Abstract

This study aims to think about (1) the planning of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in Class IV co-curricular activities at SD Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta, (2) its implementation, and (3) evaluation of the products produced. This study uses a case study methodology and is qualitative in nature. The data sources of this study include school principals, IVB class teachers and IVB class students of SD Ta'mirul Islam Surakarta. The subject retrieval technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique. Data collection is carried out by observation techniques, interviews, and document studies. The validity test of data used is the data triangulation technique (source) and the triangulation technique. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis proposed by Cresswell. The results of this study are as follows: First, P5 planning is contained in a project module that has been designed by modification by the teacher together with a team of facilitators with components that are in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and Culture. Second, the implementation of P5 is in accordance with the planned flow in the project module, namely from the stage of introduction, contextualization, action, reflection on action. Third, the evaluation is carried out by teachers on students through an assessment of the development of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile with the results of reaching the level of development as expected and very developed as well as an assessment of the results of ecoprint products with an average value of 3.58 in the good category. Thus, it can be inferred that P5, a new paradigm in Indonesian education, can be used to cultivate character in accordance with the character dimensions of the Pancasila student profile, but only when P5 activities are conducted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimization of teachers in shaping the character of grade III A students of SDN Cijoho in the subject of pendidikan pancasila , and to determine the obstacles teachers face in shaping the character of grade III A students of SDN Cijoho in the subject of pendidikan pancasila . This study used a qualitative method with 1 homeroom teacher and 10 students as subjects, and used data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were carried out by conducting direct observations at the research site regarding the optimization of teachers in shaping the character of elementary school students in the subject of pendidikan pancasila by the way teachers teach pendidikan pancasila using appropriate learning strategies, and also by implementing positive activities at school such as flag ceremonies, congregational dhuha prayers and morning exercises so that students' bad characters slowly begin to disappear. The obstacles faced by teachers in shaping the character of elementary school students are, limited time in educating students, differences in education between the school environment and the home, and the lack of concern from parents and the community for character education. Apart from that, there are several factors that can influence character formation in students, namely social media, the surrounding environment, lack of self-awareness in students in applying character values, and teachers who do not provide enough character education to students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the School Literacy Movement program has on the reading interest of elementary school students in Laweyan District, Surakarta City. This research is a correlational quantitative research. The data source for this research was fifth grade students at SD Laweyan Surakarta. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire. The validity test uses internal/expert assessment validity, external/empirical validity with trials, and construct validity with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Data analysis consisted of analysis prerequisite tests and hypothesis testing. The analysis prerequisite test consists of a normality test and a linearity test, while the hypothesis test uses a simple correlation test, simple regression test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are as follows: First, simple correlation analysis shows a positive correlation, seen from the Pearson Correlation of 0.223 and a significance level of 0.021. Based on the interpretation of the correlation coefficient, the level of association between the school literacy movement and reading interest is low (0.223), which is in the range of 0.20-0.399. Second, based on simple regression analysis, Y' = 28.315 + 0.251 X indicates that the regression coefficient for the School Literacy Movement (X) is 0.251, meaning that if the School Literacy Movement increases by 1, then Reading Interest will increase by 0.251. The coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive relationship between the School Literacy Movement and Reading Interest. Third, based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination shows that the coefficient of determination (R²) of the School Literacy Movement variable on Reading Interest is 0.050. This means that the effect of the School Literacy Movement on Reading Interest is 5% while the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the correlation between parental income and mathematics learning achievement of grade VI students at SDN Banyuajuh 3 Kamal. The approach used is quantitative descriptive with simple random sampling method, involving 27 students as samples. Data on parental income were collected through questionnaires, while data on mathematics learning achievement were obtained from class teachers. Correlation tests were conducted using SPSS software to determine the relationship between the two variables. The results of the analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between parental income and students' mathematics learning achievement, with a correlation coefficient value of -0.112 and a significance of 0.579 (greater than 0.05). Although parental income can provide access to educational facilities, other factors such as student motivation, teaching quality, family support, emotional and social intelligence, and a conducive social environment, play an important role in determining academic achievement. Therefore, to improve student achievement, a more holistic approach is needed that takes into account these various factors.

Abstract

This research describes strengthening the profile of Pancasila students by using alternative Indonesian language learning short story materials that are applied at SDN Totosari No.102 Surakarta.. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were students of grade IV and teachers of grade IV. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques used are 1) Data Reduction, 2) Data Presentation, 3) Conclusion Drawing. Through this research, it is possible to see the application of short story learning material used in teaching and learning activities to reinforce values in the Pancasila student profile for fourth grade students especially in Indonesia language lesson with short story material. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis huruf dan kata pada peserta didik kelas 1 SDN Kadipiro Surakarta melalui penggunaan media LCD Writing Tablet. Keterampilan menulis merupakan salah satu keterampilan dasar yang penting bagi peserta didik, namun banyak di antara mereka yang mengalami kesulitan dalam penulisan huruf dan kata. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keterampilan menulis, termasuk kurangnya motivasi, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang menarik, dan metode pengajaran yang tidak efektif.Melalui pendekatan yang sistematis dan penggunaan media interaktif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media LCD Writing Tablet dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan dua rumusan masalah: (1) Apakah penggunaan media LCD Writing Tablet dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis huruf dan kata pada peserta didik? dan (2) Bagaimana cara penggunaan media tersebut dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis?Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan LCD Writing Tablet tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan menulis peserta didik, tetapi juga meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka. Dengan menyajikan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan interaktif, media ini terbukti efektif dalam membantu peserta didik memahami penulisan huruf dan kata sesuai dengan kaidah Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia yang Disempurnakan (EYD). Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan metode pengajaran yang lebih inovatif dan berkelanjutan dalam pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Education is an effort to prepare students' mindset and strengthen their character. In education, students are shaped to have a polite character. However, technological developments make students' characters experience changes, especially in students' language impressions, language politeness is an important thing to use in interacting with other individuals. If the language used to communicate tends to be impolite, it will have a negative impact, especially bullying behavior on students. Therefore, the use of polite language can prevent bullying which will cause harm to students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media diorama terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS 'Tradisi dan Budaya di Sekitar Kita' di kelas IV SD Se-Gugus, Diponegoro, Kabupaten Jaten. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi-eksperimental dan bentuk dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen menggunakan media diorama dan kelompok kontrol menggunakan media PowerPoint. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah SD 2 Ngringo, SD 09 Ngringo, dan SD 04 Ngringo. Tes dan dokumentasi merupakan sarana pengumpulan data. Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji keseimbangan, uji N-Gain, dan uji hipotesis merupakan cara analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai T sebesar 4,587 > T tabel sebesar 0,2319 pada 70 derajat kebebasan, sehingga H₀ ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh pada tahap analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif penggunaan media diorama pada materi pelajaran (IPAS) "Tradisi dan Budaya di Sekitar Saya" terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa sekolah dasar Se-Gugus Diponegoro, Kabupaten Jaten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak pembelajaran daring terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas IV SDN Bibis Wetan No.158. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis dokumen, angket, dan wawancara. Teknik uji keabsahan yang digunakan adalah triagulasi sumber dan triagulasi teknik. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Miles dan Huberman yaitu dengan 3 tahap meliputi, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta simpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring memberikan dampak terhadap keterampilan pemecahan masalah yaitu membuat keterampilan pemecahan masalah siswa tidak optimal karena ada hal-hal yang dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan pemecahan masalah dalam pembelajaran daring yaitu strategi pembelajaran daring, lingkungan pembelajaran daring yang dibuat oleh pendidik, metode pembelajaran daring, media pembelajaran daring, keaktifan, diskusi, perhatian, respon, pemahaman, penguasaan materi, kesulitan belajar daring, keluarga, dan sikap suka atau tidak suka terhadap pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan KIT Praktikum IPA sebelum dan sesudah pandemi covid-19 berlangsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis penggunaan alat KIT Praktikum IPA di SDN Demangan 2. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KIT praktikum IPA tidak digunakan selama pandemi covid-19. Kegiatan praktikum digantikan dengan praktikum secara virtual dengan memanfaatkan alat dan bahan secara mandiri di rumah. Dampak yang terjadi adalah selama masa pandemi, KIT Praktikum IPA banyak yang tidak digunakan, sehingga beberapa mengalami kerusakan.
