Abstract

A study entitled "The Application of Islamic Educational Games Increases Students' Understanding and Interest in Learning About Asmaul Husna in SDS Tahfidzul Quran Raudhatul Hasanah" has been conducted. The purpose of this research is to find out students' understanding, students' interest in learning and students' response to the application of the Islamic educational game kartu asmaul husna. This type of research is Class Action Research (PTK) which is done in two cycles. Implementation time January-March 2025. The subject of the research is class IV students at SDS Tahfidzul Quran Raudhatul Hasanah as many as 25 people consisting of 11 male and 14 female students, as well as 5 teachers. Research instruments include comprehension test questions, observations, teacher interviews, and student learning interest questionnaires. Data analysis is done with a percentage formula. Based on data analysis, the average percentage of student activity at meeting I was 65.13% (sufficient category) and at meeting II the activity was 84.72% (very good). The average learning result obtained is 90, 24 of which are included in the very good category. Student response to the application of katu asmaul husna game in giving an agreeable response of 75.41% compared to a skeptical response of 18.72%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to memorize Juz 30 in children through the media of illustrated Juz Amma books in group B children at RA Ar Raihan Bantul in semester 1 of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a Classroom Action Research with research procedures including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research consists of 2 cycles, the subjects of the research are children in group Bdi RA Ar Raihan Bantul in semester 1 of the 2021/2022 Academic Year. The object of the research is the ability to memorize Juz 30, which is observed through a video simulation of learning improvement. Data is obtained from observations, namely reflection sheets. Data analysis is carried out using narrative-qualitative analysis. The results of the analysis of the learning improvement simulation, the advantages carried out by the teacher are the use of illustrated Juz Amma book media, so that children are interested in participating in memorizing Juz 30. While the weaknesses carried out by the teacher are less cheerful facial expressions, unclear/detailed delivery of assignments. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that memorizing activities using illustrated Juz Amma books can improve children's memorization skills at RA Ar Raihan Bantul in Semester 1 of the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of Islamic educational videos in improving students' understanding of prayer procedures in grade V of Elementary School. The background of this study is based on the problem of low levels of students' understanding of the sequence of movements and readings in prayer. This is generally caused by learning methods that are still conventional, namely the dominance of lectures and the lack of attractive visual learning media. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques that included observation of the learning process, interviews with teachers and students, and evaluation tests to measure improvements in student understanding. The subjects of the study were grade V students at a State Elementary School. The results of the study showed that the use of Islamic educational videos had a positive impact on students' understanding. Videos that clearly visualize prayer movements and readings can help students understand the material more deeply. Students also showed a higher interest in learning because the learning media used were more interesting and interactive than conventional methods. Thus, it can be concluded that Islamic educational videos are effective learning media and can be a very good alternative to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning, especially in the material on prayer procedures at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning by using Teams Games Tournament. This study is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were elementary school students. The data for this study were obtained by test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze teacher and student learning activities. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with indicators of research success. The results of the study indicate that Teams Games Tournament can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 48.71%, the first cycle 67.39% and in the second cycle it increased to 88.96%. Thus, the use of student worksheets can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the group discussion method in learning the history of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in order to increase the active involvement of students in grade V of SD Negeri No. 107967 Pelintahan. The history of the Prophet Muhammad SAW is a very important material in Islamic religious education at the elementary school level, but is often considered difficult to understand by students. Therefore, a learning approach is needed that can facilitate student understanding in a more interactive and interesting way. The group discussion method was chosen as a solution to increase student involvement, because in this method students can exchange ideas, collaborate, and be actively involved in the learning process. This study uses a quantitative approach with an experimental design, where students are divided into groups to discuss topics on the history of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, then their involvement is measured through observation, questionnaires, and assessment of the results of the discussion. The results showed that the group discussion method significantly increased student participation, with many students actively asking questions, discussing, and showing a better understanding of the material. In addition, the results of the final test showed an increase in student understanding of the history of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the group discussion method be applied more widely in history learning in elementary schools to effectively increase student involvement and understanding.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in learning Islamic religious education by using active learning. This research is a classroom action research that uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research are primary madrasah school students. The data of this research was obtained with test and observation techniques. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes and observations are used to analyze the learning activities of teachers and students. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics by comparing the results obtained with research success indicators. The results of the research show that active learning can improve student learning outcomes in learning Islamic religious education. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning completion in each cycle with details of the pre-cycle 46.91%, the first cycle 79.39% and in the second cycle it increased to 89.66%. Thus, the use of active learning can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the understanding of the material on faith in the apostles in grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Teluk Mengkudu through the application of the Discovery Learning method. The material on faith in the apostles has an important role in the formation of students' character and faith, but students' understanding of this material is often still low. The Discovery Learning method was chosen because it can increase student involvement in the learning process, encourage them to find knowledge independently, and develop critical thinking skills. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test research design. A total of 30 grade VIII students who were the samples of this study were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group who were given treatment using the Discovery Learning method and the control group who used conventional learning methods. Data were obtained through tests to measure student understanding before and after learning, as well as observations to see student activities during the learning process. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the understanding of the material on faith in the apostles in the experimental group after the application of the Discovery Learning method. Thus, the application of this method can be an effective alternative in improving students' understanding of the material on faith in the apostles, and can be applied to learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects in schools.

Abstract

Efforts to Improve Learning Outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Through the Use of Funeral Prayer Material Demonstration Method for Class VI Semester I Students at Lam Awee State Elementary School in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research aims to find out the improvement of student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education in particular Class VI by using the demonstration method on the funeral prayer material at SD Negeri Lam Awee in the 2022/2023 academic year. The type of this research is class action research (PTK) or action research. The subject of this research is a class VI student of Negeri Lam Awee SD. The results of this research show that there has been an increase. In cycle I, the results of student evaluations in the subject of Islamic Religious Education obtained an average value of 63.70, while in cycle II, an average value of 82.80 was obtained from the research. There was a significant and satisfactory increase and the level of completeness of students' learning in the learning process in cycle I was 40.00% and in cycle II was 100.00%. means there is an increase in student learning outcomes and the activity of the learning process of the students after conducting class action research. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant and satisfactory increase in learning outcomes after doing this research compared to before. And there was a change in the level of student activity that was quite high. So this research is considered successful.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out if there is an influence on the learning performance of Islamic Religious Education on the behavior of SMP Negeri 01 students Montasik. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this research is 451 students of SMP Negeri 01 Montasik. While the sample of this research is 45 grade VIII students. Data collection techniques for this research use questionnaires, observations and documentation. The results of the research revealed that among the learning performance variables of Islamic religious education, the behavior of students has a significant positive influence with a significant value of 0.533 greater than 0.05. The value of Fhitung is 0.904 while the value of Ftabel with df 9.34 in the distribution table with the value of F0.05 is Ftabel = 2.17, because the value of Fhitung is smaller than Ftabel (Fhitung < Ftabel or 0.904 < 2.17) it is concluded that there is a significantly linear relationship. This means that there is a significant influence between the learning performance variable of Islamic religious education (X) and the behavioral variable of SMP Negeri 01 Montasik (Y) amounting to 93.7% while the remaining 6.3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Technological advances have brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the field of education. This study aims to analyze the influence of technology on education at elementary school age. The use of technology in learning, such as digital devices, the internet, and educational applications, has a positive impact on increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process. However, on the other hand, uncontrolled use of technology can also have negative impacts, such as decreased social interaction and increased dependence on digital devices. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to better understand the benefits and challenges of using technology in elementary education. The results of the study indicate that technology can be a very useful tool in improving the quality of education, as long as its use is supervised and implemented with the right strategy.
