Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has a variety of cultures, customs, races, ethnicities, religions, and many more. For this reason, Indonesian society is considered very plural. Diverse cultures with various characteristics and characters became a problem due to a lack of understanding of diversity. Friction regarding race, religion, ethnicity, customs, and culture continues to occur due to the weak cultural awareness of the community. Education can form an attitude of tolerance, mutual respect, and mutual respect. Establishing and developing multicultural education in schools can be the right area to become a vehicle for learning multicultural education in schools for students or educators. Multicultural education is essential so students will be ready and aware to become members of a plural society.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Adversity Quotient on Academic Achievement of Students Domiciled in Pondok Pesantren Haji Ya'qub. The method used in this research is quantitative using a purposive sampling technique; the sample used is 69 respondents. The results show the Adversity Quotient's significant influence on students' academic achievement in Pondok Pesantren Haji Ya'qub.

Abstract

Interfaith marriage is not a new thing anymore. In Indonesia, interfaith marriages have been met by many from various social circles, ranging from public figures, officials, to ordinary people. This thing that is considered normal does not necessarily justify or ignore interfaith marriages, but instead often becomes the main controversy in Islam. This paper will describe the meeting point between the rules of Law no. 1 of 1974 which is considered not to accommodate interfaith marriages and provisions in the Qur'an and Hadith which are the guidelines for the Muslim community. In addition, this paper will also show how the practice of interfaith marriages among the community and the impacts they face. Thus, this paper aims to describe the phenomenon of interfaith marriage so that there are new treasures in reinforcing interfaith marriage laws in terms of state and religious rules.

Abstract

The Muslim personality is formed from an early age, parents as a Muslim must have a quality belief in monotheism. But it would be nice if parents also understand monotheism materials, so that parents can equip their children with knowledge that is supported by the example of monotheism so that the personality of a true Muslim is formed. The family is the first environment for the formation of the unity of the child. In writing this scientific paper, the author uses the type of research "library research" which is a study carried out to solve a problem using library materials. This study found that parents are the main element for the establishment of monotheism in the family, so that everyone is required to have good monotheism, so that they can equip their children with monotheism and materials that support it, besides that children can see their parents as role models who provide knowledge at the same time. experience, and direction. In addition, Nashih Ulwan explained that in forming a child's creed requires supervision, so that the child's condition is always monitored. Universally, Islamic principles teach parents to always supervise and control their children to be safe in this world and the hereafter.

Abstract

This study examines how the implementation of literacy classes in improving students' reading skills at SDITA Kediri. Literacy in schools has an important role in fostering reading interest in students as a whole to make the school a learning organization and to make the school environment literate by presenting various reading books and accommodating various strategies so that students' reading interest increases. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that if the literacy class program in schools is implemented properly, it will have an important role in increasing students' reading interest, especially the role as a media for students to habituate reading.

Abstract

The relationship between emotional intelligence and delinquency is always framed by cause and effect. Many theories of child development explain this relationship. In this context, this study aims to see the relationship between emotional intelligence and delinquency in class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Nganjuk. This research method is quantitative with a linear correlation approach. A correlation study is a research that involves collecting data to determine the existence of a relationship and the degree of relationship between two or more variables. In accordance with the research findings, the research hypothesis is that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence affecting the formation of juvenile delinquency Based on the analysis, the results obtained in this study are: (1) the emotional intelligence aspects in the high category namely 19 respondents as much as 47%. (2) The juvenile delinquency aspects in the low category, namely 20 respondents as much as 50%. (3) Correlation results show a negative relationship between emotional intelligence and juvenile delinquency with the value of the correlation coefficient -325 and p=0,000 < 0,05. This means that the higher the emotional intelligence, the lower the juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the ideal concept of consumption in the view of Islam. The ideal concept of doing this ideal consumption is important to discuss as the basis for thinking of Muslims when consuming consumption in their daily lives. The approach used in this article is descriptive qualitative with the category of literature review, where this approach has the characteristics of collecting information and data using various types of available materials such as documents, books, magazines, and historical stories. This study finds that the ideal of consumption from an Islamic perspective is that there is an awareness in humans to spend their wealth in a balanced way, by spending it according to their basic needs. This study implies that the ideal consumption is in a balanced consumption between consumption for the benefit of the family, savings and the interests of the wider community.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the concept of transformative ideal leadership in Islamic education institutions. The approach used in this article is descriptive qualitative with the category of literature review, where this approach has the characteristics of collecting information and data using various types of available materials such as documents, books, magazines, and historical stories. This study found that the ideal of perspective leadership in Islam is that which has similarities with prophetic leadership. The ideal Transformational Leadership in Islamic educational institutions, must have 4 leadership traits in the Prophets and Apostles (prophetic). The four dimensions include Shiddiq (honest and true), Amanah (responsible, trustworthy), Tabligh (delivering messages, vision-mission), Fathanah (intelligent).

Abstract

Fundamental problems are also very complex at the child's education or primary school level. Most of the implementation is oriented to hone memorization skills in order to develop thinking skills. Children are not oriented to the ability to understand the material to solve the problems they face. In this context, the application of multiple intelligences-based learning is needed SDI AL Azhar Kota Kediri. In order to obtain data, this study used a qualitative approach. As a result, the implementation of intracurricular learning based on the development of multiple intelligences is carried out in three stages, namely a) Implementation of Multiple Intelligences Research (MIR); b) Lesson Plans; c) Talent and Interest Mapping. While the models developed are daily activities, weekly activities, moonly activities and 4 learning models which are then also applied in various extracurricular activities. So that through these activities can help develop 9 intelligences in students. As a result, daily activities and learning models can have an impact on the intelligence of students, as well as participating in extracurricular activities so that they can develop the potential in students.

Abstract

Fathu Makkah is the conquest carried out by the Prophet Muhammad Saw in the 8th year H, where history records a conquest of the city without shedding any blood. The purpose of this research is to describe the values that are built in the events of Fath Al-Makkah. then this research was conducted using a qualitative approach that describes the results of research in accordance with its objectives and with analysis or often called the descriptive analysis method. This research found that Fathu Makkah was not only an event of the conquest of the city. But from this event, this research found several meanings that could be noble values that can be realized in everyday life. There are about 4 values contained in the story including: The value of openness, peace, forgiveness, and tawadhu. All of them make Fathu Makkah an important event in the history of Muslims and all mankind in general, that even in war conditions, we must prioritize human values as fellow creatures of God.
