Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of qardh on solvency levels and the role of profitability in solvency for Sharia life insurance companies in Indonesia from 2015 to 2020. The insufficiency of tabarru’ funds can result in the inability of Sharia life insurance companies to pay benefits or claims, leading to a solvency level falling below the regulatory requirement of 120%. Qardh serves as a method to maintain the adequacy of tabarru’ funds and solvency levels. The research employs a descriptive analysis method with purposive sampling, specifically targeting Sharia life insurance units with average assets below 7 trillion IDR. A total of 12 companies were selected as samples, and data collection was conducted through secondary documentation and literature review. The data analysis method utilized is panel data regression with a Fixed Effect (FE) approach, including classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that larger tabarru’ funds reduce the need for qardh to achieve the required solvency level, while higher profitability enhances solvency. This research is expected to provide valuable insights and information for various stakeholders. It supports the development of policies and strategies to maintain solvency. For the insurance community, this study offers additional information to reinforce practices in accordance with Sharia principles, particularly concerning the financial health of Sharia life insurance, the insufficiency of tabarru’ funds, and the role of qardh in maintaining solvency.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on the purchase decisions for Coca-Cola (a case study on students of STIAMI, Bekasi Campus Class of 2018). This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach.The results of the study indicate that product quality has t count > t tablewhich is 3.282 > 1.98793 with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05, which means that partially product quality has a positive and significant , effect on purchase decisions. Brand image has t count > t table , which is 4.647 > 1.9879 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that partially brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Meanwhile, simultaneously, product quality and brand image have an f count value of 44,876 with a significance level of 0.000, which means that both variables have a positiveand significant effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

The sample in this study were all employees of PT Samudra Sarana Terminal totaling 41respondents with non-probability sampling with saturated sampling. The type of data used in thisstudy was obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used,literature study and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in This study tested the validity,reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. Researchresult. Partially compensation has a positive effect on employee performance because it is seenfrom the t-count value of 2.119 while the statisticaltable (t-table) is 2.022 and the compensationvariable significance value is 0.041 which is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that H0 isrejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that partially compensation has a positive effect onemployee performance. The second result is that discipline has a positive effect on employeeperformance because it is seen from the t-count value of 2.142 while the table statistic (t-table) is2.022 and the Discipline variable's significance value is 0.039 which is smaller than 0.05. So it canbe concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, this shows that partially Discipline has apositive effect on employee performance. The results of the third study, namely that simultaneouslyfor the Compensation and Discipline variables obtained Fcount = 5.654 and Ftable 3.24 and thesignificance value is 0.007 less than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows thatjointly Compensation and Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of cash on delivery and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions at Tiktok Shops in Depok City. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling method using 130 respondents who have made purchases at the Tiktok Shop. The data collection technique used a questionnaire on the Google form with a Likert scale of 1-5 with 26 statements. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the cash on delivery variable X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Online customer reviews (X2) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y). Cash on delivery (X1) and online customer reviews (X2) have a simultaneous positive influence on purchasing decisions (Y) at the Tiktok Shop in Depok City.

Abstract

The study was descriptive quantitative with the purpose of analyzing the factors that affect the purchase decision of Samyang instant noodles at Indomaret Mardani, Central Jakarta. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Product Perception affected the Purchase Decision of Samyang Instant Noodles by 45.5%, the remaining 54.5% was affected by other variables not analyzed in this study. The consumer attitude affected the purchase decision of Samyang Instant Noodles by 39.4%, the remaining 60.6% was affected by other variables not analyzed in this study. The results also indicated that the Product Perception and Consumer Attitude affected the Purchase Decision of Samyang Instant Noodle by 48.2%, the remaining 51.8% was affected by other variables not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

One public service that is felt directly by the community is electronic identity card (e-KTP). This research aims to determine the quality of service in the manufacture of e-ID card and obstacles faced in the service of making e-KTP in Kelurahan Utan Kayu South, Matraman District of DKI Jakarta province. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive approach. The five dimensions of quality services that are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphatyused to describe the quality of service making e-ID card in the village Southem Woodlands. Data obtained directly through interviews and observations in Utan Kayu Selatan Village office involving officials and employees of the provider services and communities that receive e-ID card making services. Research results showing the quality of e-KTP service in Utan Kayu Selatan Village has been running well, but has not run optimally. Inhibitors quality of Service is the unavailability of adequate infrastructure to making e-KTP. Repair of problems that hinder service making e-KTP so that services can be maximized.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of perceived benefits and perceived ease of use on interest in using the server-based e-money among OVO users in Bekasi City. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed through social media. This study used unlimited population, namely all users of the OVO application in Bekasi City. The sample consisted of 155 respondents who were selected using a non- probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. Data analysis was caried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM Statistics version 25 software.The results showed that partially the perceived benefit variable had a positive and significant influence of 41.1% on the interest in using the server- based e-money, and the perceived ease of use variable had a positive and significant effect of 26.5% on the interest in using the server- based e-money. Simultaneously the perception of benefits and perceived ease of use variables has a positive and significant effect of 43.2% on interest in using the server-based e-money, with the remaining 56.8% being the influence of other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Foreign exchange reserves are defined as the amount of foreign currency reserved by the central bank (Bank Indonesia) for the purposes of financing development and foreign obligations such as import financing and other financing to foreign parties. The problem in this research is: How is the progress of exports in increasing Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves? From the results of research conducted by the writer, it can be seen that the analysis of export progress in adding 1o Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in 1995-2020 shows a positive expectation: when exports increase, foreign exchange reserves will also increase While imports have a negative expectation sign. when imports increase, foreign exchange reserves will decrease. From the results of the research above, the writer provides suggestions for the government to improve the Indonesian economy through increasing exports and reducing imports by expanding export destination countries and improving the quality of export products. Because of the excess of exports over imports, it will benefit the government by increasing foreign exchange reserves. In addtion, the government should reduce foreign debt, although at first it increasing foreign exchange reserves but it will reduce foreign exchange reserves for the debt payment, moreover the interest on the debt, and it is hoped that Bank Indonesia as the Central Bank will always maintain the condition of Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves so that international transactions can take place stably. The position of Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves is said to be safe if it has sufficient import needs for a period of at least three months of imports

Abstract

This thesis used a quantitative study on the influence of consumer trust and easiness to use an application on purchasing decision in shoppee online shop to Students of Business Administration Science of Social and Management Science of STIAMI in Jakarta. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis using f and t tests was used. Samples were determined using purposive sampling technique. The amount of sample in this study was 53 students based on online transaction activities via shopee online shop. This study used two variables, namely dependent and independent variables. The dependent variable is purchasing decision, while the independent variable includes Consumer Trust (X1) and Easiness to Use an Application (X2). The result of simultaneous regression coefficient testing was that Fcal of 24.029 Ftable of 3.18, thus the consument trust and easiness to use an application simultaneously influenced the purchasing decision. In partial t test statitistic testing was obtained consumer trust variable of Fcal of 6.860 and easiness to use an application variable Ftable of 1.675, which means each independent variable influences the dependent variable partially.s.

Abstract

The Government of Indonesia in March 2016 has officially issued a policy related to BondedLogistics Center (PLB) which is part of the Economic Policy Package Phase II September 2015.The high volume of tire imports in Indonesia makes the government need to develop policies thatregulate the import of tires. So that PLB is expected to be able to regulate the intensity of tireimports in Indonesia which can reduce national logistics costs and reduce dwelling time figures atports and can also bring bonded warehouses, namely PLB, to industry. This can also be anopportunity for Bonded Logistics Center service providers, namely Logistics Entrepreneurswho can play a role in PLB management. This study aims to analyze the extent of thebenefits obtained by PLB service users in terms of time efficiency and logistics costs. Thecomparison between not using PLB and already using PLB is obtained from the survey results withcompanies that have used PLB facilities.
