Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of education level and work discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative research design with the variables studied: education level, work discipline, and employee performance. The research subjects used all 43 employees who worked at The Udaya Resort & Spa Ubud, which it was called a saturated sample population study. The data collected in this study is the level of education, work discipline, and employee performance. Data were collected by using questionnaires and observation techniques which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The analysis results show that (1) education level partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Udaya Resort & Spa Ubud which is indicated by the results of the regression coefficient b1x1 which is positive. (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Udaya Resort & Spa Ubud, this can be seen from the results of the b2x2 positive regression coefficient. (3) education level and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Udaya Resort & Spa Ubud.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of facilities on customer satisfaction at The Sila's Agrotourism Tabanan, Bali; (2) determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at The Sila's Agrotourism Tabanan, Bali; and (3) knowing the effect of Facilities and Service Quality on customer satisfaction at The Sila's Agrotourism Tabanan, Bali. This study uses a sample of 75 samples consisting of 6 facilities indicators (X1), 5 service quality indicators (X2), and 4 satisfaction indicators (Y). The research data analysis method uses t-test analysis and multiple regression tests. The results of the analysis of the influence of facilities (X1) on customer satisfaction (Y) in Table 4.9 show a significance level of t of 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.05. In addition, the facility regression coefficient (X1) of 0.000 indicates a positive influence of the facility on customer satisfaction. The results of the analysis of the effect of service quality (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) in Table 4.9 show a significance level of t of 0.033 which is smaller than = 0.05. In addition, the facility regression coefficient (X1) of 0.033 indicates a positive influence of service quality on customer satisfaction. The results of F arithmetic (14.979) > F table (3.150) This means that there is an increase in facilities and service quality simultaneously which will later be able to increase customer satisfaction at The Sila's Agrotourism, Tabanan.

Abstract

The research entitled: Effect of Online Reviews and Service Quality on Guest Decisions to Stay at Goya Boutique Resort Ubud Bali aims to determine the effect of online reviews and service quality on guest decisions to stay at Goya Boutique Resort Ubud Bali and to find out which variables have a dominant influence on guest decisions. stay at Goya Boutique Resort Ubud Bali either partially or simultaneously. Determination of the sample size of respondents using the Solvin formula, so only 95 respondents were used in this study. Meanwhile, data processing using SPSS with multiple regression analysis techniques where the results show that online reviews and service quality have a significant positive influence either partially or simultaneously on the decision of staying guests. The results are based on the results of the T-test that the calculated T value is greater than the T table value so it can be concluded that there is a partially significant effect between Online Reviews on Staying Guest Decisions. After being tested partially by using the T-test, the calculated T value is greater than the T table value so it can be concluded that there is a partially significant effect between Service Quality on Staying Guest Decisions. Meanwhile, the calculated F value is greater than the table F value. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence, namely Online Reviews and Service Quality on Guest Stay Decisions simultaneously. The variable that has a high influence on the decision of the guest to stay in the service quality variable.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is whether compensation (X1) and work environment (X2) affect employee performance (Y) at FuramaXclusive Resort and Villas Ubud. The effect of compensation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) is the dominant variable affecting employee performance at FuramaXclusive Resort and Villas Ubud. Respondents in this study were the number of employees, namely 89 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and t-test. The results of the analysis show that the regression model is Y = 4.318 + 0.172X1 + 0.278X2. The conclusion obtained is that compensation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), and the environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at FuramaXclusive Resort and Villas Ubud. The effect of compensation (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 46.0%, while the remaining 54.0 is explained by variables not examined in this study. The work environment variable (X2) has a dominant effect on employee performance (Y) at FuramaXclusive Resort and Villas Ubud.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99 Denpasar. The research used in this study is quantitative research. Respondents of this study were consumers who bought at Barokah Catering 99. The sampling technique used Purposive Sampling. The analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that 1) Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99, 2) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99, 3) Price and promotion have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99. These results mean that the more competitive the price and the more intense the promotion carried out will be able to increase purchasing decisions at Barokah Catering 99.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial element in determining the success of a company, especially in the tourism industry. The effectiveness of communication and work motivation greatly affects the level of performance. Good communication between management and employees can create a harmonious and productive work environment. On the other hand, high work motivation can encourage employees to give their best performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and work motivation on employee performance at The Bali Dream Villa Seminyak. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population of this study was all employees of The Bali Dream Villa Seminyak, totaling 59 people. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to all employees. With the help of SPSS 24 with quantitative descriptive analysis and the data was analyzed in multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that communication (X1) has a positive effect of 0.256 with a significance value of 0.000 on employee performance (Y). This shows that increasing communication between employees and management will improve employee performance. Work motivation (X2) also has a stronger positive effect of 0.442 with a significance value of 0.000. Communication and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with communication being the dominant variable with a Standardized Coefficients beta value of 0.476 compared to work motivation which has a regression coefficient of 0.421. Several suggestions can be submitted to the management of The Bali Dream Villa Seminyak.

Abstract

The hospitality industry can motivate employees to work well in managing human resources. Work motivation is divided into 2 main forms felt by employees, namely internal motivation and external motivation. This study aims to measure employee perceptions of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. This research is located at Le Grande Hotel, Badung Regency, Bali. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and questionnaires. The sample size of this study was 52 employees and analyzed using quantitative analysis with SPSS software. The results show that employee perceptions in terms of intrinsic motivation are dominated by indicators of success that employees get while working. Then in terms of extrinsic motivation, it is dominated by indicators of supervision carried out to employees. With these results, it is hoped that human resource management in the hotel industry can properly manage employee motivation while working at the hotel. This is necessary to continue to be able to improve employee satisfaction and the quality of service provided to tourists who stay overnight.

Abstract

Ossotel Legian is a four-star hotel. Employees are a valuable asset owned by Ossotel Legian. The problems encountered are the lack of manpower when the room occupancy rate is above 60%, and the slow taking of work in completing the work that causes performance to decline. This problem will be discussed using the SWOT analysis technique. This research is qualitative research supported by the types and sources of data, namely qualitative and quantitative data as well as primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the SWOT analysis technique, namely analyzing internal factors (Strengths & Weaknesses) and external (Opportunities & Threats) with the help ofthe  Internal-External Matrix and SWOT Matrix. The results of this study show that the strategies that can be applied at Ossotel Legian are SO Strategy: Strategy to Increase Employee Creativity, WO Strategy: Strategy to Increase Employee Motivation, ST Strategy: Strategy to Increase Cooperation among Employees, and WT Strategy: Employee Development and Training Strategy and Improvement Strategy Employee welfare.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is whether Instagram social media (X1) and reviews (X2) have an effect on Sales (Y) at Bull's Coffee Jimbaran. How big is the influence of social media Instagram (X1) and reviews (X2) on sales (Y) at Bull's Coffee Jimbaran? The population in this study amounted to 100 people. The data analysis techniques used were the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, and F test. The analysis results showed the regression model Y = 11.628 + 0.266X1 + 0.276X2. The conclusion obtained is that social media Instagram (X1) partially has a positive and significant influence on sales (Y) at Bull's Coffee Jimbaran which shows b1X1 which has a positive value. Both reviews (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on sales (Y) in Bull's Coffee Jimbaran employees, this can be seen in the positive b2X2 coefficient, the three data used prove social media Instagram (X1) and reviews (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on sales (Y).

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the things that need to be considered in a company or organization, because it can affect work discipline and safety. Occupational health in a company. The problem raised in this study is whether occupational health safety (X1) affects employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza, whether work discipline (X2) affects employee performance (Y) at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. whether occupational health safety and work discipline affect employee performance at the Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. How big is the influence of occupational health safety and work discipline on employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza and which independent variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. The population in this study amounted to 32 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test of multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, F test, and T test. The results of the analysis show the regression model Y = 0.988 + 0.279X1 + 1.081X2. The conclusions obtained are occupational health safety (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza which shows b1X1 which is positive. Work discipline (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza, this can be seen in the positive b2X2 coefficient. If Occupational Safety and Health (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) are jointly increased by one unit, then Employee Performance will increase by 1.360 (0.279 + 1.081) units. This shows that Occupational Safety and Health (X1), and Work Discipline (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza. The magnitude of the influence of Occupational Safety and Health (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Fave Hotel Kuta Kartika Plaza is 59.2% while the remaining 40.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The independent variable that has a dominant influence on employee performance can be seen in the Standardized Coefficients Beta value is the occupational health safety variable (X1) which is 0.292 while the work discipline variable (X2) is 0.594.
