Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial literacy, fintech payment, dan locus of control terhadap financial management behavior Mahasiswa Prodi S-2 Ilmu Manajemen Program Pascasarjana Uho Angkatan 2023. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Objek Penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif Prodi S-2 Ilmu Manajemen Program Pascasarjana Uho Angkatan 2023 yang berjumlah sebanyak 63 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistic inferensial dengan bantuan Smart PLS dengan melakukan beberapa tahap pengujian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy berpengaruh positifi dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior, fintech payment berpengaruh positifi dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior, dan locus of control berpengaruh positifi dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior.

Abstract

Bisnis merupakan suatu kegiatan yang fleksibel dengan peluang kerja yang luas. Di Indonesia, jumlah angkatan kerja yang ideal adalah sekitar 10%, namun masih di bawah 2%. Untuk mengembangkan perekonomian Indonesia, usaha mikro (UMKM) sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Toko kelontong merupakan sebuah usaha kecil-kecilan yang biasanya menjual berbagai macam makanan sehari-hari. Pengembangan bisnis melibatkan peningkatan dan penerapan strategi dan taktik untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis. Analisis SWOT membantu mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam suatu bisnis. Tujuan pengembangan bisnis adalah untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas, memperluas bisnis, dan meningkatkan perekonomian lokal. Program seperti Sampoerna Retail Community (SRC) membantu meningkatkan jumlah komunitas ritel dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Toko kelontong lancar jaya bergabung kemitraan SRC untuk memudahkan membeli produk dengan menggunakan aplikasi Toko SRC di handphone barang akan dikirim ke toko tidak perlu dijemput dan memudahkan kita sebagai pemilik toko. Setelah dilakukan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan owner Toko kelontong lancar jaya dan dibuatnya analisis SWOT untuk perancangan strategi marketing agar lebih maju. Dapat di ambil kesimpulan bahwa kondisi perubahan Toko kelontong lancar jaya sangat baik dengan hasil baik pada kedua matriks IFAS dan EFAS dengan begitu dapat ditentukan strategi marketing yang cocok untuk Toko kelontong lancar jaya adalah kombinasi Streghts dan Opportunities.

Abstract

The rising popularity of social media has compelled businesses to rethink their marketing approaches, focusing on engaging a broader customer base by offering value and facilitating two-way interactions. This shift gave rise to influencer marketing as an innovative brand promotion strategy. When influencers collaborate with brands targeting the appropriate audience, they can enhance brand recognition and add significant value to businesses. This study examines how source credibility factors—such as trustworthiness, attractiveness, and perceived expertise—affect consumer attitudes toward fashion influencers and how these attitudes shape consumers’ intentions to purchase and recommend products. The sample comprises 342 followers of a prominent Indonesian fashion influencer, selected using a simple random sampling method. Hierarchical regression analysis, performed in SPSS, reveals that trustworthiness and perceived expertise significantly impact perceptions of influencers in the fashion industry

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to review the literature related to innovation strategy, entrepreneurship, and business platforms in maintaining a company's competitive advantage. Through the analysis of various literatures, it is found that sustainable innovation, strategic entrepreneurship, and business platform development play an important role in adapting to market changes. This study also discusses the challenges faced by companies in implementing these strategies and how innovation can be a key driver in achieving competitive advantage. This article will discuss the main theories in the innovation literature, case study analysis on companies such as Netflix, and implications of platform strategy.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to examine and explain entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage in improving the marketing performance of MSMEs in Kendari City. This study design is based on a quantitative approach using cross-sectional survey data collection methods. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire instrument. The research sample consists of 96 MSME actors in Kendari City. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is multiple regression analysis. The study results indicate that: (1) Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. This means that an increase in the entrepreneurial orientation of MSME actors in Kendari City will be followed by a tangible improvement in marketing performance. (2) Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. This means that an increase in the competitive advantage of MSME actors in Kendari City will be followed by a tangible improvement in marketing performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work skills, work discipline, and work environment on employee performance at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Service of Pandeglang Regency. The research method used is based on data collection techniques, so this study was conducted using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The population in the study were all employees totaling 63 people, with sampling using saturated samples totaling 63 people, with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that partially work skills, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Service of Pandeglang Regency, while simultaneously work skills, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at the Community Empowerment and Village Government Service of Pandeglang Regency

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in community empowerment in Kurolabu Village, Kulisusu Utara District, North Buton Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, and documentation, analyzed using interactive techniques through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that BUMDES Kurolabu has been established since 2017 but has not operated optimally until 2024. BUMDES Kurolabu manages two business units: cashew nut trading and copra trading. Two factors influence the role of BUMDES in empowering the community of Kurolabu Village, Kulisusu Utara District, North Buton Regency: Supporting factors: the existence of regulations and BUMDES programs. Inhibiting factors: lack of community awareness about BUMDES business units, insufficient socialization, low community participation, limited funding, and the absence of a savings and loan unit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of content marketing on Instagram and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions of Yotta beverage products in Kendari City. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires to 96 Yotta consumers who are active on Instagram (@yotta_id) using the purposive sampling method. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that content marketing on Instagram and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Partially, content marketing on Instagram has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The same applies to brand image, which has also been shown to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study examines the influence of financial literacy, experienced regret, framing effect, mental accounting, and self-control on investment decisions, with risk tolerance as a mediating variable. The population consists of 1,188 active investors in Kendari City registered with the Indonesia Stock Exchange Representative Office in Southeast Sulawesi. A total of 299 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that financial literacy, framing effect, mental accounting, and self-control have a significant positive effect on risk tolerance, while experienced regret has a significant negative effect. Furthermore, financial literacy, experienced regret, mental accounting, and self-control directly influence investment decisions, whereas the framing effect does not have a direct influence. Risk tolerance is proven to mediate the relationship between these five variables and investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the micro-business strategies of the Chinese Food Kendedess restaurant using SWOT analysis and to explore strategies for its development. The Kendedess restaurant implements various strategies to maintain the sustainability and quality of its culinary business. Its primary focus is on authentic flavors and friendly service, creating a comfortable atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty. During challenging economic times, the restaurant offers budget-friendly menus and discounts for online orders, allowing customers to enjoy high-quality meals without financial strain. Operational efficiency is maintained through clear task delegation among employees. The SWOT analysis reveals strengths such as a recognized brand (0.60), fresh cuisine (1.00), and excellent service (1.00), with a total strength score of 4.20. However, weaknesses like ineffective promotion (0.60) and suboptimal delivery service (0.50) pose challenges. Opportunities from lifestyle changes (1.00) and a large market segment (1.50) support growth, despite threats such as intense competition (0.90) and inflation (0.75). The total internal factor score is 6.65, while the total external factor score is 7.15, indicating challenges alongside opportunities for sustainable growth
