Given the relatively small population, which is 41 people, the sampling technique used is a saturated sample or census. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software version 4. The results of the study showed that leadership style did not have a direct effect on service effectiveness. Work motivation did not have a direct effect on service effectiveness. Leadership style had a direct effect on compensation. Work motivation had a direct effect on compensation. Compensation had a direct effect on service effectiveness. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Inventory Turnover (ITO) on profit growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. This industry was chosen because of its strategic role in meeting the basic needs of the community and its high operational activities, thus demanding effective resource management to achieve maximum profits. The research method used is a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements. The sample was determined with certain criteria to ensure the relevance of the data during the observation period which includes the dynamics of the post-pandemic economy. The main theoretical foundations used are Resource-Based Theory (RBT) which emphasizes the management of internal resources to achieve competitive advantage, and Signaling Theory which places financial ratios as performance signals for external parties. The results of the study are expected to provide empirical evidence on how the efficiency of asset management, equity, and inventory turnover contributes to the increase in the company's net profit. Practically, this research is useful for company management in evaluating operational effectiveness and for investors as a consideration in making investment decisions. These findings also enrich the financial management literature related to the dynamics of profit growth in the consumer goods industry sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of teacher commitment and a lack of ownership towards their workplace. Based on an initial survey conducted by the researcher on 37 teachers at SMA "ISLAM" Malang, it was found that 62% (22 teachers) felt they received insufficient support from the school in professional development. In addition, 38% (14 teachers) admitted to having thought about moving to another school in the last 2 years. The research used by the author is an explanatory or explanatory research type, with a quantitative approach. In this study, the population used was all 37 teachers who teach at SMA "ISLAM" Malang, for the research sample that the author used was less than 100 people. The sampling technique was taken from the entire population, because the population was less than 100 people, using a random sampling technique or random sampling. The results of the research obtained in this article are that there is a positive contribution of quality of work life to the variables of individual commitment and self-efficacy, and self-efficacy also has a positive contribution to individual commitment. In addition, self-efficacy also plays a strong mediating role in the quality of work life towards individual commitment of teachers at SMA “ISLAM” Malang.

Abstract

Financial ratios are important indicators for investors in assessing firm performance and market valuation. Price Earning Ratio is often used to evaluate the attractiveness of a company’s stock, while liquidity, profitability, and dividend policy may influence investors’ perceptions. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Cash Ratio, Return on Equity, and Dividend Payout Ratio on Price Earning Ratio, both directly and indirectly through Dividend Payout Ratio as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with data obtained from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method. The empirical findings show that both Cash Ratio and Return on Equity are unable to increase Dividend Payout Ratio. Cash Ratio has a positive effect on Price Earning Ratio, while Return on Equity and Dividend Payout Ratio do not affect Price Earning Ratio. Furthermore, Dividend Payout Ratio does not act as a strong mediating variable in the relationship between Cash Ratio and Price Earning Ratio, nor between Return on Equity and Price Earning Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Demand-Abilities Fit and Need-Supplies Fit on Employee Performance and to analyze the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The study was conducted among employees of UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno Blitar. The total number of employees was 117, of which 84 were included as the research sample. The sampling technique applied was probability sampling using the proportional sampling method based on work units. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and supported by relevant secondary data. Data analysis employed Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results indicate that Demand-Abilities Fit does not significantly affect employee performance. In contrast, Need-Supplies Fit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Demand-Abilities Fit and Need-Supplies Fit both have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Furthermore, OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Mediation testing reveals that OCB fully mediates the relationship between Demand-Abilities Fit and employee performance, while it partially mediates the relationship between Need-Supplies Fit and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand storytelling and experiential marketing on purchase decisions through purchase intention among Generation Z consumers of Batik Tulis Celaket. The increasing preference of Generation Z for authentic brand experiences and meaningful interactions encourages businesses to adopt marketing strategies that strengthen consumer engagement and purchasing behavior. This research employed a quantitative explanatory approach. Data were collected from 125 consumers of Batik Tulis Celaket using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results indicate that brand storytelling has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions but does not significantly affect purchase intention. Experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on both purchase intention and purchase decisions. In addition, purchase intention significantly influences purchase decisions. However, purchase intention does not mediate the relationship between brand storytelling and purchase decisions, nor the relationship between experiential marketing and purchase decisions. These findings suggest that experiential marketing plays a more prominent role in encouraging Generation Z consumers to make purchasing decisions, while brand storytelling contributes directly to purchase decisions without increasing purchase intention.
