Jurnal "Aspirasi Masyarakat" adalah publikasi ilmiah yang fokus pada kajian multidisipliner tentang peran, pandangan, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sosial, ekonomi, politik, dan budaya. Abstract

The community service program with the theme of Legal Assistance and Human Rights Education for Marginalized Communities in Gandasuli Village aims to increase legal awareness and understanding of human rights (HAM) for marginalized community groups. This activity is motivated by the lack of access to information about law and human rights which can make marginalized communities in Gandasuli Village vulnerable to rights violations. The methods used in this program include legal counseling, focus group discussions (FGD), and direct legal consultations. The program is implemented in a participatory manner by involving local community leaders and non-governmental organizations to ensure that activities run effectively and sustainably. The results of this program show a significant increase in community understanding of human rights, basic rights as citizens, and legal mechanisms that can be used to protect these rights. In addition, the people of Gandasuli Village are also more proactive in conveying aspirations and complaints related to legal problems they face. The implications of this program are an increase in community empowerment in defending their rights before the law, as well as the potential for the formation of a sustainable legal care community in the future. The program also emphasizes the importance of collaboration between academics, legal practitioners, and the government in improving legal literacy among marginalized communities. Suggestions for follow-up activities include the need for in-depth training related to legal advocacy mechanisms and ongoing assistance so that communities can be more independent in dealing with complex legal problems. Thus, this service is expected to provide a long-term positive impact on protecting human rights among marginalized communities.

Abstract

Higher Education plays a role in creating superior Human Resources, through participation in government programs that aim to provide education scholarships at the Higher Education Level as prospective students, the right method is needed to determine the right students in accordance with the allocation for people who are included in the economically limited group. The Selection Method selectively involves the New Student Admission Team and the KIP Student Prospective Assistance Team is expected to make it easier to determine students who are eligible for this scholarship facility. Determining the ranking of suitability in the assessment of KIP scholarships involves several systematic steps using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)  method consisting of data collection, determining the weight of the criteria, calculating the value based on the criteria, compiling based on the ranking so that the assessment information can be based on selection.

Abstract

The practical program in the field is carried out by the university in order to provide learning to students to find out the work process is associated with the theory learned in college and provides the main benefits in the context of education to improve interpersonal skills in the form of informal interaction, skill development, practical experience and improvement of communication skills. It was carried out in one working day which consisted of a review of the work site at Perum Jasa Tirta II Jatiluhur, listening to the provision of material by the facilitators and discussions. It is hoped that this activity can provide organizational experience for students so that they can improve interpersonal skills in management decision-making.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the motivation of Al-Irsyad Cilacap High School students in choosing entrepreneurship as their career choice. The background of this activity is the low interest of students in entrepreneurship due to a lack of understanding of career opportunities and benefits in this field. In addition, there is an assumption that entrepreneurship is a high-risk field and requires large capital, thus reducing students' interest in pursuing a career as an entrepreneur. Through a series of presentations and interactive discussions, students are introduced to the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, the importance of innovation in business, and the opportunities and challenges faced by entrepreneurs. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in students' interest and understanding of entrepreneurship. Surveys conducted before and after the activity showed a 30% increase in students' interest in continuing their studies in entrepreneurship. In addition, students also showed an increased understanding of the role of entrepreneurship in creating jobs and reducing unemployment. This activity succeeded in providing inspiration and motivation to students to pursue a career in entrepreneurship as prospective young entrepreneurs, as well as equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the future. It is hoped that similar activities can continue to be carried out to support the development of student potential and create a young generation that is ready to face the challenges of the world of work.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the digitalization capabilities of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cirebon City. Digitalization is an important key for MSMEs in increasing competitiveness, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, which has accelerated the shift of businesses to digital platforms. This program focuses on training in the use of digital technology, from digital marketing to application-based financial management. Through a participatory approach, MSMEs are given direct training on the use of social media, e-commerce, and digital payment applications. The results of this program show a significant increase in MSME digital literacy, as reflected in increased customer interaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency. However, there are several challenges such as limited time for assistance and infrastructure that is not evenly distributed in several regions. Overall, this program makes an important contribution to encouraging the digital transformation of MSMEs in Cirebon City and has implications for the development of broader digitalization policies for MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase students' knowledge about the capital market and stock investment and encourage them to start investing. The implementation methods used include workshops, seminars, and interactive discussions involving students from the University of Muhammadiyah Gombong. Resource persons who are experienced in the investment field provide comprehensive material on capital market mechanisms, investment risks and opportunities, and smart decision-making strategies. Data analysis techniques are carried out through questionnaires filled out by participants before and after the activity, which aims to measure their level of understanding. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in student knowledge, where the average understanding score increased from 55 percent to 85 percent after participating in the socialization. In addition, 90 percent of participants expressed satisfaction with the implementation of the activity, and 85 percent planned to start investing. This activity succeeded in providing valuable insights for students and is expected to encourage them to actively participate in the world of investment.

Abstract

Waste management in Daleman Kidul Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency, is not yet optimal even though there are waste banks in three hamlets. The main problem is the lack of systematic and integrated institutions and low community participation in waste management. Therefore, the PPK Ormawa HMJM FE Program seeks to form the “Nawasena Kemala” institution as a village-level Digital Waste House that focuses on managing organic and inorganic waste. Through empowering PKK mothers, youth of Karang Taruna, and village residents, this activity develops skills in processing waste into products with economic value. As a result, villagers in eight hamlets are able to manage waste effectively through digital applications and contribute to improving the local economy. This program has succeeded in increasing environmental awareness and community education through sustainable activities.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of millennial farmers through training and the application of modern agricultural technology. Recognizing the importance of the agricultural sector for economic growth and poverty reduction, this activity is designed to address the challenges faced by young farmers, such as limited access to capital, technology, and markets. Through an integrated training method that includes entrepreneurship education, the use of smart agricultural tools, and digital marketing strategies, participants can acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to sustainably manage agricultural enterprises. The results of this activity show a significant increase in participants' understanding of entrepreneurial practices, as well as their ability to formulate innovative business plans. Additionally, networking between farmers and other stakeholders has been strengthened, improving their access to resources and markets. These findings indicate that a holistic approach to capacity building in entrepreneurship can have a significant positive impact on millennial farmers, thereby supporting sustainable rural economic development.

Abstract

This community service project aims to develop a website that can enhance the digital presence and support the market expansion of Utama Vegetarian, a small business that provides high-quality vegetarian food products. The implementation method consists of three main stages: needs analysis, website development using the Wix platform, and training the partner to manage the website independently. The analysis techniques used include semi-structured interviews and direct observations of the business operations to understand the challenges faced by the partner in expanding market reach and managing brand identity. Additionally, secondary data collection was also carried out to assess global trends in the vegan food industry, which supports the development of more effective digital marketing strategies. The outcome of this project is the creation of a user-friendly website with features such as a product catalog, educational articles, and e-commerce integration, which can enhance customer interaction and expand the market of Utama Vegetarian both locally and internationally. Furthermore, the partner now has a practical guide and the skills to manage the website independently, supporting the sustainability and future development of the business. Additionally, the website is designed with features ready for further development, including analytics integration and international payment options, enabling broader expansion into the global market.

Abstract

The community service program in Sengonkerep Village, Gedangsari District, Gunung Kidul Regency, aims to rehabilitate critical land and empower the community through participatory-based reforestation. The community service team, apart from the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University academic community, also involved foreign campuses: Thepsatri Rajabhat University (TRU) Thailand, Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) Philippines and Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) Vietnam. This activity involves the community in every stage, from preparation, counseling, training, to tree planting. A total of 1,200 trees consisting of sengon (500 trees), jackfruit (100 trees), soursop (100 trees), and munggur (500 trees) were planted in critical areas prone to erosion. This program aims to reduce erosion, improve soil quality, and increase water retention. In addition, the training provided to the community has improved their knowledge and skills in tree planting and maintenance. The evaluation results indicate a significant increase in the community's knowledge regarding reforestation techniques and environmental sustainability. This program has provided positive ecological and socio-economic impacts, with the hope of improving the environmental quality and the community's income in the long term.
