Abstract

This research is aimed to know how the management of protected forest in UPT of forest management unit V Mata Allo Enrekang Regency. Kind of this research with 6 persons as the subject includes the head of forest management unit V Mata Allo Enrekang Regency, the head of planning and utilization of forest section, forest ranger, and the head of protection an empowerment of society section. The data was collected through observation, interview, and documentation, while the data analysis was collected through data reducation, presentation of the data, anfd the conclusion. The research shows that the management unit V Mata Allo, Enrekang Regency can be categorized as good. It is proved by the planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision, but is it not good enough and it still needs to be improved. The supporting factor in managing this protected forest areas is the principle of “sustainable forest, society welfare”, and the nhibitor fastor is the limited of human recssources in managing the forest.

Abstract

Thiis study aimed to determine the innovation of the staffing information system in the BKPSDM Gowa Regency. The informants in this study whwe 6 people. This study used qualitative with the type of phenomenological. Data collection techniqueswere observation,interviews and documentation.The result of the study showed that the personnel information system in BKPSDM Gowa Regency was quite good and had to be developed further. This could be seen from the innovation of the staffing information system (SIMPEG).The application that had been implemented in Gowa Regency which as a whole had made innovations that made it easy for employees to obtain information, data and various programs by accesing staffing data through simpeg. The application of simpeg innovation in Gowa regency through inputs,processes,output and feedback designed to store all staffing data.Online network in simpeg innovation in gowa Regency could be done by using an internet connectivity network system, LAN and quota access that made it easy for employees to access staffing information.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis research study  to determine the implementation of Smart Governance in policies, bureaucracy, and services at the Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Kota Makassar. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive type. There  were four informants in this study. The research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Validation of data is done through triangulation of sources, techniques, and the past time is analyzed through data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the implementation of Smart Governance in the Makassar City BAPPEDA from the bureaucratic aspect has been running effectively and efficiently with orientation to the principle of Smart Governance, namely digitalization. Meanwhile, from the aspect of services, transparency and accountability have been carried out, seen from the services carried out by the Makassar City Bappeda, the mechanism starts from the Kelurahan, Kecamatan, and OPD forums. Meanwhile, from a policy perspective, the participatory principle is still not good. A fairer improvement is needed without taking sides with certain groups.Keywords: Policy, Smart Governance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui bagaimana kualitas kinerja pegawai dalam pengendalian dan penanganan sengketa tanah di Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Bulukumba agar terwujudnya pemenuhan kebutuhan dan kepuasan pada masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 11 (sebelas) orang, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi, media riview dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa kualitas kinerja pegawai dalam pengendalian dan penanganan sengketa tanah di Badan Pertanahan kabupaten Bulukumba sudah berjalan  optimal, berdasarkan pada 3 (tiga) indikator yang digunakan yaitu; 1)  Kualitas kerja, hal ini dapat dilihat pada pelayannya yang cepat tanggap, dan tidak menyulitkan masyarakat. 2) Kuantitas kerja,  dapat dilihat pada penyelesaian kasus sengketa yang masuk pada BPN  Bulukumba sudah memenuhi Target Operasi. 3)  Ketepatan waktu, pada segi ketepatan waktu ini memiliki banyak tahapan-tahapan dalam penyelesaian sengketa tanah sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Kata Kunci: Kualitas, Kinerja, Pengendalian dan Penanganan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and explain the effect of the quality of expert doctor's services on patient satisfaction in Siwa Hospital, Pitumpanua District, Wajo Regency. This study used quantitative research methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires strengthened by the results of field observations and documentation studies. The results of this study showed that the results of the regression (influence) of the variable (X) on the variable (Y) simultaneously was only .324 or 32.4%, which meant that the effect of the quality of expert doctor services on patient satisfaction in Siwa Hospital, Pitumpanua District, Wajo Regency was not significant. . While the influence of the variable quality of expert doctor's service (X) on the patient satisfaction variable (Y) partially showed the  results found that no more than .242 or 24.2% . Also showed the effect of the quality of expert doctor's service on patient satisfaction in Siwa Hospital, Pitumpanua District,  Wajo Regency was classified as insignificant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the village fund budget in supporting infrastructure development in Pattappa Village, Pujananting District, Barru Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. The results of the research can be seen from 4 aspects, namely: (1) communication carried out by the village government with the community through socialization activities and village meetings is able to show that the village government has consistent attitudes and perceptions of SOP so that the community feels satisfied with the performance village government. (2) The resources owned by the Pattappa village government are good enough. (3) Disposition (disposition) related to the attitude of the implementer, the village government always tries to maximize the performance of village officials to improve the quality of good performance so that it has an impact on improving community welfare. (4) The bureaucratic structure of the village government in carrying out its duties must be in accordance with the basic performance measures and adapted to the existing understanding and procedures.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine archive management in improving administrative services at the Gowa Regency National Land Agency (BPN) Office. This research uses qualitative methods, with a qualitative descriptive research type. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that (a) archival recording at the Gowa Regency Land Office is classified as good, (b) control and distribution at the Gowa Regency Land Office is running optimally, (c) archival storage at the Gowa Regency Land Office is by using a subject system, (d) archives at the Gowa Regency Land Office are maintained quite well, (e) supervision of archives at the Gowa Regency Land Office has also carried out quite good supervision in the field of archives, (f) transfer and destruction at the Gowa Regency Land Office is ongoing maximally

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to show the working culture of the police in service to the community in Enrekang Police. The research method used is qualitative. The number of informants is seven. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature studies. The results showed that the Enrekang Police Department in the implementation of the task of giving attention to habits, where the Enrekang Police Police always pay attention to the small details of errors in carrying out their duties. This is in line with the principle of obedience to the procedures for carrying out police duties. Enrekang Police Regulation as a party that provides public services to the community in order to provide maximum service, guided by the Code of Professional Ethics of the Police and Tri Brata and Catur Prasetya as the main duty of the police is to protect, serve and enforce the law and work in accordance with the Standards of Oprasional Procedures. Enrekang Police Department carries out tasks oriented to the values carried out by adjusting methods to the socio-cultural conditions of the community and providing examples first, be it institutionally, personally and close family of the Police so as to have a significant impact in the results of socialization and education to the community. Keywords: working culture, police, service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Effectiveness of CDR Service Innovation (Search, Data, Record) Resque Pickup Balls at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Pinrang Regency. The type and type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach that will provide an overview or phenomena and problems that occur. Data collection techniques are through observation, media review, interviews and documentation. The results of research conducted at the Office of Population and Civil Registration there are three criteria, namely: Achievement of Goals, Integration and Adaptation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the effectiveness of Resque CDR services in achieving the goals has been going well and does not take a long time according to the standard service time and has achieved the specified service goals. However, in the socialization process, they only coordinate with the local government and there are still people who do not know about the Resque CDR service, so there are still many who do not know about the Resque CDR service.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the Coordination of the Police with the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Handling Cases of Sexual Violence in Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative methods and consisted of 4 informants. The results of the study showed that the Coordination of the Police and the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Handling cases of sexual violence were quite good and effective. From the perspective, namely (1). the efforts of the police agency and the women's empowerment office in handling cases of sexual violence in Enrekang Regency had made efforts in assisting sexual violence cases, (2) the unit of action in the coordination process between the women's empowerment service in handling cases of sexual violence in Enrekang Regency was still unconscious in every member of the agency, (3 ) common goals by providing direction to each member when there was a dispute at work so that the coordination process in dealing with cases of violence run effectively.
