Abstract

High turnover intention can give a negative impact on organizational effectiveness because companies lose experienced human resources and have to invest time and efforts to train new employees. This study is intended to find out the effects of work stress and work environment on the turnover intention of employees of PT. Sentra Duta Sakti North Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method. Data collection techniques are in the form of questionnaires and literature. Population in this study are employees of PT. Sentra Duta Sakti North Jakarta. Sampling techniques in this study are saturated samples (total sampling) with total samples of 110. The results of this study indicate that work stress and work environment give positive and significant effects on employee turnover intention of 76.9%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor ikan tuna Indonesia ke Jepang . Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan data runtun waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor ikan tuna Indonesia ke Jepang yaitu Harga dan Nilai Tukar. Dengan hasil penelitian, Harga (X1) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap volume ekspor (Y) dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 30,1621%, Nilai Tukar (X2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap volume ekspor (Y) dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 60,4564%  dan Harga (X1) dan Nilai Tukar (X2) secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Volume Ekspor (Y) dengan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 78.4664%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle and word of mouth on the purchase decision of soul promise coffee. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 130 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques use questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determinant coefficient. The results in this study showed that based on the t test, the Word of Mouth variable was partially significant. Silmutantly, the Word of Mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase soul promise coffee in Summarecon Bekasi city. While the Lifestyle variable partially has a significant effect, simultaneously the Lifestyle and Word of Mouth variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase soul promise coffee in Summarecon Bekasi city

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Business Trend of Jasa Laundry Cukling in East Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the business trend of Jasa Laundry Cukling (a laundry service provider), increase the buying interest / selling power of Jasa Laundry Cukling, and determine the obstacles faced by Jasa Laundry Cukling and the efforts they make to overcome these obstacles. The data in the study were obtained through observation and interviews with 5 informants, and were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the business trend analysis used by Jasa Laundry Cukling is very significant because it will have a positive impact on consumer buying interest. The obstacles that were found were the lack of technology utilization, low public knowledge about shoe laundry, and less than optimal promotion and innovation. Efforts that Jasa Laundry Cukling can do to increase consumer buying interest are collaborating with similar companies such as the Go-Clean app, adding payment instruments, innovating better, and always evaluating and analyzing market needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of timeliness and e-servqual on customersatisfaction with the delivery service of PT Lintas Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Express. The data usedwas primary data which was collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likertscale. The population in this study was 1,844,462 residents of North Jakarta. With accidentalsampling technique, a sample of 100 respondents was obtained from the population. This studyused a quantitative approach. Calculations and data analysis were performed using SPSS 28.0.The results showed that partially (t test) Punctuality (X1) has a significant effect on CustomerSatisfaction (Y) as evidenced by tcount> ttable (4.234 > 1.984) and the coefficient of determination(r2) of 43.5%. Partially (t test) E-Servqual (X2) has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction(Y) as evidenced by tcount> ttable (8.743 > 1.984) and the coefficient of determination (r2) of 62.6%.Simultaneously (f test) Punctuality (X1) and E-Servqual (X2) have a significant effect on CustomerSatisfaction (Y) as evidenced by fcount> ftable (104.963 > 3.09) and the coefficient of determination(r2) of 68.4%.

Abstract

Currently, the cosmetic industry is growing, especially skincare products, be it hair care, body care, and face care products. This study aims to determine how much influence product quality and celebrity endorsers on Instagram social media have on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee application. This study uses a quantitative method with the population in this study being consumers who have purchased Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee application, sampling using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Tests were carried out using SPSS version 27 including instrument tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that (1) product quality has a significant effect with an R square value of 42.3% on purchasing decisions. (2) celebrity endorser has a significant effect with an R square value of 40.9% on purchasing decisions. (3) product quality and celebrity endorser together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the R square value of 0.501 which indicates that purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality and celebrity endorsers by 50.1% and the remaining 49.9% are  influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze E-commerce Services at Erni Labay Stores. This study uses qualitative data types. Data collection techniques using Interview, Documentation, and Observation. Data analysis uses primary and secondary data. At first the Erni Labay shop only sold offline, seeing technological developments finally the shop owner chose to sell online on the shopee platform. From the results of the research, the E-commerce services implemented at the Erni Labay Shopee Shop have been well and optimally systemized, starting from the order process, payment, delivery, information services or customer service. E-commerce services that make it easy for buyers to make purchase transactions, because the process is easy, fast and secure transactions are expected to be able to increase sales at the store. It's just that there are obstacles or problems that occur, product diversity, product innovation and lack of promotion,so that it can hinder the rate of increasing sales.

Abstract

This research uses quantitative research methods. The population and sample amounted to 150 consumers buying Jims Honey products. Based on the research results, the regression equation was obtained, namely Y = 3.078 + 0.610 X1 + 0.604 The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between brand image (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) with an R Square coefficient value of 0.299 or 29.9%. The price discount variable shows that there is a positive and significant influence between price discount (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) with an R Square coefficient value of 0.311 or 31.1%. The brand image (X1) and price discount (X2) variables show that there is a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y) with an R Square coefficient value of 0.371 or 37.1%. It can be concluded that brand image and price discount partially and together have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions when purchasing Jims Honey products in West Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Creativity and Innovation on Purchase Decisions in the Shopee marketplace among students of STIAMI Institute, Class 2017 -2020. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique which was measured using a Likert scale. The population of this study was the 2017- 2020 STIAMI Institute students, totaling 9114 and a sample consisting of 100 Shopee user respondents. The data analysis used in this research were descriptive percentage analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 program. The results show that: (1) Creativity has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with a value of 44.2%; (2) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with a value of 53.7%; (3) Creativity and Innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions with a value of 55.2%, with the remaining 44.8% being the influence of other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the decision of STIAMI Institute students in Bekasi A to use the ShopeePay digital wallet for online shopping activities. In an era of rapid technological development, human shopping activities are increasingly facilitated by the presence of digital wallet applications. The focus of this research is on promotion and ease of access as two main variables that may affect students' decisions in choosing ShopeePay. Based on survey data conducted, ShopeePay emerges as one of the most preferred digital wallets among STIAMI students. Research results indicate that ShopeePay's vigorous promotions, such as free shipping and special discounts, have successfully attracted students' interest. Additionally, ease of transaction process and ShopeePay balance top-up also play crucial roles in influencing usage decisions. Although some previous studies have shown results consistent with these findings, there are differences to be noted. A previous study found that ease of access is not significant in influencing students' decisions. This may suggest that students who are accustomed to technology tend to focus more on promotional factors. In conclusion, promotion and ease of access are two significant factors influencing students' decisions to use ShopeePay for online shopping activities. The findings of this research can provide valuable insights for e-commerce companies and digital wallet providers to enhance promotion strategies and ensure ease of access for usage, especially in the context of students.
