Abstract

Pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) dapat mengurangi masalah gizi kurang pada ibu hamil. Produk MT yang selama ini diberikan adalah biscuit lapis dengan penambahan vitamin dan mineral (Kemenkes RI,2018). Produk MT tersebut berbahan dasar terigu, untuk mengurangi ketergantungan penggunaan terigu perlu adanya inovasi baru dalam pembuatan MT dengan menggunakan bahan pangan lokal. Salah satu inovasi dalam mengolah produk MT adalah flake. Pengembangan fake dengan menggunakan tepung komposit ubi jalar kuning, kacang turi dan kulit buah naga merah dapat meningkatkan kandungan gizi flake yang dihasilkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tepung komposit ubi jalar kuning, kacang turi dan kulit buah naga merah terhadap kandungan gizi dan daya terima flake. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan perbandingan tepung : ubi jalar kuning, , kacang turi dan kulit buah naga merah berturut-turut, P1 (80 :15:5) ,P2 (70:20:10), P3(60:25:15), P4(50:30:20) dengan 3 kali pengulangan. Hasil : ada pengaruh tepung komposit ubi jalar kuning, kacang turi dan kulit buah naga merah terhadap kandungan gizi flake (p=0.000) sedangkan terhadap daya terima flake tidak ada pengaruh (tekstur p=0,234, aroma p=0,555, warna p=0,956 dan rasa p=0,097). Hasil flake terbaik dari segi kandungan gizi dan daya terima panelis adalah flake dengan perbandingan tepung komposit (ubi jalar kuning, kacang turi dan kulit buah naga merah) = 60:25:15.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Asupan Zat Gizi Mikro Di Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Bagi Mahasiswa Prodi Gizi Poltekkes Kemenkes Kupang Metode Penelitian: Penelitian gambaran asupan nutrisi mikro menggunakan pendekatan crossectional, desain penelitian diskristif analitik. Sampel 86 Orang. Kriteria inklusi meliputi mahasiswa yang sehat, eksklusi meliputi, mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki akses internet, sakit. instrumen yang digunakan geogle form. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan asupan zat gizi mikro meliputi Fe dan kalsium menunjukkan kategori defesit yaitu sebesar 48 % dan 40 %. Penelitian ini menjelaskan sebagian besar mahasiswa asupan zat gizi mikro khususnya Fe dan kalsium kategori defesit Hal ini berdasarkan hasil recall yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa dengan rata – rata asupan yang dikonsumsi jarang mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung zat besi seperti sayuran hijau dan daging merah. Menurut Food Recall 24 jam selama 3 hari tidak berturut-turut, diperoleh bahwa responden lebih suka jajan, konsumsi nasi dan mie instan. Responden juga sering melewatkan waktu makan siang. Kesimpulan: Asupan Zat Gizi Mikro Meliputi Fe Yaitu sebesar 48 % kategori defesit dan Asupan Zat Gizi Mikro Meliputi Kalsium Yaitu sebesar 40 % kategori defesit

Abstract

Today’s technology development has advanced very rapidly. Various innovations began to be produced to assist humans in their everyday lives. It also comes across in the creative industry, where games are one of the emerging trends along with technological advancements. In addition, technological developments affect the emergence of more high-quality games in terms of concepts, mechanics, art, and supporting sound. However, it is still common for some users to have trouble understanding the games’ layout and menus. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the UI/UX feature of each game that has been made. In this study, the researcher will evaluate the Elmer & Minda game, a coded logic-based puzzle-platformer game. The research aims to determine whether the user interface of the Elmer & Minda game adheres to the user needs principle. The research was conducted by analyzing usability tests from the user interface display so that evaluation can be performed to improve the user experience when playing the Elmer & Minda game

Abstract

This article or article aims to understand how to implement the gampong annual development plan in formulating development strategies and policies as well as formulating the Gampong Government Work Plan program for 1 (one) year. The problem is focused on the obstacles that occur during the preparation of the work plan of the gampong government by the DPMG agency and the gampong apparatus. In order to approach this problem, Goldratt's theoretical reference is used. Goldratt believes that every organization has obstacles that hinder performance, therefore Goldratt developed five sequential steps so that the process of repairing a problem that occurs is more focused and gives positive results for the previous system. (1) Identification of constraint resources on the system, (2) Designing strategies to fix constraints, (3) Linking other constraint sources to support the designed strategy, (4) Performing constraints to improve system constraint performance, (5) Returning to the first step for continuous improvement. The data were collected through Interview, Observation, and Documentation. This study concludes that in carrying out the work plan activities of the gampong government according to the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 114 of 2014 that in order to achieve national development priorities and targets, annual planning synergies are needed between the central government and local governments as well as between local governments. Then analyze the process of achieving the maximum implementation of gampong development programs/activities and are easily identified which refers to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 114 of 2014.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to analyze the UI level of the PC based game Nowhere using usability testing. The technique used is usability testing using the questioner method done by asking questions to measure user's satisfaction. The questioner is sent online to users in order to do problem analysis. Research data is received after Nowhere game's user runs the app so they can experience the game in real time. Research data samples are taken from eleven users. The data analysis method used is deductive analysis with scale from one to five then said data is described to measure the usability of the game app Nowhere.

Abstract

Teaching reading was something that was challenging for teachers because not all students can understand what they read. This study aimed at answering the problems of how the PQRST technique improved students' understanding in reading descriptive text. Then, the technique used to improve reading comprehension achievement in descriptive text was the PQRST method by using this method students were trained to understand the contents of descriptive text during 12 meetings. The sample of this study consisted of 33 students as control group of 34 students as experimental group. The data collection techniques used in this study were pre-test and post-test. Data analysis used t-test (paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test). The results of the paired sample t test in the experimental group showed that the obtained t was 13,552 t-table (df=23) was 2,068 at a significance of 0.05. This means that there was a significant improvement in students' reading comprehension achievement after being taught using the PQRST method. Furthermore, the result of independent sample t-test showed that the t obtained was 7.975 > t-table (df=47) was 2.011 at a significance of 0.05. This means that there was a significant mean difference between the experimental and control groups. Also, there was significant mean difference beetwen the students who were taught by using PQRST and those who were not. The results of the study that improved the action hypothesis was accepted. By using the PQRST method, the reading comprehension achievement of grade VII students of SMPN 38 Palembang in the 2021/2022 academic year improved.

Abstract

Vocabulary is an important aspect of language learning. Vocabulary is important to learn because it can help students understand listening and learning materials and create good sentences in speaking and writing. It can be challenging for students’ to memorize English words, therefore they still need to increase their vocabulary achievement in order to become proficient in the language. Therefore, the writer investigted the used of Action Race Game to find out whether or not there was any significant enrichment on students’ vocabulary after the instrument applied and whether or not there was any significant mean difference between those who were taught by using action race game and those who were not. The research used the experimental group and control group consisted 67 students’ eighth class SMPN 38 Palembang. To asses students’ vocabulary achievement, the writer proceeded the pre-test at the beginning of the research and followed the post-test end of research. The vocabulary achievement was analyzed by using SPSS. The result of this study indicated that there was there any significant difference between those who were taught by using action race game and those who were not. It was found that t-obtained value was 13.552 at significant value of p<0.005, the t-table value was 2.0369. Since t-table value of t-obtained is higher that t- table, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the null hypothesis (H1) was accepted. In other words, the use of action race game in vocabulary learning had positive effects on their vocabulary learning.

Abstract

Speaking is the ability to communicate in everyday life. Being fluent in speaking a specific language becomes a goal in learning the language. In speaking, self-confidence generally appears to be one of the vital variants that may promote either failure or success in language learning. Hence, the purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between student confidence and speaking ability. This research method was quantitative, and correlation was the design of this study. The research sample was the fourth semester students of Indo Global Mandiri University, which consisted of 37 students. Purposive sampling technique was applied to select the sample and used two types of instruments to collect data from two variables. The data were obtained through giving questionnaires and speaking test to student. In analyzing the data, the researcher correlated the results of the questionnaire and the speaking test results using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The result of the r count after the data was calculated is 0.694. This value showed that self-confidence and speaking ability have a positive correlation. It was shown by Pearson correlation that the result of the r count is between 0.40 and 0.70. Thus, the students’ self-confidence and speaking ability had significant correlation between the two variables. It suggested that the students needed to maintain their confidence while also improving their speaking ability so that they could speak with fluency and accuracy.

Abstract

Penggunaan informasi yang tidak akurat akibat komunikasi risiko yang tidak maksimal pada saat krisis dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif di masyarakat yang tidak nyaman, merugikan, atau menyinggung komunitas tertentu di masyarakat dan menimbulkan diskriminasi terhadap penderita Covid-19 atau bahkan keluarga dan tenaga kesehatan. Teknik deskriptif kuantitatif dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Metode kuesioner google form digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam pengumpulan data dan variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan dari lima pilar WHO International Health Regulation (IHR). Deskripsi karakteristik responden dikategorikan ke dalam beberapa kategori. Jenis kelamin didominasi oleh perempuan dengan persentase 69,5%. Rentang usia 25-30 tahun dan 41-45 tahun dengan persentase 24,1%, diploma didominasi 69,5%. Masa kerja didominasi 8-13 tahun sebesar 32,2%. Pekerjaan didominasi oleh pensiunan/pegawai non-PNS sebesar 59,8%. Tenaga kesehatan didominasi oleh perawat dengan persentase 86,2%. Komunikasi risiko dominan memiliki kategori rata-rata dengan persentase 74,4%.. Masih terdapat risiko mispersepsi dalam penyampaian komunikasi risiko dalam penanganan Covid-19 karena jaringan komunikasi yang ada belum sepenuhnya maksimal baik dari stakeholders hingga masyarakat maupun sebaliknya, masih ada celah kosong yang harus diperbaiki. sehingga penyampaian komunikasi risiko di masa yang akan datang dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Masyarakat perlu diintensifkan terkait edukasi, sosialisasi komunikasi risiko selama pandemi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan saluran distribusi terhadap volume penjualan roti UD. Rotiku di kota padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah toko atau pengencer yang berada didaerah koto tangah pada tahun 2020-2022 sebanyak 317 toko atau pengencer. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 80 toko atau pengencer.usaha roti dapat dijadikan kebutuhan pangan yang dikomsumsi setiap orang karena menjadi sarapan dipagi hari.Rotiku termasuk salah satu merek roti di Kota Padang.melayani secara langsung konsumen yang datang dipabrik dan juga menerima pesanan dari glosir yang akan memasarkannya di Kota Padang hingga ke luar kota. Pada Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk dan saluran distribusi terhadap volume penjualan roti UD.Rotiku di Kota Padang. Data yang diuji menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan.Saluran distribusi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume penjualan.
