Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Akuntabilitas Pelayanan Pembuatan Surat Izin Mengemudi Di Kantor Polres Selayar. Jenis penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deksriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi,  Hasil penelitian yaitu tindak penyalahgunaan kekuasaan pada kantor Polres Selayar sudah akuntabel dan tidak terjadi tindak penyalahgunaan kekuasaan karena ketika hal tersebut terjadi maka aparat kepolisian akan mendapatkan sanksi. Kemudian yang menjadi kendala dalam proses pembuatan SIM yakni mengenai jaringan yang kurang stabil di kepulauan selayar dan masih ada masyarakat yang belum memahami mengenai persyaratan administrasi dalam pembuatan SIM. Kemudian biaya penerbitan SIM itu sudah diatur oleh PP nomor  76 tahun 2020 yang mengatur tentang jenis dan tarif atas jenis penerimaan negara bukan pajak yang berlaku pada kepolisian negara republik Indonesia, yang dimana satlantas dalam pelayanan SIM tersebut tidak bisa mengubah atau mengganggu gugat tarif tersebut karena sudah diatur oleh aturan PP nomor 76 tahun 2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement the Government in Relocating Street Vendors and the factors that supported and inhibited the Implementation of Government Policy in Relocating Street Vendors (PKL) at the New Mall Sentral Market Makassar City. This research used descriptive qualitative and qualitative methods. The number of informants in this study were 4 people. The results of the study stated that the Implementation of Government Policy in Relocating Street Vendors in the Sentral Market of Makassar City was carried out by: communicating the relationship through discussion, meetings and socialization; increasing resources in the form of increasing the number of staff, do posposition in the form of management assistance and security of traders who wanted to be relocated: and facilitated the bureaucratic structure to be more effective in handling relocation. Supporting factor in the Implementation of Government Policy in Relocating Street Vendors (PKL) in New Market Pasar Makassar City Mall, consisted of: internal factors, in the form of the sellers who wanted to be relocated to a more comfortable place and not burdensome in terms of contributions.Keywords: Policy implementation, Relocation, Street Vendors (PKL)

Abstract

With this study aims to see and analyze the influence of leadership on the discipline of state civil servants in the social services of Kolaka district. This type of research is a survey research that describes quantitative analysis. The data techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively using the SPSs application. The sample was 40 people. The results of this study are that there is an influence between the leadership of the state civil apparatus in the district social service which has shown that the leadership of the state civil apparatus in the social service of the Kolaka district is in the category of good assessment, namely 77, 36%, Discipline. The state civil apparatus in the social service of Kolaka district can be seen in Table 4.41 which shows that the discipline of the civil state apparatus in the social service of Kolaka Regency is in the good order category, which is 74.63%, the analysis results show a value or relationship (R) of 0.819. The big influence of the independent variable or leadership (X) on the dependent variable or discipline (Y) which shows the R value of 0.819 which means 90% of the influence of the independent variable or leadershipKeywords: Leadership, Discipline of the State Civil Apparatus

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the quality of service in the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) office of Bulukumba Regency. This study used qualitative method. The number of informants in this study were 9 people. Data collection methods used  documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of this study showed that  the facilities   in the office were adequate, the aspect of reliability  showed from the service of the officer was maximum, where the officers did role play activities before carrying out the service, the responsiveness aspect had  maximally reached because the officer in the service had a responsive attitude, aspects of assurance had not been reached to the maximum where in terms of providing a period of time sometimes still not in accordance with punctuality. While empathic aspects had maximally reached where the officers had given a lot of attention to a case of MSC (mobile service center), this made it easier for the public to take care of BPJS cards or change data on participants without going  to the office

Abstract

This study  aimed to find out how to empower the community for scavenger families in Rappokalling Village, Tallo District, Makassar City. The number of informants was 10 people. This study used qualitative with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. This study used the theory of empowerment aspects of Edi Suharto, with the results showed protection; the scavenger community had never received discrimination from strong community groups. Strengthening: training programs for scavenger communities had been successful in increasing self-reliance and improving socio-economic conditions. Support: providing support, education and motivation to the scavenger community had succeeded in increasing public awareness about the importance of improving socio-economic quality. Maintenance: in this case the maintenance carried out by the scavenger community was considered successful, in ensuring balance and harmony so that every scavenger community had the opportunity to do business. Possibility: that the scavenger succeeded in eliminating the possibilities that could hinder the scavenger community from developing.Keywords: Empowerment, community, scavenger families

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of planning, implementation, and supervision in village development in Pakkasalo Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. This study used qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and documentation studies. Research informants amounted to 8 people. The results showed that the Takkasalo village government had implemented the planning process in the context of village development management through the musrembang. Implementation was carried out in the development process by involving community workers in general without paying attention to the expertise possessed by each development implementing worker in Pakkasalo Village. The process of supervising the development had been going quite well, although there were still uncompleted  in the process. The development that had been carried out by the government, it had provided changes for the better and the community participates from planning, implementation to supervision of village development.

Abstract

This research is to find out how to process the stages and analyze the Basic Training Program for Civil Servant Candidates at the Center for Training and Development and Government Management Studies. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research which is sourced from the data using purposive, sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of basic training for CPNS at Puslatbang KMP LAN RI Makassar City from the aspect of 1) Effectiveness, namely the facilities and infrastructure that had been effectively carried out seen from the evaluation responses of the participant respondents, namely the results of the effectiveness, namely 94.55% had been effective and the next effectiveness was The material provided to the training participants provides maximum results. 2) Accuracy, namely the methods and methods used in this training there are 2, namely classical and blended learning and 3) Responsiveness, namely the facilitator's strategy to teach the results of the basic cpns training agenda. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, materials, and methods can be said to be effective. Where all indicators are very positive and motivating during the implementation of basic CPNS training.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village government in dealing with domestic waste in Kembang Ragi Village, Selayar Islands Regency. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction and conclusion. The results of the study show that the government's role as a regulator does not yet have village regulations made by the village government, so it still needs to be socialized with the community regarding waste management. The government's role as a dynamicator is that the government always provides appeals, invitations and directions. The government's role as a facilitator is the first, the government always socializes the problem of waste management. The government's role as an innovator is to provide ideas to the community by recycling waste into something that can be reused. The government's role as a catalyst is that in government socialization it is always emphasized to the community

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to assess the government's performance in delivering primary services in Gattareng Village, Pujananting District, Barru Regency, focusing on the performance of employees in service delivery. This study employs a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentary studies. The researcher utilizes data analysis techniques involving data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, with data validation through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that the performance of employees in providing primary services in the village is considered satisfactory; however, there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of punctuality and attendance issues. The government is advised to pay more attention to the tasks of employees and the needs of the community as a whole.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine organizational communication in the One Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office, to know the minimum service standards that exist in the One Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office, and to find out how strong influence organizational communication had on the improvement of minimum service standards at The Office of Investment and One Stop Services of Enrekang Regency. This study used quantitative methods. The research data were collected using data collection techniques using a questionnaire  in the form of a checklist and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. The data was explained in the form of tables, the frequency and narrative results of the processed data with the help of SPSS. The results showed that there was an influence of organizational communication on improving the minimum service standards in the Office of Investment and One Stop Services in Enrekang Regency which was very significant, namely the value of t count t table = (10.473 1.675), so Ho was rejected, meaning that there was a significant effect.  Keywords: Influence, Organizational Communication, Minimum Service Standards
