Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of the village government as a regulator, dynamist and facilitator in empowering farmer groups in Tawakua Village, Angkona District, East Luwu Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews with a number of informants in the field. The results of this research show that the role of the village government is considered less than optimal, where the role of the government as a regulator shows that the village government does not make rules regarding the empowerment of farming communities, but the village government implements the regulations from the central government, the role of the village government as a dynamist, mentoring and training is not evenly provided to all. farmer groups, and the role of the village government as a facilitator in providing seeds, fertilizer and production facilities and infrastructure that are in accordance with the needs of the farming community

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the patient service satisfaction with the system services of the Social Security Administering Bodies (BPJS) health at Islamic Hospital Faisal Makassar. This study used qualitative research. The number of informants in this study were 4 people using in-depth interview techniquq. This study used primary and secondary data, these two types of data were obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction techniques, presentation of data and conclusions. Based on the results of direct interviews and data analysis showed that the indicators achievement of patient service satisfaction as seen from accountability, transparency, participation, conditionality, and equal rights had worked quite well, but they must be addressed especially in the accountability process for drug distribution against patients at the Islamic Hospital Faisal Makassar. This study showed patient service satisfaction greatly affects the results of the agency service system Health Social Security (BPJS) organizer at the Islamci Hospital Faisal Makassar. Keywords: BPJS Health, Service System

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Culture and Tourism Office in the management of Camba Cambang Island tourism object in Pangkep Regency. The role of the Tourism Office as the manager of Camba Cambang Island, which acts as a motivator, facilitator, and dynamic in realizing an increase in tourists visiting and prospering the community around Tesebut Island. Therefore, with the role of the Tourism Office which is directly optimal and in-depth to develop the community. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach where data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were four people including the head of the Pangkep district tourism office, the field of resource development, the field of tourism. The results showed that the role of the Office of Culture and Tourism in increasing the number of visitors of the Office of Tourism carried out various promotions through online media, events, exhibitions , banners and brochures. Increased motivation by training members in the community. The Office of Tourism empowers communities around the island by providing direction and socialization in makingsouvenirs.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the role of Saddang II Forest Management Unit in protecting proted forests in North Toraja Regency. This study used Qualitive with data and secondary data, as many as 11 research informants, data collection techniques used observatiaon and interview guidelines. The results of the study showed that the role of the Unit of Saddang Forset Management Unit II had not yet fully run well, this could be seen from the aspect of lack of communication between the Unit of Forest Management Unit with Communities related to forest protection activites and the absence of counseling/socialization conducted by the Unit of Saddang Forest Management Unit II towards the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the principles of participation and responsibility in the village development process in Gattareng Village, Pujananting District, Barru Regency which focused on the application of the principles of participation and responsibility in development. This study used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed that the application of the principles of participation and responsibility in the village development process had been said to be successful in making decisions related to development such as attendance at meetings, contributions of thoughts such as ideas or suggestions conveyed and a good response from the community, but more efforts were still needed  from the village government and village officials as well as the local community related to participation and responsibility in village development. In the village development process, there were several obstacles, namely the lack of public awareness of human resources, community activities, internal and external factors and coordination between the government and the community.Keywords: The principle of participation, responsibility, village development.

Abstract

This study aimed  to find out the effectiveness of the Population and Civil Registration Service (JEBOL) Program for Population and Civil Registration (DISDUKCAPIL) in optimizing population services in Muna Regency, which was a form of research that aimed to provide an overview as to the types of data collected from the field objectively with a qualitative descriptive type. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews with a number of informants. Data analysis using interactive analysis model. The results showed that the effectiveness of the E-KTP service in setting targets  was right on target, which was intended for people in Muna Regency with special needs, the elderly, and people who had met the requirements for recording E-KTP. The socialization of the program was carried out by the implementing team at the location that had been determined for the service of the Ball Pick-up  program. Monitoring of this program was carried out directly by the implementing team and indirect monitoring by means of data evaluation by the Head of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Muna Regency.

Abstract

The management of information and communication technology in the Enrekang Regency Government is currently still sectoral, so it is necessary to integrate efforts in the development pattern and support for integrated information and communication technology policies. It is necessary to think strategically about programs in planning effective and efficient development for a long period of time, and the optimal impact of internet-based telecommunications information in Enrekang Regency. This research uses qualitative research. With the number of informants as many as 6 people. The results of this study indicate that the target of developing an internet-based telecommunications network is in accordance with what is expected by the government of Erekang Regency. In terms of the policy of developing internet-based telecommunications networks, it is in accordance with the goals expected by the community. There are several programs that are designed and always developed by the government to make it easier for the community. Apart from this, there are several that have been made in the development of internet-based telecommunications networks. Keywords: Government Strategy and Development

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di kantor desa bonto tangnga kecamatan uluere kabupaten bantaeng. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut dianalisis meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yaitu 1) Bukti langsung (tangibles), kualitas pelayanan berupa sarana fisik perkantoran, komputerisasi administrasi, ruang tunggu 2) Kehandalan (reliability), kecermatan aparatur dalam memberikan pelayanan serta penguasaan penggunaan alat bantunya sudah optimal. 3). Daya tanggap (responsiveness), terkait daya tanggap aparatur telah membantu dan menyediakan pelayanan secara cepat dan tepat. 4) Jaminan (assurance), Aparatur mampu dan ramah serta sopan dalam meyakinkan masyarakat, dan juga Aparatur telah meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dimana mereka telah menetapkan jaminan tepat waktu dalam pelayanan. 5) Empati (emphaty), Aparatur telah mendahulukan kepentingan masyarakat dan menjadikannya sebagai prioritas utama

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to determine the ethics of administrative services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Office. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with phenomenological research type. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the ethics of administrative services from 3 aspects, namely Equal Rights, Loyalty and Responsibility, are quite good. This can be seen from (a) Equality, namely the absence of discrimination or nepotism in serving the community who are carrying out population administration. (b) Loyalty, employees have complied with applicable official regulations as closely as possible. (c) Responsibility, this is based on the employee's responsibility in carrying out and completing their work well.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the implementation and factors  through the Village Innovation Exchange in Sinjai Borong District, Sinjai Regency. This study used phenomenology with qualitative research type. The number of research informants was 8 people. Research information was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research on Reinventing Government through the Village Innovation Exchange in Sinjai Borong District, Sinjai Regency on the principle of catalytic government (Catalytic Government) showed that there were efforts to improve the welfare of rural communities by providing a platform or program that could initiate village businesses in utilizing village funds they had by innovative way. The principle of government owned by the community showed that the community gained knowledge on the basis of their own initiative and the potential of the village so that they Could get additional income. The inhibiting factor was the lack of follow-up from the community after the implementation of the Village Innovation Exchange activities and the existence of differences of opinion regarding village innovation activities.Keywords: Village fund management, good governance
