Abstract

In today's digital age, numerous mass media platforms have transitioned into online formats, such as news websites, portals, and cyber media. This shift has not only altered the way the public consumes news, but also made accessing information online much more convenient compared to traditional print media. Unlike other forms of media, online platforms offer distinct advantages, including the absence of geographical restrictions, facilitating easier access to information for individuals both domestically and internationally. One prevalent issue on social media platforms is cyber sexual harassment, which has garnered increasing attention due to its escalating prevalence in cyberspace. Goldberg has noted a surge in internet users engaging in cyber sexual harassment activities on social media in recent years. The term "harassment" originates from the English equivalent "sexual harassment," as discussed earlier. Collier (1992) defines "harassment" in the Indonesian dictionary as "leceh," which denotes insults or belittlement. When coupled with the term "sexual," the concept of "harassment" pertains to gender-related behavior, normative or otherwise. The term carries connotations of negative sexual behavior that contravenes societal standards. Initially, sexual harassment was understood to occur only through physical encounters between perpetrator and victim. However, over time, it has evolved to encompass violations of norms, decency, and humanity, facilitated by technological advancements. Consequently, acts of sexual harassment can manifest in various forms, even in the absence of direct physical contact between parties.

Abstract

Performance is the outcome achieved by an organization, whether it is profit-oriented or non-profit-oriented, generated during a specific period of time. Performance reflects the level of achievement of implementing an activity/program/policy in achieving the goals, missions, and visions of an organization as outlined in the strategic planning of an organization. Performance is the result or representation obtained by an individual or organization for the tasks or work performed. This study aims to examine the influence of competence, work discipline, and supervision as independent variables on employee performance as the dependent variable. This research is quantitative, with data sourced from questionnaire distribution. A total of 60 respondent answers were successfully collected from warehouse employees of PT JNE Pakjo in Palembang City using the Slovin formula. The analysis results show that partially, with the significance value, competence (2.777), work discipline variable (2.224), and supervision (4.005) have a positive and significant influence on the variable of employee performance in accounting information (prob < alpha = 0.05). Simultaneously, the independent variables collectively have a positive effect on improving accounting information system performance (prob < alpha = 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork, work motivation and work environment on employee performance in Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang Branch. This study uses primary data whose data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and observations. In this study, researchers used quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS 26. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang Branch total 50. The research results obtained using t test and F test show that teamwork has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and teamwork, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously. In the coefficient of determination test, the data results obtained amounted to 73.7%, which can be explained by the influence of teamwork, work motivation and work environment on employee performance, while the remaining 26.3% can be explained by the influence of other variables not examined by the author.

Abstract

The purpose of this research it to evaluate the impact of price, location and promotion perceptions on purchasing decisions. This research focuses on the population of customer who come to Kopi Nako Bogor by distributing questionnaires to customers who have made purchase at Kopi Nako Bogor at least twic, totalling 100 customers taken as respondents in this research. Linear regression analysis using SPSS application was used to assess the relationship between the variables being considered. The research result show taht while perceptions of price, location, promotions have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. This research can provide valuable contributions and useful evalutions for Kopi Nako Bogor to improve policy considerations and formulate effective marketing strategies to achive predetermined sales targets.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how much influence partially and simultaneously Organizational Commitment (X1) and Internal Control System (X2) on the Quality of Accounting Information (Y). The data used in this study is qualitative data consisting of primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the simultaneous regression test (F test) Organizational Commitment and Internal Control System have an influence on the Quality of Accounting Information. By partial test (t test) only the internal control system has an influence on the quality of accounting information while Organizational Commitment has no effect on the Quality of Accounting Information.

Abstract

Digital transformation refers to the integration of digital technologies in various aspects of an organization, leading to improved processes, customer experiences, and overall performance. Loan disbursement is a critical process in banking operations, involving the transfer of funds from a lending institution to a borrower following the approval of a loan application. The case study focuses on the successful implementation of data-driven decision- making at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). This focus on digital transformation and innovation has enabled BRI to maintain a strong market position and expand its services to a broader customer base. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze "The Influence of Financial Literacy, Self-Control and Peer Environment on Consumptive Behavior (Study of Millennial Generation Shopee Application Users in DKI Jakarta)". The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data obtained was processed using classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypotheses with the analysis tool used is SPSS 27. The research results show that financial literacy does not have a significant influence on consumptive behavior, while self-control and peer environment have a significant positive influence on consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous test state that financial literacy, self-control and peer environment have a significant positive effect on consumer behavior simultaneously. The findings of this research underline that the importance of financial literacy does not mean that millennials can apply it in their daily lives. Meanwhile, in controlling their own abilities, millennials are able to restrain themselves from becoming consumptive people, apart from that, the influence of their peer environment is also important so that millennials can avoid consumptive behavior.

Abstract

Pelatihan merupakan sebuah kegiatan formal dan terencana yang diselenggarakan untuk memfasilitasi seseorang meningkatkan kompetensi. Untuk memastikan tujuan pelatihan tercapai, penting bagi penyelenggara pelatihan melakukan evaluasi pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau efektivitas pelatihan Effective Communication & Public Speaking STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang dengan mengadopsi model Kirkpatrick tingkat 1 dan tingkat 2 yang mengukur reaksi dan pembelajaran. Reaksi peserta diukur secara deskriptif, sementara pembelajaran peserta diukur melalui pemberian pre-test dan post-test yang terdiri dari 15 soal yang diberikan sebelum pelatihan dimulai dan setelah pelatihan selesai. Data yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan paired-sample t-test dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa reaksi peserta pelatihan Effective Communication & Public Speaking mencapai 84,2 % dari hasil yang diharapkan. Pengujian paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai t didapatkan sebesar 4.098 dengan sig. 0.001 < 0.05. Artinya, terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan hasil post-test peserta pelatihan Effective Communication & Public Speaking STIE Pembangunan tanjungpinang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh Kepemimpinan Spiritual dan Stres Kerja terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variabel Intervening studi kasus pada PT. Pantes Putra Jaya Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT. Pantes Putra Jaya Semarang, dengan total 150 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Saturated Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 responden pada penelitian ini, prose pengukuran dengan menggunakan model skala Likert yang diklasifikasikan dalam lima (5) kategori dan diberikan skor 1 sampai dengan 5. Teknik analisis data dan pengujian data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan metode PLS (Partial Least Square). Analisis data menggunakan evaluasi model pengukuran (outer model) dan model struktural (inner model) dalam perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan spiritual memengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior, stres kerja secara signifkan memengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior, kepemimpinan spiritual tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan, stres kerja mampu memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior dapat memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan, kepemimpinan spiritual memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan stres kerja juga mampu memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki dua tujuan utama. Pertama, menjelaskan secara teoretikal tentang hubungan antara pimpinan abusif dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kedua, penelitian ini mengusulkan model alternatif dengan mengkonsepkan locus of control sebagai variabel pemoderasi yang diharapkan dapat memperjelas hubungan antara pimpinan abusif dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review yang bersumber dari artikel nasional dan internasional bereputasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah kerangka konseptual yang diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru tentang konsep pemimpin abusif, kepuasan kerja dan locus of control. Pengaruh negatif pemimpin abusif terhadap kepuasan kerja dapat diminimalisir dengan memperhatikan locus of control karyawan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan proposisi yang dapat diuji secara empiris untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
