Abstract

The Influence of Live Selling Promotions and Product Prices on Purchase Decisions for The Originote Products on the TikTok Shop Platform in 2023 This research aims to examine Live Selling Promotion and Product Prices on Purchase Decisions for The Originote products, using a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents and was determined using the formula Hair et.al. using purposive sampling technique. The data processing technique used is the multiple linear regression method. The research results show that Live Selling Promotion and Product Prices, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for The Originote products, indicated by a significant value of 0.0000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable (6.516 > 1.660 and 11.492 > 1.660) and the value of Fcount > Ftable (73,841 > 0.270). The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the Live Selling Promotion has an influence on the decision to purchase The Originote products by 48.7%, Product Price has an influence on the decision to purchase The Originote products by 67.9%. Simultaneously, these two independent variables influence the decision to purchase The Originote products by 69.7% and the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this research.

Abstract

In recent years, Bank BCA Tanjung Priok branch has experienced obstacles and problems in every service, resulting in customer complaints and a decrease in the number of customers who transact directly to the branch and an increase in the number of customers who transact digitally. This is related to information technology and service quality. This study aims to test and analyze the influence of information technology and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA Tanjung Priok branch. Respondents in this study were customers of Bank BCA Tanjung Priok branch. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used a random sampling method with a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the analysis conducted, this study shows that "Information Technology and Service Quality have an influence on Customer Satisfaction" and have a significant influence. The results of the study indicate that based on the results of the T-test, the independent variables in this study have a positive effect on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the F test that has been carried out, the calculated F obtained is greater than the F table so that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables of information technology and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA, Tanjung Priok branch. In the determination coefficient test (R2), the results obtained were 53.9% of the independent variables of information technology and service quality were able to explain variations in work productivity, while 46.1% was explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Online shopping platforms have reshaped consumer behavior, prompting companies to adopt interactive and experience-based promotional strategies. This study aimed to analyze the influence of content marketing and online customer reviews on consumer purchase intentions for Indomilk Durian Musang King products on TikTok Shop, focusing on consumers in Babelan District. Using a quantitative survey method, data were collected from 110 respondents who had purchased Indomilk and seen advertisements for the Durian Musang King variant. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis. The findings revealed that content marketing (X1) had a positive and significant partial effect on purchase intention by 50.3%, while online customer reviews (X2) had a stronger positive effect of 66.8%. Simultaneously, both variables influenced purchase intention (Y) by 67.8%, with the remaining 32.2% attributed to other factors not studied, such as price, product quality, and brand image. These results highlight the strong role of digital engagement in driving consumer decisions.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction variables on Customer Loyalty among users of Paxel Home expedition services in East Jakarta. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 130 respondents and processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The recapitulation results showed that the average Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction variables were 4.32 each, and the average Customer Loyalty variable was 4.28, all of them were in the ˜Strongly Agree’ or ˜Excellent’ category. The sample was determined using the Hair et al (2010: 101) formula and a total of 130 people were obtained, so the respondents used in this study were unlimited people. The analysis was carried out by testing the Coefficient of Determination, Multiple Linear Regression, and t-test to measure how much influence the independent variables (Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction) have on the dependent variable (Customer Loyalty). The results of the calculation of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) showed that 64.6% of the variation in Customer Loyalty could be explained by Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction, while35.4% was influenced by other variables not examined. The t-test showed that the variables of Service Quality (X1) and Customer Satisfaction (X2) each had a significant effect on Customer Loyalty (Y), with a t-count value for Service Quality of 13.713 (p < 0.05) and for Customer Satisfaction of 10.584 (p < 0.05). The results showed that Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction significantly affect Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The intense competition in the footwear industry in Tanah Abang requires producers to understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, particularly price and product quality. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of price and product quality on the purchasing decisions of The Sandal’s consumers in Tanah Abang. A quantitative approach was applied using multiple linear regression analysis processed through SPSS version 24. The results show that price has a positive and significant partial influence on purchase decisions, contributing 66.9%. Product quality has an even stronger influence, contributing 71.0%. Simultaneously, price and product quality have a significant effect on purchase decisions, with a coefficient of determination (R ²) of 76.8%. These findings suggest that improving product quality and implementing appropriate pricing strategies are essential to increasing purchase decisions for The Sandal’s in Tanah Abang.

Abstract

This study investigated the impact of service quality, trust, and price on customer satisfaction in the culinary enterprise Raca Lele, located in North Tambun. The research was prompted by recent fluctuations in customer volume and profitability observed by the business. A quantitative research design was adopted, employing a survey method with data collected through closed-ended questionnaires administered to 60 customers of Raca Lele. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, complemented by t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination analysis, with the support of IBM SPSS version 26. The results revealed that, both individually and collectively, service quality, trust, and price exerted a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. These findings underscored the importance of enhancing service quality, building customer trust, and implementing competitive pricing strategies as critical components in fostering and maintaining customer satisfaction. The study offered practical implications for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) seeking to develop effective strategies for improving service delivery and customer experience.

Abstract

Coffee is one of Indonesia's main export commodities. The United States is the largest market for coffee exports. This study aims to analyze the effect of price and inflation on exports of coffee products to the United States. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The variables used in this study are price, inflation and exports. The data used is multiple linear regression analysis with time series data in 2015-2023. Secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the International Coffee Organization (ICO). The results showed that price has a negative and significant effect on exports of coffee products, while inflation also has the same effect, which is negative and significant. Recommendations for future research include analyzing other factors such as trade policies and climatic conditions that may affect Indonesian coffee exports.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is influenced by several factors such as trust and service quality. Some of the phenomena that exist in the Erigo Official Shop on the Shopee Application are customer complaints that are so high regarding the quality of service and also prefer to the trust of the customers themselves that there are many bad reviews in the rating column on the Erigo Official Shop itself. This research aims to determine the effect of trust and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Erigo Official Shop on the Shopee Application. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach and the respondents in this research are STIAMI Institute students who have shopped at the Erigo Official Shop on the Shopee Application. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, with a sample size of 110 students. Data quality techniques use validity tests and reliability tests. Test data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of this research prove that there is a positive and significant influence of trust and service quality on customer satisfaction. Partially, trust contributed 51.7% and service quality contributed 49.4%. Trust and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions by 64% and the remaining 36% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

In the air conditioning industry, business face intense competition in terms of both pricing and product quality. The sales instability observed at Pt. Mitra Indo Teknik indicates underlying issues influencing purchasing decisions. This research aims to analyze the extent to which product quality and price influence the purchasing decisions of Daikin air conditioners at Pt. Mitra Indo Teknik. This research adopts a quantitative approach. The population consist of all customer of Pt. Mitra indo Teknik who have purchased Daikin air conditioners. The result reveal a positive and significant influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, with a calculated tvalue of 10.897 ttable value of 1.980 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 likewise, price has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a calculated t-value of 2.831 > t-table value of 1.980 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. Simultaneously, product quality and price have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, as indicated by an F-test value of 73.109 > F-table value of 3.07 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The Combined contribution of product quality and price to purchasing decisions is 53.9%, while the remaining 46.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This studi aims This study aims to determine and analyze the use of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategies, as well as identify inhibiting factors and efforts to increase sales volume of Gauri Shop MSMEs in East Jakarta. The research method used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Eight informants were selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that Gauri Shop's implementation of IMC strategies is still suboptimal, particularly in terms of digital media utilization and direct customer interaction. Inhibiting factors identified include limited human resources, capital, and fluctuating purchasing power. Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include strengthening human resource competencies, diversifying promotional content, and improving customer shopping experiences through digital media and physical stores. This research is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to the development of integrated marketing strategies for MSMEs in Indonesia to be able to increase competitiveness and sales volume in a sustainable manner
