Ekonomika : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan disseminating thoughts in the field of economics and development from the results of research and scientific writing, original ideas that are critical and actual. Economics, Published twice a year, namely in March and September. Editors invite lecturers and practitioners to fill out this journal. Presentations can be in the form of scientific work, research results, original ideas that are fresh, objective and responsible. Editors can abbreviate and correct writing to be published without changing its content and intent. Manuscripts are written in Indonesian or English, accompanied by an abstract, no more than 200 words each, typed on 12 arial letter quarto paper, double spaced in the following order: title, author name, abstract, contents, bibliography and and includes affiliate and author contact email & WA/HP number. ====== Ekonomika : Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan, menyebarkan pemikiran dalam bidang ekonomi dan pembangunan dari hasil penelitian, dan tulisan ilmiah, gagasan orisinil kritis serta aktual. ekonomika, Terbit setahun dua kali, yakni bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para dosen, dan praktisi untuk mengisi jurnal ini. Penyajian dapat berupa tulisan ilmiah, hasil penelitian, gagasan orisinil yang segar, objektif dan ber tanggung jawab. Redaksi dapat menyingkat dan memperbaiki tulisan yang akan dimuat tanpa mengubah isi dan maksudnya. Naskah ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris, dengan dilengkapi abstrak, masing-masing tidak lebih dari 200 kata, huruf arial 12 diketik pada kertas kuarto, jarak dua spasi disusun dengan urutan : judul, nama penulis, abstrak, isi tulisan, daftar pustaka dan dilengkapi afiliasi dan email & nomor WA/HP kontak penulis.

<![CDATA[The research aims to analyze the influence of Keuchik leadership on the economic empowerment of gampong communities. This is a case study in Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency in 2022. With a quantitative approach using questionnaire instruments and analysis using regression and correlation. The research results stated; (1) the success rate of keuchik leadership is not optimal at 79.81%. And the village government's efforts to empower the community's economy have only reached 75.37%, which is in line with expectations. (2) From the regression analysis, it is proven that there is a significant influence of keuchik leadership in empowering the community's economy. From the correlation analysis, it was obtained that the geuchiek leadership variable contributed 63% to the economic empowerment of the community in Peusangan sub-district, Bireuen Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to analyze the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises through analysis of 1) The influence of credit on the income of MSEs and customers, 2) The effect of loan duration on the income of MSMEs and customers, 3) The influence of the Business Capacity Development (PKU) program on the income of actors and customers. Study on PT. National Capital Madani Mekaar Syariah Takengon. Research results on a sample of 70 customers engaged in culinary businesses, farming and livestock businesses as well as other service businesses. Based on statistical data processing and testing, there is a positive influence from the aspect of utilizing the Business Capacity Development (PKU) program provided by the company on the income of micro and small businesses. The loan length factor has a negative effect, but the credit size does not have a significant effect. But simultaneously all credit factors, length of loan and PKU) influence income, with a contribution of 21%.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of BSI e-channel service quality on customer satisfaction in Aceh Province. This research is quantitative in nature with data collection using a questionnaire in the form of Google form. Determining 100 customer samples using purposive sampling. Service dimensions, using factors of reliability, physical evidence, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Meanwhile, the dimensions of satisfaction variables used are: product and service quality, service quality, emotional, price and cost. And data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. <![CDATA[Research in the form of a case study at one of the sharia pawnshops in Aceh Jaya district. In the form of survey research, descriptive and verification research types. It was found that: (1) the human capital factor based on individual capability was achieved at 78.3%. Individual motivation with an achievement level of 82%. The leadership aspect is still low at 74%. The organizational climate aspect is quite good at 82.3%, and the workgroup effectiveness aspect reaches 80.5%. The work productivity level of sharia pawnshops in Aceh Jaya is 80.67%. (2) Simultaneously, the relationship between human capital and work productivity is 0.898 with a large contribution of human capital from the elements of individual capability, individual motivation, leadership, the organizational climate, and workgroup effectiveness to work productivity, amounting to 80.7%.]]>

<![CDATA[The research was carried out descriptively quantitatively, with a questionnaire instrument on a sample of millennials in the city of Lhokseumawe. The results of respondents' perceptions show that the law and the meaning of market demand are still low. Likewise, regarding the meaning and law of bidding, around 30% still do not understand it exactly. Regarding the theory about setting and changing commodity prices, 52% understand it and the rest don't understand it and don't bother about it. In general, the elasticity of demand and supply for the price of goods is still more than 40%, which is not yet understood precisely. The results of quantitative analysis using a statistical test approach explain that there is no significant influence between the elasticity of demand and supply on price variables.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze how wage levels and production values influence the absorption of labor in the culinary sector of Bireuen district. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. In this study, the population is the culinary sector in Bireuen district by taking 49 culinary samples as respondents. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. Statistical tools used via multiple linear regression. Based on the SPSS calculation results, it shows that partially the wage rate variable (x1) has a positive and significant effect on employment absorption and the production value variable (x2) has a positive and significant effect on employment absorption. Then simultaneously the wage rate (x1) and production value (x2) have an influence on employment.]]>

<![CDATA[The contribution of the MSME sector to Indonesia's GDP and employment cannot be underestimated. This is evidenced by the fact that 64 million MSME businesses account for around 61% of the country's GDP and employ millions of people, this sector plays an important role in driving economic growth and creating job opportunities. However, in order for MSME businesses to continue to grow and contribute to the economy, it is important that they receive the support and resources needed to overcome challenges and seize opportunities in the global market. The purpose of this research is how to strategize MSMEs in job creation. This study uses descriptive qualitative analysis. Some of the strategies that can be taken in creating jobs in the MSME sector are increasing access to financing for MSME actors, tax incentives, increasing skill development programs for MSME entrepreneurs and encouraging innovation and technology adoption in the Indonesian MSME sector.]]>

<![CDATA[Investors often make irrational investment decisions. Decisions are often based on judgments that are far from rational assumptions. This research aims to examine the influence of experience regret, risk tolerance, illusion of control and financial literacy on investment decisions in the crypto market. Data was collected using an online media-based questionnaire instrument via Google Form involving 112 investor respondents who actively invest in cryptocurrencies. The data was processed and analyzed using the E-Views 10 software application. The types of data in this research are primary and secondary data using quantitative research methods and multiple linear regression models. The results of this research show that experience regret, risk tolerance and illusion of control do not influence investment decisions in the crypto market. Meanwhile, financial literacy influences investment decisions in the crypto market but at a significance level of 10 percent. It is very necessary to have clear regulations in the crypto market in an effort to provide protection to investors. Remember, the definition of crypto currency has different views.]]>

<![CDATA[Quantitative research using verification methods with a national scope during the 2011-2022 period. Analyzing economic variables, namely assets, debt and their relationship to economic growth. Based on secondary data from BPS, the relationship model between variables is expressed in the equation GDP = 9036156+ 0.000141AS, meaning that every increase in assets has an impact on increasing economic growth. Likewise, the relationship between GDP and debt, with the GDP regression model = 8213950 + 0.452594 Hu. The contribution of the Asset aspect to GDP is 19.62%, while the contribution of the Debt variable to GDP is 92.30%. In descriptive statistics, it is explained that the median value of GDP over Assets and GDP over Debts is 578,555,199 and 7,507,359 respectively.]]>
