JIS Siwirabuda (Jurnal Ilmiah Sains Sosial, Kewirausahaan dan Kebudayaan) adalah salah satu jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Tabanan (UNTAB) Bali. JIS Siwirabuda terbit setahun dua (2) kali yaitu pada bulan maret dan september. JIS Siwirabuda merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang bertujuan sebagai media pendokumentasian ide-ide atau pemikiran kritis di bidang ilmu pengetahuan sains, sosial, kewirausahaan dan kebudayaan. Ruang lingkup JIS Siwirabuda merupakan hasil pemikiran dari multidisiplin ilmu yang berfokus pada pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di masing-masing bidang disiplin ilmu (sains, sosial, kewirausahaan dan kebudayaan) yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memajukan ilmu pengetahuan serta dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat. JIS Siwirabuda juga merupakan sarana publikasi bagi akademisi, praktisi, masyarakat umum untuk memperkenalkan karya tulis ilmiahnya. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe and determine the implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Tabanan Regency. The theory used in this research is the implementation model theory by Edward III. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show that (1) the focus of communication in the implementation of the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Tabanan Regency has been carried out well, (2) the focus of resources in implementing the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Tabanan Regency has not been implemented well. This can be seen that the number of existing officers is not sufficient to cover the AUTP Program in the Tabanan Regency area. Then there are guidelines for implementing the AUTP program which are used by officers. (3) In terms of disposition focus in implementing the Rice Farming Business Insurance Program (AUTP) in Tabanan Regency, it can be said to have been implemented well. This can be seen that the officers have a good understanding of the provisions of the AUTP program in Tabanan Regency, (4) The focus on the bureaucratic structure in implementing the AUTP program in Tabanan Regency has been implemented well.

Abstract

This study attempts to ascertain the impact of business capital, working hours, and duration of operation on the revenue of tofu sellers in Tabanan sub-district, Tabanan regency. With a population of 213 business units of tofu traders in Tabanan sub-district, Tabanan district, the focus of this research object is business capital, working hours, and length of business on the income of tofu traders. A sample of 68 business units of tofu traders was obtained using the probability sampling method and slovin formula.According to the test results, working hours, business capital, and business length all have positive and significant effects on tofu dealers' income in Tabanan sub-district, Tabanan regency.

Abstract

The Design of Digital Report Archiving at the Cultural Office of Bali Province based on Google Site aims to enhance efficiency and accessibility in document management. Leveraging the Google Site platform, this design integrates cloud-based data storage with collaborative features, facilitating the archiving and retrieval processes. Digital report documents, encompassing cultural activities and related projects, can be swiftly uploaded, organized, and accessed through a user-friendly interface. Data security is ensured through well-managed access rights. With the implementation of this design, the Cultural Office of Bali Province anticipates optimizing operational effectiveness, reducing paper usage, and fostering collaboration among team members in the management of digital reports.

This research focuses on the concept of voluntary vacating in property dispute resolution, emphasizing its importance in achieving fair and effective outcomes. It delves into the legal framework surrounding voluntary vacating and its implications for justice, legal certainty, and human rights protection. Through a normative legal research approach, supported by literature review and descriptive analysis, the study explores the process and significance of voluntary vacating in resolving property disputes. The findings underscore the need for careful consideration of human rights principles and procedural fairness throughout the voluntary vacating process to ensure equitable outcomes for all parties involved.

Abstract

Transportation is an important infrastructure for the economic life of society, transportation is a means to encourage economic development. Transportation by motorized vehicles often causes problems that can harm passengers. The problem, how is the function of the implementation of motor vehicle testing in an effort to prevent traffic accidents and law enforcement against violations if the owner of motorized transportation does not conduct vehicle testing, Research results: that the function of motor vehicle testing is very decisive in efforts to prevent traffic accidents. Because with the condition of vehicles that meet the technical requirements and roadworthy supported by drivers and road users who are disciplined and aware of the law, the danger of traffic accidents will be prevented or minimized. Law enforcement against violations for motorized transport owners who do not conduct vehicle testing is based on Article 56 of the UULLAJ, if violated shall be punished with a maximum imprisonment of 2 months or a maximum fine of Rp. 2,000,000, - and if the vehicle does not have a proof of passing the test. If the vehicle does not have a test pass mark, it shall be punished with imprisonment of 6 months or a fine of up to Rp. 6,000,000.

Abstract

The research focuses on designing and building interactive multimedia introduction to organs in the human body for android-based junior high school. The application can be accessed by users via android smartphones. The problem solved is the need for introductory media and information to provide an introduction to organs in the human body while providing information about organs in the human body, applied in android-based application media. The Multimedia Development Life Cycle model research method is the choice in developing a system which has stages, system analysis to determine system requirements with the results of the system applied to android applications which provide information related to the introduction of organs in the human body accordingly, then system design includes Unified Modeling Language (UML) and system interfaces, the next stage of system implementation is the stage of implementing the system using the Javascript programming language and the React Native library, finally system testing is carried out to ensure quality using the blackbox method to produce suitability for each expected system function. User target testing through a questionnaire to 30 respondents using a Likert scale resulted in a response of 89.3% with the interpretation criteria "Strongly Agree".

Abstract

Body mass index (BMI) is the most commonly used and more practical indicator to measure the level of overweight in a population, because BMI values are often associated with various medical and mental health problems.  In general, the determination of BMI is done manually by measuring height and weight then doing calculations. The purpose of this research is to apply the appsheet application to record as well as provide Weight Classification information.The research location is at Darul Najah Orphanage Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were twenty-two adolescent girls under the age of twenty years. The object of this research is height, weight and blood pressure. Data collection techniques with field observations and surveys by taking the entire population of twenty-two young women. Data analysis using the appsheet application that has been made which provides information on the Weight Classification of adolescent girls.The results of the twenty samples were five underwight, 12 normal, three over wightt and two obesity level 1. Conclusion The use of the apppshet application is very effective and efficient in providing BMI information and classifying body weight at Darul Najah Orphanage Yogyakarta. FULL TEXT PDF

Abstract

This study examines the local wisdom embedded in the Kawali Inscription and its implications for multicultural education in Indonesia. Employing content analysis and a hermeneutic approach, the research reveals cultural values and life philosophies of ancient Sundanese society recorded in the inscription. The findings indicate that the Kawali Inscription contains moral teachings, social ethics, and leadership principles relevant to contemporary contexts. Furthermore, these local wisdom values have significant potential to enrich multicultural education curricula in Indonesia, particularly in fostering attitudes of tolerance, mutual respect, and cultural diversity awareness. The study concludes that integrating local wisdom into multicultural education can strengthen national identity while cultivating appreciation for the archipelago's cultural heritage.

Abstract

This research aims to identify how much influence price has on Wardah Matte Lip Cream product volume on the online shopping site Shopee. The population of this research is all shops in the Jabodetabek area. The samples used in this research were 50 shops in the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tanggerang, Bekasi) that sell Wardah Matte Lip Cream. Proportional Random Sampling is the sampling method used, where data analysis is carried out using Parametric Analysis because this analysis must have a normal distribution. Statistical testing was conducted using the normality test and Pearson correlation. The outcome of the data studies indicate that price possesses negative effect on the volume of Wardah Matte Lip Cream products. This is proven through the Pearson correlation test that the sig (2-tailed) results show 0.002, which is below 0.05 which shows that there is a correlation between each test variable and the opposite (negative) bond characteristic, namely -0.422. The findings of this study demonstrate that, although there is a moderate correlation, cheaper prices are the reason why Wardah Matte Lip Cream products are purchased more often in cosmetics stores in the Jabodetabek area.

Abstract

Catfish is a type of fish commodity that is widely cultivated in Indonesia, especially in Sampang district. Based on the results of interviews that researchers conducted with the owner of Sumber Rezeki Catfish Farming, Mr. Moch Yusron S.Pi., the researchers came to conclusions regarding the risk problem in cultivating catfish. Based on this problem, steps have been prepared to overcome the risks in cultivating catfish by business owners. From the discussion above, the author aims to describe the business risks and business risk mitigation that occur in the Sumber Rejeki catfish cultivation business which is located in the Gunung Sekar sub-district, Sampang district, so that from the research objectives that have been set, the researcher will look for more in-depth information using the method. descriptive qualitative research. The data analysis technique used by researchers is an interactive model starting from the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and finally drawing conclusions.  The results of this research are to describe the business risks and mitigate the business risks of Sumber Rezeki Catfish Cultivation MSMEs in Gunung Sekar sub-district, Sampang district.
