Abstract

Abstrak Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa perilaku konsumen di pedesaan dalam memilih tempat belanja. Keputusan membeli merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen dalam memutuskan untuk membeli suatu produk atau jasa tertentu. Temuannya bahwa lokasi, harga, pemilihan, kenyamanan, layanan pelanggan, dan kebijakan pengembalian; selain itu terbatasnya penguasaan teknologi membuat konsumen sulit dalam penerimaan konsep e-commerce yang ditawarkan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data primer dikumpulkan dari wawancara dan observasi; lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Toko Kelontong Novi-Ali Panguragan Cirebon; sumber data sekunder didapatkan dari artikel-artikel terkait penelitian. Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya faktor psikologis berupa emosional antar warga desa dan budaya turun temurun. Keterbatasan penelitian ini dapat dilakukan melalui penelitian lanjutan untuk penelitian sejenis maupun pengembangannya. Kata Kunci: perilaku konsumen masyarakat pedesaan, pemilihan tempat belanja, Toko Kelontong Novi Ali Abstract This paper aims to analyze consumer behavior in rural areas in choosing a place to shop. Buying decision is an action taken by consumers in deciding to buy a particular product or service. His findings that location, price, selection, convenience, customer service, and return policy; in addition to the limited mastery of technology makes it difficult for consumers in the acceptance of e-commerce concepts offered. By using a qualitative approach, primary data sources were collected from interviews and observations; the location of the study was conducted at Novi-Ali Panguragan Cirebon grocery store; secondary data sources were obtained from research-related articles. The novelty of this study is the presence of psychological factors in the form of emotions between villagers and hereditary culture. Limitations of this research can be done through advanced research for similar research and development. Abstract

Pesantren has a very big role in creating a superior and character-building generation in the nation. Since the beginning of the birth of Pesantren, the independence of Pesantren as a religious educational institution has not been in doubt. This study aims to synthesize the results of research on the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools to explore the research findings. So, it was obtaining a formula to realize the independence of Islamic boarding schools. This study is a literature review by using content analysis on a number of articles that have been published in various journals using Mendeley Searches with the keyword “Economic Independence of Islamic Boarding Schools” in the three-year range 2021-2023. These research steps adopt the theory developed by Francis & Baldesari (2006). Data obtained from Mendeley Searches was selected according to the research theme. Next, a content analysis is carried out. The findings of this study show that pesantren has the potential to achieve economic independence. The potential is elected from within the pesantren and outside the pesantren. There are several factors that can be implemented to realize the independence of pesantren, namely internal factors and external factors. This study also found measures that can be applied to realize the economic independence of pesantren in a sustainable manner

Abstract

Cirebon has several tourist destinations, one of which is Plangon. The purpose of this study is the role of religious tourism at the Plangon Sacred site as a driver of the creative economy and a number of analyzes from the author in the form of the development and role of the government on tourism at the Plangon Sacred site in Babakan Village, Sumber District, Cirebon Regency. The method used in this study uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The type of data used in writing this research is qualitative data type, while the data source used is primary data source from data obtained through observation of the place to be studied and other data which is the result of direct interviews from the source, namely religious tourism in Plangon Village. Babakan Sumber Subdistrict, Cirebon Regency and in the form of collecting documentation from books, articles, internet, and various other sources which are then processed and analyzed to obtain conclusions. can be resolved as well as local residents or traders feel benefited because with these tourism activities can make visitors with the development of this tourism potential because they can feel more comfortable and calm. The impact of developing tourism potential in helping the community's economy is positive, all parties are affected by the potential development of religious tourism and feel that they often stop by at the shop, and visitors feel that they are benefited by the existence of these tourism activities. Abstrak Kabupaten Cirebon berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai kota wisata. Kabupaten Cirebon memiliki beberapa destinasi wisata salah satunya adalah Plangon. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Peranan wisata religi situs Keramat Plangon sebagai penggerak ekonomi kreatif dan sejumlah analisis dari penulis berupa pengembangan dan peran pemerintah terhadap wisata situs keramat Plangon di Desa Babakan Kecamaan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penulisan penelitian ini adalah jenis data kualitatif, adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dari data yang diperoleh melalui observasi terhadap tempat yang akan diteliti dan data lainnya yang merupakan hasil wawancara langsung dari sumbernya yaitu wisata religi situ keramat Plangon Desa Babakan Kecamatan Sumber Kabupaten Cirebon dan berupa pengumpulan dokumentasi dari buku, artikel, internet, dan berbagai sumber lainnya yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk memperoleh kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Dari proses pengelola dan juru kunci merasa diuntungkang karena proses pengembangan bisa dilakukan dan bisa terselesaikan begitupun dari warga atau pedagang setempat merasa diuntungkan karena dengan keaktifan wisata tersebut bisa membuat pengunjung dengan pengembangan potensi pariwisata ini karena bisa merasa lebih nyaman dan tenang. Dampak pengembangan potensi pariwisata dalam membantu perekonomian masyarakat terbilang positive, semua pihak terkena dampak dari pengembangan potensi pariwista religi serta merasa sering mampir di warung, dan dari pengunjung merasa diuntungkan diuntungkan dengan adanya keaktifan wisata tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of spiritual leadership on performance with work place spirituality as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach method with the Smart-PLS test tool. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sun Life Financial Sharia Insurance AL FATEEH Semarang Branch has 204 employees, with a sample size of 102 employees. The research results show that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant influence on HR performance. Work place spirituality has a positive and significant effect on HR performance and work place spirituality has a positive role and influence in mediating the influence of spiritual leadership on performance Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Work place spirituality, Human Resources performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Spiritual leadership terhadap kinerja dengan Work place spirituality sebagai variabel intervening. Abstract

This receivable is a contract that aims to help, not as capital development. So that the additional conditions set by the receivable are not allowed. The practice of debt and credit carried out by the people of Karangsong Village is conditional debt. This practice of debt and credit has been carried out by the local community for a long time. With the guarantee of rice fields ownership and using a belief system, so that the implementation of accounts payable is very accessible compared to borrowing money from financial institutions. Seeing the problems that occur, researchers are interested in examining the main problem as follows: how is the conditional debt in providing capital in the agricultural sector with the perspective of Islamic business ethics in Karangsong Village, Indramayu Regency? Sources of data in this study use primary data and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with investors and farmers. Meanwhile, the documentation was carried out in the village of Karangsong Village, Indramayu district. All of the data is analyzed qualitatively with the inductive thinking method. Based on the research that has been conducted in Desa Karangsong, Indramayu Regency, it can be seen that where the capital provider provides capital loans to farmers on the condition that the harvest from the farmer is sold to the capital provider and gives a discount per kilos of the harvest. Supposedly, in giving capital or debt to farmers, it is not because they only want to make profits, but must prioritize Islamic business ethics in accordance with Islamic law. So that neither party feels disadvantaged. Thus the practice of conditional debt in Karangsong Village, Indramayu Regency is not in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely the principles of divine values, helping, and the value of justice. So that neither party feels aggrieved.. Abstrak Hutang piutang ini merupakan sebuah akad yang bertujuan untuk tolong-menolong, bukan sebagai pengembangan modal. Sehingga syarat tambahan yang ditetapkan pihak piutang itu tidak diperbolehkan. Praktek hutang piutang yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa karangsong adalah hutang bersyarat. Praktik hutang piutang ini sudah cukup lama dilakukan oleh masyarakat setempat. Dengan jaminan kepemilikan sawah dan menggunakan sistem kepercayaan, sehingga pelaksanaan hutang piutang sangat mudah diakses dibandingkan meminjam uang di lembaga keuangan. Melihat permasalahan yang terjadi peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti pokok masalahnya sebagai berikut: bagaimana hutang bersyarat dalam pemberian modal pada sektor pertanian perspektif etika bisnis Islam di Desa Karangsong kabupaten indramayu?Adapun jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada pemberi modal dan petani. Sedangkan dokumentasi dilakukan di Desa Desa Karangsong kabupaten indramayu. Semua data tersebut dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan metode berpikir induktif.Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan di Desa Desa Karangsong kabupaten indramayu dapat diketahui bahwa dimana pemberi modal memberikan pinjaman modal kepada petani dengan syarat hasil panen dari petani tersebut dijual kepada si pemberi modal dan memberikan potongan harga per kilo dari hasil panennya. Seharusnya dalam melakukan pemberian modal atau hutang kepada petani bukan karena semata-mata ingin mencari keuntungan saja, tetapi harus mengedepankan etika bisnis Islam yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Sehingga tidak ada salah satu pihak yangmerasa dirugikan. Dengan demikian praktik hutang bersyarat di Desa Karangsong kabupaten indramayu belum sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam yaitu prinsip nilai ketuhanan, tolong-menolong, dan nilai keadilan. Sehingga tidak ada salah satu pihak yang merasa dirugikan.

Abstract

Differences in the results of research conducted by previous researchers regarding the effect of ar-rahn financing and gold prices on profitability, the purpose of this study is to re-examine how the effect of ar-rahn financing and gold prices on the profitability of sharia pawnshops in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative with time series data, namely in 2018-2022. The data used is in the form of monthly data so that the amount of data obtained is 60 data. This research data testing tool uses SPSS26. The results of this study indicate that partially ar-rahn financing and gold prices have no significant effect on the profitability of pawnshops in Indonesia. The financing variable has a negative direction, while the gold price has a positive direction. This is also the same as the simultaneous test showing that ar-rahn financing and gold prices have no significant effect on the profitability of sharia pawnshops in Indonesia in 2018-2022.Keywords: Ar-Rahn Financing, Gold Price, ROA Abstrak Perbedaan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti sebelumnya tentang pengaruh pembiayaan ar-rahn dan harga emas terhadap profitabilitas, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menguji kembali bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaan ar-rahn dan harga emas terhadap profitabilitas pegadaian syariah di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan data time series yaitu pada tahun 2018-2022. Data yang digunakan berupa data bulanan sehingga jumlah data yang didapatkan sebanyak 60 data. Alat bantu pengujian data penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pembiayaan ar-rahn dan harga emas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pegadaian di Indonesia. Pada Variabel pembiayaan dengan arah negatif, sedangkan pada harga emas dengan arah positif Hal ini juga sama pada uji secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan ar-rahn dan harga emas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pegadaian syariah di Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Abstract

The development of Islamic finance in Indonesia is not only on Islamic banking and non-banking institutions, even the transaction products vary. When this has penetrated the currency trading or commonly known as conventional forex and sharf according to Islamic economics. In foreign currency purchases, they still use spot, forward, swap and option transactions, which are legally prohibited based on the MUI DSN fatwa no. 28 / DSN-MUI / III / 2002 Concerning Currency Trading (Al-Sharf) except spot transactions are permitted. Since forward transactions are still needed, Islamic economic products are needed with a system similar to the forward concept. Therefore, the National Sharia Council DSN Fatwa Council of Indonesian Ulema MUI was born No: 96 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2015 About Sharia Hedging Transactions (Al-Tahawwuth Al-Islami / Islamic Hedging) on ​​Exchange Rates, this fatwa explains the protection of currency values ​​based on agreed agreements. So that the exchange rate remains in accordance with the agreement / agreement when agreed upon so as to avoid speculation or gharar. In this discussion the research used is normative research, or it can be called library research. The approach used is analytical normative juridical approach, so this study does not need data support in the form of numbers. The data analysis method used is qualitative data analysis namely the efforts made by working with data, organizing data, sorting it into manageable units, synthesizing it, searching and finding patterns, finding what is important and what is learned, and deciding what which can be told to others. The purpose of this study is an analysis of sharia hedging transactions on exchange rates Keyword: Protected transaction; Islamic Hedgiang; Exchange rate Abstrak Berkembangnya keuangan syariah di Indonesia tidak hanya pada perbankan syariah dan lembaga non perbankan, bahkan prodak transaksinya-pun bervariatif. Saat ini sudah merambah pada jual beli mata uang atau biasa dikenal dengan valas secara konvensional dan sharf menurut ekonomi Islam. Dalam jaul beli valas masih menggunakan transaksi spot, forward, swap, dan option yang setatus hukumnya diharamkan berdasarkan fatwa DSN MUI No. 28/DSN-MUI/III/2002 Tentang Jual Beli Mata Uang (Al-Sharf)kecuali transaksi spot diperbolehkan. Karena transaksi forward masih dibutuhkan maka diperlukan adanya prodak ekonomi syariah dengan sistem yang serupa dengan konsep forward. Oleh karena itu lahirlah Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional DSN Majelis Ulama Indonesia MUI No: 96/DSN-MUI/IV/2015 Tentang Transaksi Lindung Nilai Syariah (Al-Tahawwuth Al-Islami/Islamic Hedging) Atas Nilai Tukar, fatwa ini menjelaskan tetang perlindungan atas nilai mata uang berdasarkan akad yang telah disepakati. Sehingga nilai tukar mata uang tetap sesuai dengan akad/kesepakatan pada saat disepakati bersama sehingga terhindar dari unsur spekulasi atau gharar. Dalam pembahasan ini yang digunakan dalam penelitiannya yaitu dengan penelitian normatif, atau dapat disebut library research. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif analitis, sehingga penelitian ini tidak perlu dukungan data dalam bentuk angka. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif yakni upaya yang dilakukan dengan jalan bekerja dengan data, mengorganisasikan data, memilah-milahnya menjadi satuan yang dapat dikelola, mensintesiskannya, mencari dan menemukan pola, menemukan apa yang penting dan apa yang dipelajari, dan memutuskan apa yang dapat diceritakan kepada orang lain. Abstract

Strategi Peningkatan Pelayanan Prima Untuk Kepuasan Pelanggan Dalam Etika Bisnis Islam. Kajiannya dilatar belakangi oleh ketatnya persaingan antar usaha dan konsumen yang semakin kritis mengharuskan pelaku usaha meningkatkan pelayanan prima untuk tetap menjaga kepuasan pelanggannya dengan menggunakan etika bisnis yang sesuai dengan pedoman islam. Diharapkan perusahaan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dalam memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan pelayanan prima dalam menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dan untuk mengetahui metode indikator apa saja yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan serta bagaimana strategi peningkatan pelayanannya untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan menurut etika bisnis islam di Yogya Junction Cirebon. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis sumber data primer dan data sekunder, dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Serta teknis analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan dan pengumpulan data. Teknik keabsahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan triangulasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa strategi pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh Yogya Junction Cirebon dengan meningkatkan pelayanan prima dalam menjaga kepuasan pelanggannya tidak terlepas dari dua strategi yang pertama ada 5 Strategi mengenai pelayanan prima yaitu bukti nyata, Keandalan (reliability), Kesigapan (responsiveness), Empati (Empathy), Jaminan (Assurance) ada pun yang kedua menurut perspektif bisnis islam meliputi kesatuan, kehendak bebas, tanggung jawab, terakhir keseimbangan dan keadilan. Strategi peningkatan pelayanan untuk menjaga kepuasan pelanggan diharapkan mampu memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. Dengan adanya strategi pelayanan yang prima, diharapkan pelaku usaha akan memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan yang sesuai dengan etika bisnis islam agar dapat terus menjaga kepuasan pelanggan sehingga bisa tercapainya visi dan misi perusahaan dan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lain. Penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi karyawan khusus nya di Yogya Junction Cirebon, terutama dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan. This study aims to determine the strategy of improving service excellence in maintaining customer satisfaction and to find out what indicator methods are used to measure customer satisfaction and how to improve service strategies to maintain customer satisfaction according to Islamic business ethics at Yogya Junction Cirebon. This research is a type of qualitative research using primary and secondary data sources, and data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. As well as the technical analysis of the data used, namely reduction, presentation, conclusion drawing and data collection. The validity technique in this research is using data triangulation. Based on the results of the research that the service strategy carried out by Yogya Junction Cirebon by improving excellent service in maintaining customer satisfaction is inseparable from the first two strategies, there are 5 strategies regarding excellent service, namely tangible evidence, reliability, responsiveness, empathy ), Assurance (Assurance) there is also the second according to the perspective of Islamic business includes unity, free will, responsibility, lastly balance and justice. Service improvement strategies to maintain customer satisfaction are expected to provide added value for the company. With an excellent service strategy, it is hoped that business actors will provide the best service to customers in accordance with Islamic business ethics so that they can continue to maintain customer satisfaction so that the company's vision and mission can be achieved and can compete with other competitors. This research is expected to be a material for information and input for special employees at Yogya Junction Cirebon, especially in providing good service to customers. Abstract

This paper explains that Islamic digital finance experiences a mechanical shift in implementation when there is financial technology innovation. A development strategy in line with Islamic law is essential to ensure that this innovation is not just an idea, but can also be implemented effectively according to the community's needs. Using a qualitative approach and secondary data as study material developed, compiled and concluded. The findings are that the Financial Services Authority (OJK) has shown commitment to strengthening the Islamic fintech ecosystem through various programs, such as Gebyar Safari Ramadhan and Ijtima' Sanawi, which have contributed to the Global Islamic Fintech Indicator ranking. In general, they have been unable to boost financial literacy and Islamic financial inclusion in the wider community. Another finding is the importance of developing Islamic digital financial innovations that are more inclusive and responsive to the needs of the halal food sector through the development of inclusive Islamic financial products and services, such as Sharia-based crowdfunding platforms and halal e-commerce with Sharia payments. The contribution of the findings is expected to map the weaknesses into the strengths of the global Islamic economy.

Abstract

This article describes the Islamic economic curriculum that has been designed by the Ministry of Religion to be applied in all Islamic tertiary institutions, both public and private, that open Sharia economic study programs. Following the development now that Islamic economics study programs are much in demand by prospective students to enter the study program. However, according to the author, the curriculum prepared by the Ministry of Religion still does not reflect the face of Islamic economics. Therefore, the authors conducted a research study in several universities in the three regions of Cirebon. The results turned out to be the author found five private Islamic tertiary institutions that opened Sharia economic study programs namely the Bunga Bangsa Islamic Institute of Cirebon, Cirebon Islamic Religious High School, Prince Dharma Khusuma Islamic High School, Segram Indramayu, ISI Fahmina, and Nahdhatul Ulama University Cirebon. While others such as IAIN Sheikh Nurjati and Ma'had Ali Babakan Cirebon College opened Sharia Economic Law study programs. Of the five Islamic universities that opened Sharia economic study programs that have seen more advanced developments, Sharia economic study programs at BBC IAI. And the author found the design of the Shariah economics curriculum for the future namely that Sharia economics courses reflect Islamic values ​​so that the output produces graduates of Shariah economists who are reliable and can ground the Islamic economy on the prosperous and richest Indonesia in the world. Keywords: curriculum; Islamic economics; Islamic tertiary institutions Abtrak Artikel ini memaparkan tentang kurukulum ekonomi Syariah yang telah didesain oleh Kementerian Agama untuk diterapkan di semua perguruan tinggi Islam baik negeri atau swasta yang membuka prodi ekonomi Syariah. Mengikuti perkembangan sekarang bahwa prodi ekonomi Syariah banyak diminati oleh calon-calon mahasiswa untuk masuk pada prodi tersebut. Akan tetapi kurikulum yang telah disiapkan oleh Kementerian Agama itu menurut penulis masih belum mencerminkan wajah ekonomi yang Islami. Oleh itu, penulis melakukan studi penelitian di beberapa perguruan tinggi di wilayah tiga Cirebon. Hasil penelitian ternyata penulis menemukan lima perguruan tinggi Islam swasta saja yang membuka prodi ekonomi Syariah yakni Institut Agama Islam Bunga Bangsa Cirebon, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Cirebon, Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Pangeran Dharma Khusuma Segeran Indramayu, ISI Fahmina, dan Universitas Nahdhatul Ulama Cirebon. Sedangkan yang lain seperti IAIN Syekh Nurjati dan Sekolah Tinggi Ma’had Ali Babakan Cirebon membuka prodi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, Dari kelima perguruan tinggi Islam yang membuka prodi ekonomi Syariah yang sudah terlihat nampak perkembangan lebih maju adalah prodi ekonomi Syariah di IAI BBC. Dan penulis menemukan desain kurukulum ekonomi Syariah untuk masa depan yakni bahwa mata kuliah-mata kuliah ekonomi Syariah mencerminkan nilai-nilai Islam sehingga output nya menghasilkan lulusan ekonom-ekonom Syariah yang handal dan bisa membumikan ekonomi Islam dibumi Indonesia yang makmur dan terkaya di dunia.
