Abstract

Brand awareness is a key element in the successful marketing of a product or service. Event marketing is considered a potential method to achieve these goals, involving consumers directly through experiences and interactions. This research aims to explore and analyze marketing strategies through event marketing as an effort to increase brand awareness. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of research on event marketing strategies with a focus on increasing brand awareness show that a holistic and sustainable approach provides a significant positive impact. By choosing the right type of event, creating a memorable experience, and utilizing social media effectively before, during, and post-event, companies can achieve their marketing goals. The research results also highlight the importance of providing quality merchandise and attractive prizes to participants as a form of appreciation, as well as maintaining active communication to strengthen ties with them. With this strategy, research shows that companies can build strong brand awareness, expand their customer base, and build sustainable relationships with consumers.

Abstract

Effective supply chain management can contribute significantly to operational efficiency and increased agricultural productivity. This research will explore key aspects of the agricultural supply chain, including production, distribution, storage and marketing of agricultural products. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that optimizing agribusiness supply chain management with a sustainable approach can significantly increase agricultural yields. The application of information technology and strong partnerships between stakeholders in the supply chain results in increased efficiency and responsiveness to market fluctuations. Identifying and managing risks with careful planning has also proven effective in maintaining supply chain resilience to external changes. In addition, diversification of suppliers and markets contributes to flexibility and balance, reducing risks associated with market fluctuations. In the context of sustainable agriculture, practices such as environmentally friendly farming methods, sustainable management of natural resources, and environmental impact monitoring are proven to improve agricultural quality and productivity in the long term. The results of this research provide an in-depth understanding of how the integration of effective supply chain management with a sustainable approach can create optimal conditions for the growth and sustainability of the agricultural sector.

Abstract

Citizenship awareness is a critical aspect in identity formation and active participation in community life. This research aims to explore and analyze the role of Civic Education (PKn) learning in developing civic awareness among students. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that learning Citizenship Education (PKn) has a positive impact in forming civic awareness among individuals. Through Civics, students can understand their rights and obligations as citizens, as well as develop skills for active participation in civic life. Apart from that, Civics also helps in instilling important civic values such as mutual cooperation, tolerance, justice, democracy and unity. The results of this research provide a strong basis for the role of Civics in forming individuals who are responsible, aware of their rights and obligations, and ready to contribute to building a better society.

Abstract

The need for information depends on various factors, including the information technology used, but the application of technology in producing information should consider the user. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of information technology and the implementation of internal control on the quality of accounting information systems at PT. Budi Agung Sentosa. The method used is a descriptive verification approach. the population in this study were employees of PT. Budi Agung Sentosa as many as 50 people where the sampling method used was saturated sampling. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results show that the application of information technology has a positive and significant impact on the quality of the accounting information system at PT Budi Agung Sentosa by 67.7%. The implementation of internal control has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the accounting information system at PT Budi Agung Sentosa by 62.5% and simultaneously the application of information technology and the implementation of internal control together has a significant effect on the quality of the accounting information system at PT Budi Agung Sentosa with a large the effect of 73.6% while the remaining 26.4% is influenced by other factors that are not observed.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of change management in the context of human resource management (HR). Change management is becoming increasingly important in the face of rapidly changing organizational dynamics and business environments. However, how change management is implemented effectively in the HR management process is still an important research subject. This research will use a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the impact of globalization on human resource management (HR) creates various new challenges for companies. Intense global competition, shortage of skilled labor, cultural diversity, high labor mobility, and technological changes are the main factors influencing HR strategies in the era of globalization. To overcome these challenges, companies need to adopt effective change management strategies. These strategies include good communication, employee participation, training and development, forming effective work teams, and recognizing employee contributions. By implementing a holistic approach in HR change management, companies can optimize their performance amidst ever-changing global business dynamics, and create an inclusive, innovative and highly competitive work environment.

Abstract

In this article, we explore the significance of financial literacy in shaping the consumer behavior of Generation Z. Growing up in a world of technology and the internet, this generation faces unique challenges when managing their finances. Despite having access to vast information, they often struggle with impulsive and unplanned consumer behavior, leading to excessive spending. We aim to investigate the impact of financial literacy on the consumer behavior of Generation Z, with a particular focus on college students. To achieve this, we conducted a systematic literature review using secondary data from articles published on Google Scholar between 2020-2023. Our findings revealed three relevant articles that demonstrate a significant positive relationship between financial literacy and prudent consumptive behavior among Generation Z students. While lifestyle and income also play a role in financial management, financial literacy remains a critical predictor of wasteful behavior. We conclude that educational institutions and policymakers should prioritize financial literacy initiatives to equip Generation Z with the necessary skills to manage their finances effectively. Finally, our research highlights the need for comprehensive follow-up studies to compare literacy levels and consumer behavior across different tertiary institutions, providing valuable insight into developing trends and overall financial management among Generation Z.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the application of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in managing company finances. ERP is an integrated system that supports various business functions, including finance, by providing consistent and real-time data. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that ERP implementation requires thorough planning, active participation from stakeholders, effective training strategies, and monitoring the impact on post-implementation financial processes to ensure long-term success and optimal return on investment for the company. By implementing an ERP system in company financial management, it was found that this integration brings a number of significant benefits. It is proven that ERP simplifies financial processes, increases operational efficiency, and increases the accuracy of financial information by providing real-time access. In addition, ERP systems also provide benefits in terms of regulatory compliance and risk management, by enabling companies to proactively identify and manage financial risks.

Abstract

In today's dynamic and competitive business landscape, innovation is the cornerstone of success in any industry. It is the employees within an organization who drive this innovation. A successful organization necessitates a leader with a unique leadership approach that cultivates an environment conducive to innovation, allowing teams to exceed past achievements. This study seeks to investigate the relationship between authoritarian leadership and employee innovation through an extensive review of existing literature. Using a literature review methodology, the research gathers data from Google Scholar. Previous studies have established a significant link between authoritarian leadership and employee innovation. The findings of this study could offer valuable insights for business professionals seeking a comprehensive understanding of the impact of authoritarian leadership in practical business settings. Moreover, this study will contribute to the current body of academic literature on leadership and employee innovation.

Abstract

Organizational change is an inevitable phenomenon in the dynamic business world, and HR management has a crucial role in facilitating successful adaptation to such changes. This research aims to investigate effective human resource management (HR) strategies in facing organizational change. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that in facing organizational change, human resource management (HR) plays a crucial role in ensuring effective adaptation. Challenges such as lack of leadership support, resistance to change, lack of resources, and global expansion came into focus. A holistic and strategic approach is needed in designing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational strategic change. This includes thorough evaluation, effective allocation of resources, and involving key stakeholders. Thus, effective and focused human resource management is key in helping organizations face change successfully and achieve their long-term goals.

Abstract

In the increasingly complex Business Development, tax management becomes a key element in the financial management of a company. Good tax management good tax management can be a strategic tool to improve the financial stability of the company. This study aims to identify the benefits and challenges of tax management as an important foundation in corporate financial management. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, through literature analysis and case studies of companies that have successfully implemented tax management. The research results show that tax management plays an important role as a foundation in corporate financial management. Through effective tax management, companies can optimize tax burdens, maintain compliance with tax regulations, and increase cost efficiency. However, emerging challenges, such as rapid regulatory changes, complex tax systems, and limited trained human resources, require special attention and good mitigation strategies. Therefore, integration of tax considerations into financial planning and other business decisions is critical to avoid the risk of non-compliance and maximize tax benefits. By making tax management an integral part of corporate strategy, organizations can improve their financial performance, reduce risks, and ensure business sustainability in the face of increasingly complex market dynamics.
