Abstract

This research aims to outline the concept of education financing policy and management. This study uses qualitative research with a literature study research method. The data in this study come from relevant literature, books and journals related to the subject of this article. This study discusses several main problems, namely: 1) the concept of an effective and efficient financing system in education; 2) education budget and financial management; 3) the management system of financing for the implementation of education; 4) education financing models. After collecting data from several relevant literature, the data is researched, reviewed, described, developed and innovated from previous research. Education financing policy and management aims to create an efficient and effective system, as well as ensure access to quality education for each individual through optimal resource management. This aspect is very important because it has a direct effect on the quality of education. With clear regulations and good management, it is hoped that education financing can be managed in an effective way to improve the quality of education services at all levels.

Abstract

Implementation of early childhood moral education in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Cakkela Kindergarten, Cakkela Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of early childhood moral education in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Cakkela Kindergarten, Cakkela Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency. To determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of children's moral education in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Cakkela Kindergarten, Cakkela Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the implementation of early childhood moral education in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Cakkela Kindergarten, Cakkela Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency. consists of four kinds of things, namely saying polite words, shaking hands, apologizing if you are guilty or make a mistake, and saying thank you if given something. These four things are implemented through habituation activities both in the classroom and in the school environment. Supporting factors in the implementation of moral education in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Cakkela Kindergarten, Cakkela Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency, namely a) educators are experts and professionals, have completed PAUD teacher education, attended workshops, training, briefings and routine coaching from the foundation. b) adequate facilities and infrastructure that support learning, c) availability of learning media, both traditional, simple, and modern. d) the condition of children who are enthusiastic and ready to learn. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the implementation of moral education in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Cakkela Kindergarten, Cakkela Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency, namely a) Different family backgrounds and environments. b) The potential, motivation, interests, problems, conditions, characters, and attitudes of each child are different. c) There are children who are active and difficult to condition. d) Children find it difficult to tidy up and return games to their place, so it takes quite a lot of time. e) The condition of parents who do not all provide further education to guide and accustom children at home. However, these inhibiting factors can be overcome by educators.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of information literacy based on “informed learning” in order to integrate library services into the education curriculum at schools/madrasahs and higher education institutions in Indonesia. The discussion begins by examining Indonesian National Library Regulations Number 4 of 2024 and Number 5 of 2024, both of which emphasize the importance of libraries as integrated learning resource centers. Through a literature review, it was found that information literacy serves as a foundation for learners to identify, access, evaluate, and process information responsibly. Using the “informed learning” approach, which highlights the active involvement of learners in reflection and collaboration, information literacy is not taught as a standalone subject but is integrated and intertwined with academic content. This practice is enriched by research- and inquiry-based learning models, support from digital technology, and close collaboration among librarians, teachers, and lecturers. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, human resource competencies, and uneven policy implementation remain obstacles. On the other hand, cross-institutional collaborative opportunities, the use of open resources, and formal curriculum adjustments can enhance the effectiveness of information literacy in improving educational quality. The results of this study recommend strengthening human resource capacity, incorporating technology, and conducting ongoing evaluations so that the integration of information literacy through “informed learning” can genuinely reinforce the learning ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

Office space management is an important component in improving employee workflows, with a focus on creating an efficient and productive work environment. This article discusses the role of office layout management in streamlining workflows, which is a critical factor in achieving organizational goals. Through designing strategic layouts, promoting flexibility, ensuring consistent access to resources, encouraging collaboration, supporting well-being, and integrating technology, organizations can significantly improve employee workflows and productivity. This research uses a literature study method or literature review. Data was obtained from journal articles, books, and e-books published and accessed through Google Scholar with keywords related to office layout. The data was analyzed by collecting and reviewing various sources of relevant information regarding the management of office space and employee workflows. The analysis is carried out to identify patterns and best practices in office space that can improve efficiency and productivity. This article uses qualitative data analysis from literature studies to evaluate office space management and its impact on employee workflows. The analysis process includes coding and categorizing information to identify key themes. Thematic synthesis integrates findings from multiple sources, while contextual and critical evaluations ensure the relevance and quality of the information used. The results of the study show that a well-designed office layout can improve employee workflow. Principles such as the shortest distance, the working range and the use of space should be considered. Open spaces facilitate collaboration, while closed spaces provide privacy. Ergonomic and flexible design and strategic furniture placement contribute to work comfort and productivity. With proper planning, office space planning can reduce distractions, support communication, and improve employee welfare.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Application of Organizational Culture in Improving Administrative Services at MAN 2 Bone. The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the application of organizational culture in improving the educational administration process. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. This research uses a management approach and a sociological approach. In collecting data, observation, interview, and documentation methods are used. As well as using data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that there is indeed an organizational culture policy in MAN 2 Bone that has existed for a long time, one of the cultures that is upheld in MAN 2 Bone is the culture of "sipakatau, sipakainge, sipakalebbi" which means "mutual respect, mutual respect and mutual reminding" along with other cultures that are also in the form of rules and regulations in the madrasah. This organizational culture is expected to be able to be a reference for all madrasah stakeholders in carrying out their obligations, be it as students, teachers, employees or principals. However, so far there are still some employees who do not implement the existing organizational culture well, such as in administrative services at MAN 2 Bone which are still felt to be lacking, especially in service to guests, even though by implementing the organizational culture well, it will make the image and reputation of the madrasah even better in the eyes of school residents and the community outside the madrasah. The implementation of organizational culture is needed in all fields, be it students, teachers or employees.

Abstract

The role of the madrasah principal in improving teacher professionalism at MA Al Ihsan Tanah Grogot has been well implemented. This study aims to examine how the madrasah principal carries out and applies strategies to enhance teacher professionalism in the 2023/2024 academic year. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal three key aspects: (1) the role of the madrasah principal in improving teacher professionalism, (2) supporting and inhibiting factors affecting the principal’s efforts, and (3) solutions provided by the principal to overcome challenges in professional development. The results indicate that the principal has effectively fulfilled their duties in accordance with operational standards, enabling them to address obstacles and provide appropriate solutions to foster professional teachers. The study suggests strengthening partnerships with educational institutions, optimizing internal resources, and implementing school-based training programs as sustainable efforts to enhance teacher professionalism. Future research is encouraged to explore the long-term impact of these strategies on teaching quality and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of integrative holistic education in early childhood at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Massalewangeng Kindergarten, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. The objectives of this study were (a) to determine the implementation of integrative holistic education in early childhood, (b) to describe the factors that become obstacles to the implementation of integrative holistic education in early childhood, and (c) to determine the efforts made to overcome obstacles to the implementation of integrative holistic education in early childhood at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Massalewangeng Kindergarten, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. To obtain data in this study, the researcher used a qualitative research method, with descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that (a) the implementation of Integrative Holistic Education in Early Childhood at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Massalewangeng Kindergarten, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency is to provide comprehensive services, provide guidance for guardians; and implement learning oriented towards children's basic needs. (b) The factors that become obstacles to the implementation of holistic integrative education for early childhood in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Massalewangeng Kindergarten, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency are the lack of coordination with related elements in the community. The lack of response from guardians to coaching activities, and the lack of socialization, mentoring and evaluation from the government related to holistic integrative education, (c) efforts made to overcome obstacles to the implementation of holistic integrative education for early childhood in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Massalewangeng Kindergarten, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency are to coordinate with Posyandu and BKB (Bina Keluarga Balita), rebuild cooperation with guardians of students, and strive for the availability of data and information on the development of students as a whole

Abstract

Administrative management involves overseeing the flow of data and information that both enters and exits an organization or educational institution. This process ensures that all aspects of communication and documentation are effectively managed. Activities consists of receiving, recording, classifying, processing, storing, typing, duplicating, sending information and data in writing that is needed by educational institutions / schools. This study aims to determine how the management, implementation and constraints of administrative management in improving school administration at SD Negeri 14 Banyuasin 1This research employs a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach. The subjects of the study included the principal and the head of administration. Data collection was conducted using a combination of observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the administrative management at SD Negeri 14 Banyuasin 1 is effectively conducted through meetings and deliberations aimed at developing a comprehensive school administration plan. These gatherings facilitate better communication and collaboration among the principal, head of administration, and teachers. Overall, the implementation of administrative management has been relatively successful in enhancing school administration services at SD Negeri 14 Banyuasin 1. However, challenges remain, including issues related to the lack of discipline among administrative staff and a general lack of awareness regarding their responsibilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze student management at SD Negeri 02 Banyuasin II, which is located in Teluk Payo Village. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to collect data through observation, documentation, and interviews. One of the informants in this study was the principal of SD Negeri 02 Banyuasin II, who is also the manager of the educational institution. The data analysis techniques used included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that this school has carried out student management well, especially in terms of student management that has been used effectively to support educational activities. The management includes organizing new student admissions, orientation, attendance, extracurricular activities, and student evaluation. However, some obstacles were still found, such as the lack of fulfillment of students' administrative documents, especially birth certificates, as well as parental involvement that still needs to be improved. This study recommends the need for further socialisation to parents regarding the importance of administrative documents and improving communication between schools and parents to support students' educational success.

Abstract

Student management is a crucial aspect of the education system to create a conducive learning environment and enhance the quality of learning. SD Negeri 06 Rambutan, located in Sungai Kedukan Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency, has implemented various programs and policies for student management, ranging from new student admissions, coaching, to character development. However, in practice, there are still several challenges, such as student discipline, participation in extracurricular activities, and the effectiveness of supervision. This study aims to analyze the student management system at SD Negeri 06 Rambutan to identify its strengths and the challenges encountered. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews with the principal, teachers, and students, as well as documentation of school policies related to student management. The data analysis technique employed is qualitative descriptive analysis, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that student management at SD Negeri 06 Rambutan has been well implemented in terms of student admission administration and academic coaching. The school has implemented various character-building programs through extracurricular and religious activities. However, some challenges remain, such as the lack of parental involvement in student supervision and limited supporting facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, strategies for improvement are needed, such as optimizing the role of teachers in supervision and fostering closer collaboration with parents and relevant stakeholders. This study recommends that the school enhance the effectiveness of student coaching programs through more innovative and participatory methods. With better student management, the quality of education and student character development at SD Negeri 06 Rambutan is expected to continue to improve.
