuta Central Park Hotel. The findings of this study indicate that hotel management should pay more attention to motivation and communication to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance at Puri Saron Senggigi Hotel. The respondents used in this study were 42 permanent employees at Puri Saron Senggigi Hotel. The data used is premier data derived from the questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested using the validity and reliability method, the test continued with classical assumption test and the hypothesis was proven using multiple linear regression analysis processed by the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 22. The result showed that discipline and work environment partially influence employee performance at Puri Saron Senggigi Hotel. The result of analysis for the discipline variable obtained a 2,311 value of t-arithmetic > t-table value 2,02269 with a 0,026 significance value and the result of analysis for the discipline variable obtained an 11,146 value of t-arithmetic > t-table value 2,02269 with 0,000 significance value, meaning the hypothesis was accepted and confirmed the existence of a positive. The result for the discipline and work environment have a 62, 599 f-count value > f-table value 3,23 with 0,000 significance value, then there is a positive and significant effect between discipline and work environment on employee performance at Puri Saron Senggigi Hotel.

Abstract

The research entitled: The Effect of Work Experience and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Prama Sanur Beach Bali aims to determine the effect of work experience, and the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Prama Sanur Beach Bali, either partially or simultaneously. The number of respondents taken is as much as 25% of the number of employees at Prama Sanur Beach Bali as many as 86 employees respondents from 345 employees. Meanwhile, data processing using SPSS with multiple regression analysis techniques where the results show that Work Experience and Work Discipline have a significant positive effect either partially or simultaneously. The result is based on the results of the T-test, it is obtained that the calculated T value is 4.696. This T arithmetic value is greater than the T table value of 1.6627 so it can be concluded that there is a partially significant effect between Work Experience on Employee Performance. After being tested partially by using the T-test, the calculated T value was 5.948, the T calculated value was greater than the T table value of 1.6627 so it could be concluded that there was a partial significant effect between Work Discipline on Employee Performance while the calculated F value of 34.473 the value This calculated F is greater than the F table value of 3.10. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence, namely Work Experience and Work Discipline on Employee Performance simultaneously.
