Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the role of the Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) in Handling Violations in the 2020 elections in Makassar City.  The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research.  Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation.  The results showed that 1) Handling of violations of the code of ethics for election organizers based on data there were three violations, then related to its implementation in the Covid-19 pandemic situation, it was also found that health protocol violations had been handled according to existing procedures, 2) handling of election administration violations based on data  there is one violation that was found in one of the city of Makassar and has been forwarded to the District PPK for follow-up according to its level, 3) the handling of election crime violations based on the data there are 36 violations, related to the handling there are 5 violations stop at this first discussion because there are no  proven then 30 violations stopped in this second discussion because they did not have enough evidence and there was 1 violation stopped in the third discussion because the suspect and several witnesses ran away because they were constrained at the time until they were SP 3 status Keywords: Role, Bawaslu, Handling Violations, Local Elections

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Public Information Disclosure Policy at the Department of Communication, Informatics and Statistics, Enrekang Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative method which aims to provide a descriptive description of the application of the Public Information Disclosure Policy at the Department of Communication, Information and Statistics, Enrekang Regency. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through interviews, and secondary data taken from documents, records, reports, and official archives that can be supported by the integrity of primary data. The results of the study indicate that the communication indicator produces answers that are in accordance with existing policies, the second indicator regarding resources shows that it is good, and the third disposition shows that the results are already responsible for its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Social Service in dealing with poor families in the city of Makassar. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive type. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews. Based on the results of research on the Role of the Social Service in Handling Poor Families in Makassar City, there are a number of things that still need to be considered because they have not been optimally handled. This can be seen from several indicators of the role of the Social Service in overcoming poor families which include: (1) Government as Regulator (2) Government as Dynamicator (3) Government as Facilitator. The role of government as regulator in handling social services for the poor in helping the community has not implemented well because the community continues to receive assistance through old data collection rather than the latest that needs to be completed. for example as a commitment to participate in all programs so that the assistance can be useful later. The government's role as dynamite in dealing with the poor is in the form of leadership.

Abstract

The aim of this research is: To determine environmental observations for updating voter data in Salupangkang Village IV, Topoyo District, Central Mamuju Regency. This research uses qualitative methods. The type of research used is descriptive research. The results of the research show that the strategy for updating voter data has been said to be effective as seen in indicators 1. Environmental Observation which shows high awareness, commitment and readiness 2. Strategy Formulation for the importance of coordination between PPK, PPS and Village Government 3. Implementation of this strategy approach shows attention to an organized process, good budget management, 4. Overall evaluation and control, this approach reflects a commitment to involve all relevant parties in organizing elections.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the marriage registration service at the Office of Religious Affairs, Mariso District, Makassar City. This study used descriptive qualitative research, which was a form of research that provided an overview as the kind of data collected techniques used observation, interviews with a number of informants and documentation. The results showed that the service for recording marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs in Mariso District, Makassar City was not fully implemented optimally, seen from the tangibles aspect, it showed that the quality of service was constrained by inadequate facilities and infrastructure so that people were less comfortable waiting for services, realibility aspects in the approach of officers with the community, each individual pleased and satisfied  the community besides that the facilities and infrastructure support satisfyingly, the aspect of fast service response carried out when there were no community constraints with in the predetermined requirements. And the aspect of emphaty used an emotional approach when there were problems of service. Maximizing good service so that people feel satisfied.Keywords : Registration Service, Marriage

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of community participation and its influence on the effectiveness of the Jenetaesa Village innovation program, Simbang District, Maros Regency. This study used a mixed method by using a type of survey research by observing using a questionnaire to collect data related to research variables. The population in this study were the community or family heads of the Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, as many as 421 family heads in the Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency. This study used simple random sampling technique or random sampling, with a total sample of 80 people. The results of this study showed that community participation had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of village innovation programs, with an Adjusted R Square coefficient of 0.636 meaning that 63% of community participation affected the effectiveness of village innovation programs in Jenetaesa Village, Simbang District, Maros Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how the Quality of the hospitalizations in Batara Siang General Hospital, Pangkep Regency. This study used qualitative research and the type of research used descriptive qualitative research. Data sources were primary data and secondary data. The number of informants in this study were 7 people. Data collection techniques user observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of this study could be seen that the Quality of the hospitalizations Services of the Batara Siang Public Hospital in Pangkep Regency showed that the improvement of public service still needed to be improved so that Human Resources in Batara Siang General Hospital in Pangkep Regency was better, more effective, faster and more efficient. There were improvements in improving services made by the governments in public services were expected always fasilitate public services for the community.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the implementation of e-government in the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency. This study used qualitative descriptive method. The number of informants in this study were 3 people. The data collection techniques used  interviews, observations, and documents related to the research. The results of this study showed that the implementation of e-government in the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency was quite good. This was evidenced by the indicators of measuring aspects in realizing e-government, namely software, hardware, human resources, data and information, organizational structure, communication, and attitude of implementers. Whereas in realizing the implementation of e-government at the Regional Research and Development Agency of Pangkep Regency, there were obstacles which result in application-based services that could no longer be run and used temporarily by the community. One of the internal factors was the hosting on the application had expired because there was no update and payment for the extension of application usage. Another external factor was the socialization stage which was still not optimal in delivering information about the presence of the Pangkep RD application.Keywords: E-Government, RD Applications

Abstract

Effectiveness of People's Business Credit Fund Management for Shallot Farmers At BRI Cakke Unit, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency, where the problem arises is the lack of capital owned by shallot farmers to develop their onion farming business.The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of the Management of People's Business Credit Funds for shallot farmers to improve the welfare of the community in Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency. The basis of the research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author conducts interviews with informants, the source of the data itself is from primary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from documents, notes, reports. The results of this study indicate that the results obtained by shallot farmers according to the habits of the local community have increased in yields. Agricultural products have provided many benefits for the welfare of farmers. Income obtained from agricultural products can meet daily needs, education costs, health, to the fulfillment of housing needs so that it has a major influence on the development of the economic sector in Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the strategy of the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM in Jeneponto Regency in marketing horse-based food products using qualitative research methods, the number of informants was 7 people. The results of the research were 1) product strategy consisting of collaboration with agencies, conducting seminars and training, participating in regional innovation exhibitions, prioritizing customer satisfaction, durability, selection of raw materials and packaging as well as flavor variants. However, only three horse-based food UMKM were recorded. 2) the price strategy was based on the price of horse meat ingredients. 3) The place strategy, namely UMKM were mostly located on the side of the main street Jeneponto Regency, where it was clean and comfortable, the food was cooked halal and hygienic. 4) promotion strategies such as making a Jeneponto specialty food house, holding exhibitions, giving souvenir food to officials who made regional work visits. Meanwhile, some UMKM had not implemented an effective promotion strategy. The implementation of the program to increase creativity and innovation carried out by the Office of Cooperatives and UMKM in Jeneponto Regency was not felt evenly.
