Abstract

Income is the income earned or received by a person or household from a business or job. Financial behavior is influenced by various factors, including e-commerce, innovation and social media. This research aims to examine the influence of commerce, innovation and social media on MSME income at clothing stores in Sako District. This research is a quantitative descriptive type with primary data sources originating from distributing questionnaires. The population in this research is MSMEs in clothing stores in Sako sub-district, Palembang. The number of samples in this research was 97 MSME units using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses a non-probability method with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this research show that e-commerce (X1) has a positive and significant effect on MSME income (Y). Innovation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on MSME income (Y). Social Media (X3) has a positive and significant effect on MSME income (Y). E-Commerce, innovation and social media simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on MSME income.

Abstract

This research endeavors to examine and evaluate the methods in which Labuhanbatu's small and medium-sized enterprises utilize accounting data, accounting for variables including business age, educational attainment, and accounting proficiency. The research population was 432 inhabitants of UKM's locale, Labuhanbatu. The sample size consisted 81 people, the sampling technique used the Slovin equation. In order to collect data, 81 Google Forms were sent to small and medium-sized organizations. Multiple regression analysis SPSS 20 were used for data analysis. The study's conclusions show that business age, educational achievement, accounting knowledge all have an impact on how accounting information. Accounting knowledge can impact how accounting information is used. However, the utilization accounting information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dimana penulis membagikan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purpose sampling yang berjumlah 60 responden dari sekolah UPT SPF SDN 107420 Desa Tengah dan UPT SPF SDN 106186 Kubah Sentang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan rumus statistik, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis (terdiri uji T, uji F dan uji R). Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pada Guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang, hal ini diketahui dari nilai t hitung variabel kualitas sumber daya manusia sebesar 2,753, t tabel sebesar 2,010 maka 2,753 > 2,010 berarti variabel kualitas sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja. Hasil uji R menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia mempengaruhi kinerja sebanyak 53% dan selebihnya 47% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Sig. = 0,03 dimana 0,03 < 0,05 artinya kualitas sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of placement and work experience on employee performance at the Food Security and Livestock Service of South Sumatra Province. The research method used was descriptive and verification with a population of 117 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, F test, T test and coefficient of determination. The research results show that placement and work experience have a positive effect on employee performance. Thus, the hypothesis in this research which states that there is an influence of placement and work experience on employee performance can be accepted. It is also hoped that this research can become material for literature on the topic of employee performance.

Abstract

This research is aimed at how the impact of work experience and attachment to work on the performance of employees at PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang. The study used quantitative analysis, a sample used by as many as 60 respondents. The data obtained in this study is through interviews with several employees and the dissemination of questionnaires to all employees. The data analysis technique uses double linear analysis, with test t and test f. However, to see to what extent the accuracy and validity of research variables used test validity and rehabilitation in SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis of test t study obtained a significant value of work experience and work attachment of 0,000 < 0,05, which in part experience work and attachment work have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in PT. Trakindo Main Development. This shows that the better the work experience and work attachment, the higher the employee performance produced by employees at PT. Trakindo Utama Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk bagaimana Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Budaya Kerja pada Yayasan Global Talent Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 31 responden. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui wawancara terhadap beberapa karyawan dan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner ke seluruh karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda, dengan uji t dan uji f. Sedangkan untuk melihat sejauh mana keakurasian dan kelayakan variabel penelitian digunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas pada SPSS versi 26. Hasil analisis uji t penelitian ini memperoleh nilai signifikan kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang secara parsial kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Yayasan Global Talent Palembang. Hasil analisis uji F dan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan secara simultan kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar (sig.F 0,000<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja karyawan yang dihasilkan oleh karyawan pada Yayasan Global Talent Palembang.

Abstract

In today's digital age, numerous mass media platforms have transitioned into online formats, such as news websites, portals, and cyber media. This shift has not only altered the way the public consumes news, but also made accessing information online much more convenient compared to traditional print media. Unlike other forms of media, online platforms offer distinct advantages, including the absence of geographical restrictions, facilitating easier access to information for individuals both domestically and internationally. One prevalent issue on social media platforms is cyber sexual harassment, which has garnered increasing attention due to its escalating prevalence in cyberspace. Goldberg has noted a surge in internet users engaging in cyber sexual harassment activities on social media in recent years. The term "harassment" originates from the English equivalent "sexual harassment," as discussed earlier. Collier (1992) defines "harassment" in the Indonesian dictionary as "leceh," which denotes insults or belittlement. When coupled with the term "sexual," the concept of "harassment" pertains to gender-related behavior, normative or otherwise. The term carries connotations of negative sexual behavior that contravenes societal standards. Initially, sexual harassment was understood to occur only through physical encounters between perpetrator and victim. However, over time, it has evolved to encompass violations of norms, decency, and humanity, facilitated by technological advancements. Consequently, acts of sexual harassment can manifest in various forms, even in the absence of direct physical contact between parties.

Abstract

Performance is the outcome achieved by an organization, whether it is profit-oriented or non-profit-oriented, generated during a specific period of time. Performance reflects the level of achievement of implementing an activity/program/policy in achieving the goals, missions, and visions of an organization as outlined in the strategic planning of an organization. Performance is the result or representation obtained by an individual or organization for the tasks or work performed. This study aims to examine the influence of competence, work discipline, and supervision as independent variables on employee performance as the dependent variable. This research is quantitative, with data sourced from questionnaire distribution. A total of 60 respondent answers were successfully collected from warehouse employees of PT JNE Pakjo in Palembang City using the Slovin formula. The analysis results show that partially, with the significance value, competence (2.777), work discipline variable (2.224), and supervision (4.005) have a positive and significant influence on the variable of employee performance in accounting information (prob < alpha = 0.05). Simultaneously, the independent variables collectively have a positive effect on improving accounting information system performance (prob < alpha = 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork, work motivation and work environment on employee performance in Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang Branch. This study uses primary data whose data collection uses questionnaires, interviews and observations. In this study, researchers used quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS 26. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah Palembang Branch total 50. The research results obtained using t test and F test show that teamwork has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and teamwork, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultaneously. In the coefficient of determination test, the data results obtained amounted to 73.7%, which can be explained by the influence of teamwork, work motivation and work environment on employee performance, while the remaining 26.3% can be explained by the influence of other variables not examined by the author.
