Abstract

This study aims to examine whether cultural, social, and psychological factors influence purchase decisions in the study of Toyota Intercom, West Pasaman. The data collection method was taken with a non-probability silencing sample design. The sampling technique was 80 people from a population of 400 employees of Toyota Intercom .. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression using SPSS21. The results obtained were that whether cultural and social had a significant effect on whether cultural, social, psychological factors had a significant effect on buying decisions, and the direct effect of work culture and social was smaller than the indirect effect of on buying decision. The contribution of the independent variable of Culture and Social to the dependent variable of Physchological Factors is 46.1%. While the remaining 53.9% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. The contribution of the independent variable contribution of cultural, social, and psychological factors to the dependent variable of buying decision was 61.7%. While the rest is 38.3% influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Big data growth in the healthcare community, accurate analysis of medical data supports early disease detection, patient care and community services. However, the accuracy of the analysis decreases when the quality of the medical data is incomplete. Feature selection is a process that selects a subset of features that are relevant for a predictive modeling problem. This method can identify and remove unnecessary, irrelevant, and redundant attributes from the dataset, which do not contribute to the accuracy of the model or reduce the accuracy of the model. The challenge in research in the field of medical records is in structured and unstructured data which results in a method being needed to assist the algorithm in selecting good features. This paper provides an overview of the proposed hybrid method that can be used for feature selection algorithms in the field of medical records.

Abstract

Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN) is the most severe pain in the world, where patients experience a painful condition from the face that significantly impacts the quality of life and socio economic function of affected patients. The pathophysiology of TN is still unclear, it is thought that TN occurs due to compression of the root entry zone of the trigeminal nerve near the origin of the brain stem and this local pressure causes demyelination which leads to abnormal depolarization which results in ectopic impulses. The sphenopalatine ganglion is a parasympathetic ganglion that is connected to the trigeminal, facial, and sympathetic systems and consists of somatosensory, sympathetic, and parasympathetic nerve fibers. This ganglion receives sensory impulses from around the face. TN Management can in a way pharmacological and surgical; however, it is not capable in a way of effectively relieving, since the technology of radiofrequency ablation, TN patients can be done with radiofrequency ablation with satisfactory results, even one daycare.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a view of various literature that already exists in the research results so as to contribute to the field of human resources. This paper uses qualitative methods by collecting literature related to the results or findings of papers within a period of ten years and given answers in the form of perceptions from these researchers as a form of contribution in the field of human resources. In general, from the variety found in this paper with the use of variables, results are found in various papers and research objects, but if it is made in all where the variables in one paper are not found existing literature from various journals. Furthermore, intuitive leadership variables have not been found specifically with variables that exist in the findings of papers in various journals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of compensation, non-physical environment, and employee loyalty on employee performance. This type of research is associative research. The instrument of this research is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was all 100 employees. Saturated sampling technique. The number of samples required in this research is 100 people. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The testing technique used is multiple linear regression with results Y = 2.002 + 0.103 (X1) + -0.052 (X2) + 0.896 (X3) and hypothesis testing consisting of the t-test and f-test. The results of this research are: (1) The positive and insignificant influence of compensation on employee performance is shown by the calculated t value of 1.855 < 1.984. (2) There is a negative and insignificant influence between the non-physical work environment on employee performance as shown by the calculated t value of -993 < 1.984. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between employee loyalty and employee performance as shown by the calculated t value of 9.685 > 1.984. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between compensation, non-physical work environment, and loyalty on employee performance as shown by the calculated f value of 112.982 > 2.70. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.883, which means the relationship between variables is quite strong and the coefficient of determination is 0.779, which means 77.9% of the three independent variables influence employee performance simultaneously and the rest is influenced by other variables. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.883 which means that the closeness between variables is quite strong and the coefficient of determination is 0.779 which means that 77.9% of the three independent variables simultaneously affect employee performance and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Before being decided whether addicted to playing games, the subjects will go through observations on their surroundings, interviews and psychological tests. The WBIS test and Graphic test are the psycho-test tools in use. The research subjects consisted of three (3) tenth-grade students from a vocational school majoring in Network Engineering. After the examination, the next step is giving the intervention. This study involves an intervention in the form of group counseling techniques regarding the self-management strategy to help overcome the issues. From previous results, changes to the subject are visible. They are getting used to sharpening and effectively managing their skills besides other activities.
