Kesehatan dan Kedokteran Mengakomodasi penelitian dalam ilmu kesehatan, kedokteran, farmasi, ilmu keperawatan, dan disiplin terkait yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesehatan masyarakat. Ekonomi dan Manajemen Meliputi penelitian dalam bidang ekonomi, manajemen, akuntansi, bisnis, dan kewirausahaan, serta kajian lainnya yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan perekonomian dan manajemen organisasi. Abstract

This study examines the nature of students and educators from the perspective of Islamic education, which emphasizes the integration of intellectual, spiritual, moral, and social aspects. This study aims to analyze the nature of students and educators and their integration in Islamic education. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained from scientific journals, the Qur'an, and Hadith. The research findings indicate that students are viewed as individuals with innate potential that must be developed comprehensively through continuous education. In Islamic education, students not only act as objects, but also as active individuals who are able to think, grow, and broaden their horizons independently. On the other hand, educators play a crucial role as facilitators, guides, motivators, and role models who not only convey knowledge but also instill values of faith and ethics. The relationship between educators and students is a crucial aspect in the success of the educational process, because both complement each other to achieve the goal of Islamic education, namely to shape the character of a perfect human being. Therefore, the integration of knowledge and revelation is the main foundation in formulating an Islamic education system, which not only enhances intellectual intelligence but also shapes the character and spirituality of students as a whole..

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Pancasila and Islamic Religious Education as ethical foundations in ensuring justice and legal certainty in business law through the perspective of Islamic Sociological Jurisprudence Theory. Pancasila, as the ideological foundation of the Indonesian state, functions not only as a formal source of law but also as a moral and ethical guideline in social and legal life. In the context of Indonesia as a pluralistic society with a Muslim majority, the integration of Islamic law values and national law becomes both a necessity and a challenge.Using a socio-juridical approach, this study highlights how the core values of Pancasila—such as social justice, humanity, and unity—can serve as a foundation for harmonizing Islamic law and national law. The findings indicate that despite the fundamental differences between Islamic law, which is normative-theological in nature, and national law, which tends to be secular, the values of Pancasila are capable of bridging both systems in an inclusive and dialogical manner.Furthermore, the application of Islamic Sociological Jurisprudence Theory enables the development of a legal system that not only emphasizes legal certainty but also reflects substantive justice and religious ethical values. This study recommends strengthening Pancasila-based legal education integrated with Islamic values to create a more adaptive, just, and socially oriented business law system that aligns with the welfare of society.
