Abstract

Angkringan is a concept of food stores operate on the outskirts of roads or sidewalks. The concept of angkringan highlights from business people in Blora to innovate by changing ordinary angkringan on the side of the road becomes like a cafe or a place to eat modern. Modern Angkringan is growing rapidly along withpopularity of culinary tourism. Not only the concept of angkringan changed like the cafe, they even offer live acoustics on certain days. To attract customers from the upper middle class, they promoting cafes with angkringan label. Angkringanhas a menu various simple snacks include various fried foods and satay which also known as sundukan, in addition to providing a variety of warm drinks such as tea, ginger, and coffee. Typical dishes from the angkringan menu famous is ricewrap, or also known as Sego Kucing or Nasi Kucing (because of its small portion), which is served with tempeh Fry and small pieces of Whitefish or anchovies. The purpose of this research is to discover, develop and testsomething true and real opinion on the object under study. Technique data collection using questionnaires. This research uses quantitative methods with independent variables that influence the quality Service and Price and the dependent variable is customer loyalty Warung Angkringan WM Kemayoran. Population in this study as much 130 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of price and servicequality on decisions to use J&T Express Expedition services. Collecting data through a questionnaire with a Likert scale collection technique. The data used is primary data. The population in this studyis the population of community Rawa Badak Utara, which is 21,568 people. The sample obtained from the population is 100 respondents with a sampling technique is purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data calculation and analysis using SPSS version 28.0. The results showed that partially (t test) Price (X1) hada significant effect on the Decision to Use (Y) supported by the arithmetic value tcount > ttable (3.165 > 1.988) and the coefficient of determination of the r2 value obtained was 54.7%. Partially (t-test)Service Quality (X2) has a significant effect on Decision to Use (Y)supported by the calculated value of tcount > ttable (7.036 > 1.988) and the coefficient of determination of the value of r2 obtained is 66.9%. Simultaneously (f test) Price (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a significant effect on the Decision to Use (Y) supported by fcount > ftable (113,031 > 3.09) and the coefficient of determinationof the value of r2 obtained is 70%..

Method used by is approach method qualitative that is, descriptive analysis. From research result at Blibli.Com Cabang Karawaci represent a peripatetic company is area of E- Commerce, or more knowledgeable as retail. System evaluation, internal control to the supply have effective, where existence of duty dissociation of between functions of related to revenue and expenditure goods. Abstract

This study aims to determine how employee engagement is implemented, obstacles in the application of employee engagement, and solutions in resolving obstacles in implementing employee engagement in an effort to support the work commitment of Air Traffic Controller (ATC) at Kertajati Airport. This is based on the problem in which the age of Kertajati Airport is still relatively young, many employees want to move, and employees do not have strong emotional loyalty and attachment to Kertajati Airport, so that their work commitment can be said to be low. This research was conducted at Kertajati Airport from May 2020 to September 2020. This research used a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with 7 informants. The concept used is employee engagement. Based on the data obtained, it can be seen that Air Traffic Controller (ATC) employees have implemented Employee Engagement. Internal and external obstacles, such as: a) differences of opinion; b) uneven training; c) misunderstanding between colleagues; d) overlapping tasks; e) the distance from Kertajati International Airport which is far from the employee's house. Efforts are made to overcome obstacles: Have lots of discussions between employees so that there are no misunderstandings or differences of opinion, take the time to go to work and go home on time so that they can arrive at their destination in the expected time

Abstract

The greater the influence of K-wave in Indonesia, the greater the demand for products originating from South Korea. One such demand is on merchandise of K-pop idol groups. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand awareness, brand loyalty, and product lines on purchase decisions both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaire distribution. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases at the KpopConnection store in South Jakarta. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique, i.e. incidental sampling, with the Slovin formula. The data obtained were then analyzed using linear regression technique with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially brand awareness affects purchase decisions by 59.8%, brand loyalty affects purchase decisions by 67.8%, and product lines affect purchase decisions by 59.5%; simultaneously brand awareness, brand loyalty, and product lines influence purchase decisions by 75.1%, with the remaining percentage being the influence of other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Application Service Innovation and marketing creativity to increase sales of macaroni products Krenyesss Indonesia in Central Lombok district Praya Timur. Quantitative research methods, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability.The results showed that application service innovation (X1) and marketing creativity (X2) simultaneously affect the increase in sales (Y). Application Service Innovation variable (X1) that affects the increase in sales (Y) is the product has, while the marketing creativity variable (X2) that affects the increase in sales (Y).

Abstract

This study airned to determine the effect of service qualities and locationson customer satisfactions of Foodpedia Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta. This study used a quantitativeresearch by distributing questionnaires to 110 accidential sampling of respondents. The results showed that bassed on hypothesis testing using the T-test, service qualities andlocations has a positive and significant results on customer satisfactions. Meanwhile, using the F-test, all the independent variables in this study has a significant effect on customer satisfactions. The effect of service qualities (X1) and locations (X2) on customer other variables which not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by developments in the digital era today the business world is growing so rapidly and business ventures that are in great demand by customers, such as one example is a cafe or coffee shop. If the better the marketing strategy on the business venture, the faster the business venture develops. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, location and quality of service to the customer's interest in re-buying coffee Nako Summarecon Bekasi. This study uses descriptive research methods with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is Coffee customers Nako Summarecon Bekasi. The number of samples was 170 respondents, while the data collection technique used was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling technique. This research data in the form of primary data sourced from questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the t-test in this study showed thatthe store atmosphere, location and quality of Service have a significant effect on re- purchase interest so that the hypothesis in this study can beaccepted. The results of the f test showed that the store atmosphere, location and quality of service simultaneously significantly affect the re- purchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence training and motivation have on employee performance at PT. Shopee International Indonesia, South Jakarta. In the current era of globalization, every organization or company competes with each other to show the advantages of their respective companies. Competition that continues to develop today requires companies to be able to survive in the existing competition, as well as develop every quality human resource. In every organization it can be said that one of the most important resources is human. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. sample in this study, employees of PT. Shopee Department of Customer Operations Quality Assurance totaled 75 respondents with probability sampling data taken by random sampling by Taro Yamane. The types of data used in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, F test, T test. Research Results. Partially there is an influence between training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Shopee International Indonesia, South Jakarta, it is known from the results of the t-test that the results of t-count > t-table (8.33 > 1.993) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Meanwhile, according to the results of the simultaneous F test, the calculated F value is 6.503 with an F table value of 3.12. Thus, it is known that F count > F table, then together or the variables of training and motivation (simultaneously) affect the performance of employees of PT. Shopee International Indonesia, South Jakarta

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to know the impact of green marketing and consumer behavior on consumer brand image of cosmetic products for The Body Shop Casablanca city, South Jakarta. In this research, the author used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and 100 participate consumers who used a cosmetic product of Body Shop and know that are green products. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling with the purposive sampling method. Data were collected through questionary. The analyzed method in this research is multiple linear regression test with SPSS IBM Statistic Version 24 application. The results of this study show that the green marketing variable has a significant influent on customer behavior about 31,2%. For that consumer behavior, a variable has a significant influent to brand image about 30,8%. The effect of green marketing and consumer behavior variables simultaneously have a significant impact to brand image about 34,3%.  Then from the test of this research green marketing variables quite strong for attracting consumer behavior for brand image cosmetic product The Body Shop can thrive as well. Keywords: Green Marketing; Consumer Behaviour; Brand Image
