Abstract

Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki peran penting dalam sejarah, sosial, budaya, dan politik di Indonesia. Sebagai provinsi dengan jumlah penduduk terbesar di Indonesia, transformasi sosial dan politik yang terjadi di Jawa Barat memiliki dampak yang signifikan bagi perkembangan nasional. Penelitian ini berfokus terhadap perkembangan sosial, budaya, dan politik yang terjadi di Jawa Barat, dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perubahan dan perkembangan yang terjadi di Jawa Barat dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun dari 2010 hingga 2020. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah serta dibantu metode kajian pustaka.

Abstract

Pasien ODGJ merupakan individu yang memiliki perilaku agresif, tidak dapat dikontrol, dan membutuhkan perawatan khusus agar dapat pulih. Salah satu perawatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk membantu pemulihan pasien ODGJ adalah aktivitas kelompok. Aktivitas kelompok merupakan pendekatan terapeutik yang efektif untuk memfasilitasi perawatan beberapa pasien sekaligus. Aktivitas kelompok efektif pada pasien ODGJ karena kegiatan ini dapat mencakup lebih dari beberapa aspek seperti hubungan sosial, kognitif, dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas aktivitas kelompok dalam meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal dan merangsang panca indra serta kognitif pasien gangguan jiwa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental dengan sampel 4 pasien skizofrenia. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari 3 sesi dengan tingkatan kesulitan yang berbeda, di mana pasien diminta untuk menebak warna pom pom setelah musik berhenti. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas kelompok mampu meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal antara anggota kelompok serta merangsang panca indra dan kognitif pasien. Pasien yang awalnya murung dan pasif menjadi lebih ceria dan ekspresif. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini aktivitas kelompok menebak dan mengingat warna pom pom efektif dalam meningkatkan hubungan interpersonal dan merangsang panca indra serta kognitif pasien gangguan jiwa.

Abstract

Integrating dynamic capabilities and social capital in tourism companies' marketing and operational management is crucial to achieving competitive advantage and providing added value to customers. From the analysis of the seven articles studied, there are similarities in recognizing the importance of adapting to market and business environment changes and managing strong relationships with suppliers, business partners and local communities. However, there are differences in the focus and approach of each article, ranging from an emphasis on managing costs and risks in the supply chain to applying technology to improve operational efficiency. The new idea proposed from this analysis is the importance of strengthening the flow of information and skills between dynamic capabilities and social capital so that companies can combine valuable market knowledge with the ability to innovate and adapt to market changes. By building solid relationships with suppliers, business partners, and local communities, companies can strengthen their brand image, increase external collaboration, and increase customer satisfaction. Tourism companies can achieve long-term sustainability through this integrated approach in an increasingly dynamic and competitive business era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada menganalisis kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika materi satuan berat dengan mengacu pada 5 jenis kesalahan diantaranya kesalahan membaca, kesalahan memahami soal, kesalahan transformasi, kesalahan keterampilan proses dan kesalahan penulisan jawaban pada siswa kelas II SDN 51 Sungai Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian deskriftif kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar checklist. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan dokumentasi. Sumber data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II yang berjumlah 26 siswa dan jawaban siswa kelas II tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 5 jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan oleh siswa diantaranya kesalahan membaca, kesalahan memahami soal, kesalahan transformasi, kesalahan keterampilan proses dan kesalahan penulisan jawaban. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, sebanyak 12 dari 26 siswa atau 46,51% siswa melakukan kesalahan transformasi masalah, sebanyak 10 dari 26 siswa atau 38,44% melakukan kesalahan membaca soal dan kesalahan keterampilan proses, sebanyak 9 dari 26 siswa atau 34,61% melakukan kesalahan memahami masalah dan sebanyak 4 dari 26 siswa atau 15,39% melakukan kesalahan penulisan jawaban dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika materi satuan berat.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study to determine the role of hardiness in moderating the influence of fear of failure on the entrepreneurial intentions of Makassar State University students. Participants in this research were 335 Makassar State University students, Class of 2023. This research uses the Intrinsic Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire (EIQ) to measure Entrepreneurial Intention, the Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI) scale to measure Fear of Failure, and the Personal Views Survey III-R scale to measure Hardiness. Analysis of this research data using moderation analysis through the process model developed by Hayes (2018) to see the moderating role of hardiness in seeing the relationship between fear of failure and students' entrepreneurial intentions. The research results show that there is a negative influence between fear of failure on entrepreneurial intentions (β=-0.127, t=-5.925, p<0.05). This shows that an increase in fear of failure is followed by a decrease in entrepreneurial intentions, and vice versa. Meanwhile, hardiness has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions (β=0.164, t=4.506, p<0.05). This shows that an increase in hardiness is also accompanied by an increase in entrepreneurial intentions. However, there was no moderating role of hardiness in the relationship between fear of failure and students' entrepreneurial intentions (β=-0.003, t=-1.100, p>0.05).

Abstract

Perkembangan Zaman di era digitalisasi sangat memengaruhi perkembangan teknologi. Zaman yang tadinya konvensional berubah menjadi serba digital. Penggunaan teknologi digital sudah dimanfaatkan manusia hampir di semua aspek kehidupan. Salah satu teknologi yang paling banyak digunakan saat ini adalah Komputer. Komputer telah banyak membantu manusia sebagai media komunikasi, informasi, administrasi maupun rekreasi. Salah satu komponen penting yang terdapat dalam komputer adalah Prosesor. Proses berperan sebagai pusat perintah dari komputer. Dalam jurnal ini, kami akan membahas mengenai apa itu Prosesor, Perkembangan Prosesor, Fungsi Prosesor serta cara kerja dari Prosesor dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan tentang Prosesor. Metode penelitian yang kami gunakan dalam membuat jurnal ini adalah Studi Kepustakaan. Abstract

Artikel ini berupaya memaparkan problem atas integrasi yang dilakukan oleh Maurice Bucaille, seorang orientalis dari Perancis. Artikel ini memaparkan biografi dari tokoh Maurice Bucaille serta solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tokoh tersebut mengenai problematika integrasi islam dan sains modern. Seperti pada buku karangan tokoh yang berjudul La Bible, Le Coran, et La Science yang telah diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia oleh M. Rasyidi dengan judul Bibles, Qur’an, and Modern Science. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui problem serta solusi atas integrasi islam dan sains modern menurut tokoh Maurice Bucaille. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah library research. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa: a) Ajaran Alquran lebih sesuai dengan sains modern dibandingkan Bibel, b) Memberikan solusi bagi umat beriman di zaman modern ini yang ingin memegang teguh keimanan mereka tanpa harus memusuhi kemajuan sains.

Abstract

Marriage is a life partnership that unites a man and a woman. Waja in the traditional community of Naru Village is known as customary sanctions which regulate matters relating to problems that occur in the marriage system. The aim of this research is to find out thoroughly about waja as a customary sanction in the marriage system in Naru Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and literature study.The results of this research explain that although there are many types of marriage believed by the people of Naru Village to have been passed down by their ancestors which are still maintained and carried out today, they are di'i sa'o and pasa. The people of Naru Village, in choosing their future life partner, follow the provisions and are not careless in their choice. This is to avoid the possibility of errors occurring in the future. Apart from marriages that are carried out through a good and correct process, there are also marriages that are not properly carried out according to custom. There are several terms for fines that must be paid in the traditional marriage process which will then continue the relationship to the stage of relationship restoration or be terminated. Violations that are feared to occur are violations committed if you do not know how to maintain boundaries, such as being impolite, having relationships without commitment, and forcing the opposite sex to do things that are not good. This will be subject to customary sanctions called waja or mena. Waja or mena is a form of punishment that has a big impact, especially on women, namely a form of self-reward for women, which is considered as payment for disrespectful behavior from men to women. Waja is a customary sanction that is used to sever legal relations according to custom, where women in this case are always the victims. It is hoped that the people of Naru Village will be more vigilant about young people's interactions and can provide examples and advice so that they don't do things that could eventually lead them to this stage of traditional waja sanctions.

Abstract

The basic vocation of Christian believers as apostles today is to be bearers of God's good news. The joyful word that God sent down to earth through the mission of His Son becomes a continuous message of joy. In the context of social life with all its arrangements and circumstances, believers are called to be salt and light that have a good affect on life together. The form of discipleship of the Church today is a form of discipleship that is ready to carry out the will of God and prioritise the interests of many people. In the context of the Month of Mary, reflection on the virtues of Mary becomes relevant to be able to evaluate the extent to which the faithful live and are responsible for their predicate as children of God. By using a literature research method based on social philosophy and reflection on scriptural theology, the phenomenon of a crisis of faith seen in social inequality is analysed by putting forward ideal ideas that can inspire Christian believers to strive to become members of the Church who affect the good of many people. The results of this analysis are very useful to purify the call of discipleship of believers to sincerely answer God's call and prioritise His will as inspired by John in Revelation 12: 4b-6.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Islam views uang Panai` which is one of the cultures in Bugis marriage. In Islamic law, there are 4 conditions for customs to be used as a legal footing. namely: (1). not contrary to one of the nash shari'ah, (2). Valid and enforced in general and constant, (3). The tradition has been established at the time of its implementation, (4). There is no speech or action that contradicts the substantial value contained by the tradition.This research uses a literature study approach. Where the main focus of the discussion of this article is uang panai' in the perspective of Islam. The sub-discussions in this article are explaining the culture of the Bugis tribe, marriage in the Bugis tribe, and uang panai' in the perspective of the Bugis tribe.
