Moderasi: Jurnal Kajian Kajian Islam merupakan jurnal internasional yang diterbitkan oleh Ikatan Dosen PTKIS Indonesia. Semua artikel yang dikirimkan harus melalui proses tinjauan double-blind. Jurnal ini menerima artikel penelitian dan non penelitian yang akan direview oleh paling sedikit 2 (dua) reviewer. Setelah naskah diserahkan melalui proses online, editor jurnal memeriksa naskah dan menentukan kesesuaiannya untuk tinjauan sejawat lengkap. Jika seleksi awal berhasil, naskah akan dikirim ke satu atau lebih peer reviewer. Dewan editorial jurnal kemudian akan mempertimbangkan laporan peer reviewer dan menyerahkan keputusan akhir untuk menerima atau menolak manuskrip untuk diterbitkan. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini sejak tahun 2021 adalah bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Arab.

Abstract

K.H. Husein Muhammad or known as Buya Husein, as is known, is a religious figure (Kiai) with a traditional Islamic education background, who persistently discusses and fights for gender equality discourse. Buya Hussein's thoughts and steps in defending these women attracted a lot of attention from the Adameiks, to discuss it and research it. In this article, several studies and studies conducted by academics are presented, to discuss and study the thoughts of Buya Husein. Specifically related to studies and studies associated with the interpretation of the Qur'an Buya Hussein. Actually, there have been many studies and studies on Buya Hussein, but what is conveyed in this article, only a few. This is intended as a first step to collect and map various studies and research on the thought of Hussein Muhammad.

Abstract

Interfaith marriages often occur in society and this is a social fact that is sometimes difficult to resolve. This is a problem that never leads to an agreement on both sides, so that its presence always occupies two problems, namely there are opinions that allow and there are opinions that do not allow. Therefore, in response to this, Islamic Law as an applied law of the Religious Court, also does not escape discussing interfaith marriage in its articles and provides clear boundaries related to the marriage in the context of the benefit of Muslim life in Indonesia. Therefore, it can be concluded that children born to couples of different religions are considered valid as long as the interfaith marriage is legalized by a Judge's Decision and registered in the marriage registration office. Because a legitimate child according to the provisions of article 42 of the marriage law is a child born from a valid marriage based on article 2 paragraph (2). And Nasab the child does not have from civil law with his father, the child only has a civil relationship with the mother and his mother's family only.

Abstract

This study discusses Women's Education from the perspective of Sheikh Rifaa Al Tahtawi its relevance to women's education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out the concept of Women's Education from Rifaah Al Tahtawi perspective and its relevance to women's education in Indonesia, This research is library research. Data collection techniques are carried out by documentation studies. The data analysis method uses content analysis. Content analysis is carried out by thoroughly reading Kitab Al-Murshid Al-Amīn Fi TarbiyAl Al-Banāt Wa AlBanīn, observing matters related to women's education in Kitab Al-Murshid AlAmīn Fi TarbiyAl Al-Banāt Wa Al-Banīn. Then how relevant is it to women's education in Indonesia, The results of the study concluded that women's education in Kitab Al-Murshid Al-Amīn Fi TarbiyAl Al-Banāt Wa Al-Banīn is: education should be treated fairly not necessarily differentiated by gender, the purpose of education is to get guidance to purify their souls, to obtain knowledge as a practice to improve the future and understand life in the family this not in line with functionalist structural theory. Its relevance to women's education in Indonesia is that the idea of implementing women's education is carried out by Indonesian women themselves and in its implementation has not been evenly distributed due to cultural barriers that give rise to forms of subordination, marginalization, stereotypes, violence against women, and double workload, so that the impact has not maximized the role of women in realizing the sense of patriotism of the country according to Rifaah Al Tahtawi's expectations.

Abstract

The issue of gender equality is often an interesting issue to be studied in various spheres of life both in the public sphere and in the domestic sphere. In good family life is determined by the life partner himself. There are families who decide on the husband as the head of the family and work to support the family and the wife remains at home carrying out her domestic obligations such as cooking, child care and other domestic obligations. There are also families where the wife is the backbone of the family, the wife works outside the home to provide for her family and the husband supports the wife to help with her domestic obligations, there are also families that live together between husband and wife work both ways. In this paper will be studied how the concept of gender equality, how to build gender equality in family life where married couples both work in constructive and normative analysis. The results of this study found several points. First, gender injustice that occurs is caused by culture that is constructed in society. Second, gender injustice in family life still occurs and the forms of gender injustice include marginalization, subordination, stereotypes, violence and double burden. Third, three working couples who were informants in this study in their family lives experienced gender injustice, namely double barden, but even so the family remained happy because their main role in the family was carried out responsibly. Gender equality in the family of working couples must be realized through strengthening the fair division of roles between men and women in the family in accordance with Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

Abstract

A scientific knowledge or science can be obtained through steps in a systematic way in its preparation and implementation and refers to the forms of research so as to find data for certain purposes and uses. The purpose of the study was to determine the understanding of research methodology courses in students participating in research practicum. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were all participants in the research practicum of the Islamic religious education study program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, consisting of 122 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data collection instrument used was a multiple choice type closed questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was calculated using the percentage formula of the level of understanding. The results of data analysis showed that 76.1% experienced a moderate level of understanding. The conclusion for the level of understanding of students participating in the research practicum has a level of understanding of research methodology is identifying, selecting, formulating problems, problem sources, selecting problems, formulating problems, and preparing a framework.

Abstract

Qowaid Fiqhiyyah adalah suatu ilmu kaidah yang memiliki banyak urgensi,diantaranya adalah memahami mana teks yang umum dan mana teks yang khusus,selain itu Qowaid fiqhiyyah adalah suatu kaidah untuk mengatasi problematika dalam suatu keadaan,maupun itu bidang Ibadah ataupun muamalah,sperti dalam pembahasan kali ini bagaimana suatu muamalah/jual beli makanan yang harus memiliki produk sertifikasi halal,apakah relevan atau tidak,atau relevan atau tidaknya diukur dengan bagaimana keadaan suatu permasalahan yang sehingga memiliki istinbath hukum yang berbeda. Tentu selain di dukung dengan suatu keadaan hal ini harus di sesuaikan dengan Al Quran dan Hadist,sebagai sumber utama hukum islam,bagaimana realisasi antara suatu kaidah dengan sumber utama hukum islam,karena Al Quran dan Hadist tidak dapat menjawab seluruh problematika dalam kehidupan maka dibtuhkan ijma’ dan Qiyas yang dikemukakan oleh para ahli atau Ulama,dari zaman ke zaman tentu akan memiliki banyak perbedaan karena suatu hukum akan diukur dengan keadaan yang terjadi pada saat itu,mudah mudahan kita selalu mendapatkan petunjuk sesuai dengan apa yang Allah terima dan Allah Ridhai.

Abstract

The context of Gratitude in religious studies is very emphasized, it has even become a field of da'wah and part of practice in life, but in the context of education there are still not many who develop it, especially the lack of legal excavation with the perspective of the Qur'an. This article uses a library research review using library data (primary sources and secondary data). Primary data are sourced from verses of the Qur'an which are the object of research. The author's secondary data sources refer to literature data, one of which is a book entitled: Insights of the Qur'an, by M. Quraish Shihab as the main reference, in addition to referring to scientific works in the form of: journals, theses, theses and dissertations that are credible and can support research improvement.

Abstract

Islam is a praxis that seeks to dismantle oppressive and discriminatory social order. It is in this context that Islamic theology has always been synonymous with liberation theology. Hasan Hanafi used leftist Islam in the context of a social structure in which there were two opposing social classes. The first class, the established elite class (right class). It controls both the means of production and the means of political power, and seeks to exploit other classes. The other class, the majority, (the left). In such a social order, the Islamic left is meant to defend the interests of the majority in order to restore the rights of the poor from the rich, to defend the weak in the face of the strong, and to make humanity all equal. Even today the social order still reflects clashes between the elite and the majority. For this reason, liberation theology is still relevant to apply.
