Abstract

This research aimed to find out and analyze the influence of Instagram viral marketing and celebrity endorsers on the interest in purchasing Scarlett Whitening products among the people of Jagakarsa Subdistrict. The research method used descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The population of this research was the population of Jagakarsa Subdistrict, with sampling using the Hair formula, resulting in a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research used descriptive statistics with multiple linear regression analysis. Each respondent was given 30 statements using a Likert scale, and this research used instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination), and f- test. Meanwhile, data processing used the SPSS version 26 for Mac program. The results showed that viral marketing and celebrity endorsers had a significant simultaneous influence on purchase interest. The coefficient of determination (R2) showed that the viral marketing and celebrity endorser variables had a simultaneous influence of 13% on purchase interest, while the remaining 87% was influenced by other variables not researched in this research.

Abstract

The need for fast, transparent, and efficient information services has encouraged the Tanjung Priok Type-A Customs and Excise Main Service Office to implement the Non-MITA Client Information Service Registration Application. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the program in increasing access to customs, excise and taxation information, identifying the obstacles faced, and the solutions implemented. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The analysis uses Amitai Etzioni's theory of organizational effectiveness, which includes four dimensions: adaptation, integration, motivation, and production. The research results show that this application is quite effective in improving the quality of information services, although there are still obstacles such as limited quotas, lack of human resources, and user absence from service schedules. The solutions implemented include improved communication, better queue management, and regular service evaluation. Overall, the program implementation is considered to have met most of the effectiveness indicators according to Etzioni, but still requires improvement to be more adaptive to the dynamics of user needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of Murabaha Financing and Business Assistance provided by BTPN Syariah on the development of MSMEs in Sukatani Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency. A quantitative research methodology with a descriptive approach was used, where data were gathered through questionnaires distributed to 97 MSME customers of BTPN Syariah. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 27. The findings showed that Murabaha Financing (X1) has a positive and significant effect on MSME Development (Y) by 72.4%. Business Assistance (X2) also had a positive and significant impact on MSME Development (Y) by 71.1%. When combined, Murabaha Financing (X1) and Business Assistance (X2) account for 78.0% of the positive and significant influence on MSME Development (Y) in Sukatani Subdistrict, with the remaining 22% being attributed to other factors not explored in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze quality control in improving organic fertilizer (composters) and recycling products in the Sunter Jaya area. In this study, quantitative and primary data sources were used with questionnaires. The population in this study is all people involved in the production process. The analysis method used in this research is Statistical Quality Control (SQC). The results of the study show that in the production process of organic fertilizer (composters) and recycling in the Sunter Jaya area, the average product defect rate is 1%, with the highest defect rate being in ineffective solid products at 5%. In this study, other defects such as odor and contamination had a percentage of 0%, which means that the production results were in the good category.

Abstract

Supervision of export activities plays a crucial role in maintaining exporter compliance and preventing potential violations that may lead to state revenue losses. One of the strategic instruments employed by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise is the Nota Hasil Intelijen (NHI), which serves as an early detection tool for potential violations in export activities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of export goods supervision based on NHI at the Main Customs Office (KPUBC) Type A Tanjung Priok in 2024, using the effectiveness framework proposed by Martani and Lubis in Hermawan (2017), which includes the resource approach, process approach, and goals approach. This research adopts a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six key informants from internal DJBC personnel and business actors, supported by secondary data such as performance reports (LAKIN), standard operating procedures (SOP), and NHI export statistics. The research findings indicate that NHI-based export supervision at KPUBC Tanjung Priok is highly effective, with a 95,83% follow-up rate and various forms of enforcement, including export cancellation, investigation, and seizure of goods by the state. The challenges identified include limitations in human resources, facilities, and technical disruptions in the field. To address these issues, several efforts have been made, such as technical training, inter-unit coordination, and the use of digital documentation tools. In conclusion, the implementation of NHI has significantly improved export compliance and violation prevention, although further strengthening is needed in terms of human resources and operational infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore customer experiences in using the wondr by BNI mobile banking application at the Jatimakmur Sub-Branch Office (KCP), Bekasi. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving six informants, including BNI internal personnel, customers, and academics. The research focused on three customer satisfaction indicators as proposed by Tjiptono (2014): expectation confirmation, repeat usage, and recommendation to others. The findings indicated that most customers perceive the wondr by BNI application as meeting their expectations, particularly in terms of its modern interface, practical features, and transactional efficiency. Customers also demonstrated a tendency for continued use due to ease of access and system stability. However, some challenges were noted, such as technical issues and facial verification problems, which initially reduced satisfaction levels. Nonetheless, several customers still recommended the application to others. These findings suggested that service stability, feature clarity, and a positive initial experience are key factors in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty toward mobile banking services

Abstract

Tax Avoidance is a strategic approach implemented by companies to minimize their tax burden while remaining compliant with relevant Tax Regulations. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of profitability and firm size on Tax Avoidance in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. Employing a descriptive quantitative method, the sample is determined using a purposive sampling technique to select a sample of 14 Companies that meet pre-defined criteria. The collected data will be subjected to analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 25, encompassing Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. The result of this study indicate that profitability has effect and significant on Tax Avoidance, while firm size has not effect on tax avoidance. And simultaneously profitability and firm size have a significant effect on Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, companies in various industrial sectors are required to develop effective marketing strategies to boost sales volume, maintain market share, and adapt to intense competition. This research focuses on PT. Polar Solusindo Utama, which operates in the photocopier sales, rental, and service industry in Bekasi, Indonesia, during the period of 2018- 2022. The research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by the company and their impact on sales volume. The observation results indicate that PT. Polar Solusindo Utama has faced stiff competition from similar competitors in the region. The company has adopted marketing strategies that encompass the Marketing Mix, including product management, pricing, distribution, and promotion.Over the years, the company experienced fluctuations in the number of customers renting and purchasing their photocopier machines. However, in 2021-2022, a significant increase in the number of customers renting and buying machines occurred. This research also notes the impact of the increased number of customerson the company's revenue, with revenue tending to rise after 2020. Based on thesefindings, the research aims to analyze the marketing strategies employed by PT. Polar Solusindo Utama to explain the fluctuations in sales volume and achieve revenue growth. This research has significant implications for similar companies in the same industry seeking to compete and increase sales volume amid intense competition.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies employed by Tugu Market, Perumda Pasar Jaya, DKI Jakarta, to enhance sales and business rental. It also aims to identify the challenges faced by Tugu Market, Perumda Pasar Jaya, DKI Jakarta, and the efforts that will be made to improve sales and business rental. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data presentation, data reduction, and data verification. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings are described using SWOT analysis, market segmentation, target market, and market positioning. The results indicate that the marketing strategies implemented by Tugu Market, Perumda Pasar Jaya, DKI Jakarta, to increase sales and business rental align with general marketing methods. These strategies involve formulating the target market using segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies, as well as employing the 7Ps marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence). The challenges faced include a shortage of manpower, intense competition, and a less strategic location. Efforts to address these challenges involve offering high-quality business spaces at affordable prices, promoting available business spaces through internet networks and social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter, obtaining approval from the Head Office’s Board of Directors, and providing various Services to consumers, including security, cleanliness, maintenance, and care.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on the performance of PT. Rhenus Logistics Indonesia Jakarta employees. The independent variables in this study are work stress (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) with employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. This study used a quantitative approach by obtained data through the distribution of questionnaires. The research participants were 52 people who working at PT. Rhenus Logistics Indonesia Jakarta. The results of this study prove that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the variables of work stress and job satisfaction have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance.
