Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to improve the understanding of the material understanding of the concept of legislation at the central and regional levels using the CORE model for grade V students at SDN Pabelan 3 for the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is a classroom action research which is carried out in three cycles consisting of planning, implementing the action, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were teachers and students of class V SDN Pabelan 3 for the 2019/2020 academic year, totaling 20 students.Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model which consists of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The data validity used content validity. The results show that the application of the CORE model can improve the understanding of the concept of legislation at the central and regional levels in class V SDN Pabelan students for the 2019/2020 academic year. In the initial conditions before takingaction, the pre-action students' completeness was 25%. With an average value of 54.2. After using the CORE model in cycle I, student completeness increased to 65% with an average value of 70.35, then in cycle II it increased to 85% with an average value of 81.15. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the application of the core model can improve the understanding of the concept of legislation at the central and regional levels in class V SDN Pabelan students for the 2019/2020 academic year.

Abstract

Abstract. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatan hasil belajar matematika melalui penggunaan model discovery learning pada peserta didik kelas  IV SD Negeri Gentan 03 semester 2 tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Variabel penelitian yaitu variabel bebas model discovery learning  dan variabel terikatnya hasil belajar matematika peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan evaluasi, instrumen pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi, tes tertulis dan pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif (hasil belajar) dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan  hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas IV SD Negeri Gentan 03 Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Semarang semester 2 tahun ajaran 2018/2019 setelah diberikan tindakan model  discovery learning. Sebelum tindakan sebanyak 7 peserta didik (30%) yang tuntas. Setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan jumlah yang tuntas menjadi 14 peserta didik (61%) pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan jumlah yang tuntas menjadi 21 (91%).   .

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is the use of monopoly games to improve understanding of the concept of unity. This research is a Classroom Action Research by conducting two cycles. The subject of this research is the fifth grade students of SDN Genengsari 3 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2019/2020 which has 25 students. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, tests, and documentation with data validity data analysis and triangulation. Analysis of the data in this study uses the Miles-Huberman interactive analysis model. The first cycle obtained a percentage of 69% classically, and the second cycle research with a percentage of 90% in classical terms. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the understanding of the concept of unity in 5th grade students of SDN Genengsari 3 Sukoharjo in the academic year 2019/2020 can be improved by the use of monopoly games. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to improve the quality of learning geometric shapes in group A TK  Pertiwi Kecemen 2 Manisrenggo Klaten in the academic year 2018/2019. This research is a classroom action research with the subject of the study was the students of Group A TK Pertiwi Kecemen 2 Manisrenggo Klaten in the academic year 2018/2019, amounting to 21 children. Data collection techniques using observation, test and interview techniques. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of various learning media on learning geometric shapes can improve the quality of learning in group A TK Pertiwi Kecemen 2 Manisrenggo Klaten in the academic year 2018/2019. This is marked by an increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes that have good (score 4) and excellent (score 5)criteria, from 0% (good) and 0% (very good) before the cycle, to 28.57% (good) and 28.57% (very good) in the first cycle, and increased to 47.62% (good) and 52.38% (very good) in the second cycle.Kata kunci: geometric shapes, various media, quality of learning

Abstract

Abstract. Improving the ability to analyze the FPB and KPK by applying Means Ends Analysis model is the purpose of this research. This research is Classroom Action Research with two cycles. Students of the 4th students at SD Ta’mirul Islam Surakarta in the 2019/2020, totalling 24 students is the subject. Data collection techniques in the form of interview, observation, test, and document analysis. Data analysis are source and technique triangulation, and content validity. Analysis of the data used is the Miles-Huberman interactive analysis model. The initial conditions of analysis ability of 4th students showed 37,5%. The cycle I at the first meeting resulting in a percentage of 75%, the second meeting is 66.67%. The cycle II at the first meeting producing a percentage of 87.5%, the second meeting is 91.67%. Based on theresult of the research, it can be conclude that the ability to analyze FPB dan KPK on 4th students of SD Ta’mirul Islam in the 2019/2020 can be improved through the Means Ends Analysis model. This research contributed to be used as a reference and be a development in varied learning activities in mathematics subject.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian adalah untuk melatih guru sekolah dasar untuk memiliki kompetensi menyusun Soal Higher Order Thingking Skills (Hots) Berbasis Critical Thingking Sesuai Kurikulum 2013 Guna Mengakselerasi Education 4.0. Selain untuk melatih guru, pengabdian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi guru dalam menyusun Soal Higher Order Thingking Skills (Hots) Berbasis Critical Thingking Sesuai Kurikulum 2013 Guna Mengakselerasi Education 4.0. Subjek dari layanan ini adalah seorang guru sekolah dasar di kota Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam layanan ini dimulai dengan Workshop, Praktek, dan Implementasi. Dalam melakukan pelatihan ini, para subyek diminta untuk mengerjakan tes terkait dengan penyusunan soal berbasis HOTs. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pre-test dan post-test. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa ada peningkatan dalam pengetahuan dan pemahaman guru tentang penyusunan soal berbasis HOTS

Abstract

Abstract. The learning process of Civics in SD Negeri 1 Serenan Juwiring Klaten rarely uses learning methods that attract the attention and activeness of all students in the class. The purpose of this study was to investigate efforts to improve Civics learning outcomes through role playing learning models in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Serenan Juwiring Klaten in the 2017/1988 academic year. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) with research into subjects becoming fifth grade students of SD 1 Serenan Juwiring Klaten for the 2017/2018 academic year. Data collection methods used in this study were test, interview and observation methods. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis. This can be seen from the test results that have increased at the end of the first cycle test the average valueof students is 75.07 and in the second cycle the average value is 84.07.Kata kunci: experimental method, role playing, elementary school

Abstract

Abstract. Technology is an inseparable part of human activities in this era. The era that is referred to as the era of disruption, the actual form of implementation is the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and in education referred to as Education 4.0. Because all aspects of life must be able to adapt or even accelerate. The existence of Google Form Assisted Learning Evaluation in the school environment, especially primary schools in an effort to optimize the results of each implementation of the learning process is very important, therefore training and assistance are needed to help teachers master the material on the Google Form Assisted Authentic Modeling Training both in terms of manufacturing and use. Subjects in this service consist of elementary school teachers in the administrative area of the city of Surakarta. The method used in this training is Workshop, Practice, and Implementation. Data collection techniques using test techniques. The analysis technique used is pre test and post test. holding aworkshop on making evaluations and administration based on google forms can improve the ability of teachers to prepare HOTs-based Questions that will be used in implementing learning.

Abstract

Abstract: Inevitably, entrepreneurs contribute significantly in the economic development of a state, due to its limited resources to provide welfare for its citizens. Entrepreneurs as agents of change require a set of personal characteristics to identify and pursue opportunities, to think creatively in developing new innovative solutions or approaches, and to possess fortitude to take risk when challenges and barriers arise in creating beneficial changes for society. Grounded in the same elements, the term of business entrepreneurs is now shifted to social Entrepreneurs, which aims at creating values and benefits that have significantly massive and sustainable impact. To achieve this, social entrepreneurship requires changes in education. Ideally, the characteristics of entrepreneurs should be introduced in the early stage of education. It is important to raise students’ willingness to adopt new ideas, to take initiatives, to solve problems, and develop empathy. For that reason, university plays significant roles to integrate the idea that students can be the agents of change by developing comprehensive standard of curriculum and methods of learning, and providing the opportunity to learn directly from the first hand. Keywords: Social entrepreneurship, agents of change, students, classroom, university

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to (1) improve student discipline character values through the application of the Problem Based Learning model, (2) describe the application of the Problem Based Learning model. This form of research is a classroom action research with two cycles. The subjects of the research were the students as many 17 in third  grade and their classroom teacher. The data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model. The data validity technique used  construct validity, source triangulation, and technique triangulation. Data on pre-action there are 2 students or 11,76% who have discipline of entrenched categories, after the implementation of the first cycle there are 7  students or 41.18%. In the second cycle increased to 15 students or 88.24%. The conclusion of this research is application of the Problem Based Learning model with steps oriented to the problem; organizing for learning; assist investigation; present work; and analysis and evaluation can increase the value of the disciplinary character of third grade of public elemantary school Mangkubumrn Kulon No. 83 Surakarta in Academic Year 2018/2019.
