Abstract

This study aimed to determine, how the Application of Electronic Parking Terminal System Innovations Seen From the Innovation Attributes. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, which was to provide an overview or explanation of the application of the innovative electronic parking terminal system (TPE) in the city of Makassar, with a total of 6 informants. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study showed that PD. Parkir Makassar Raya had implemented the Parking Terminal System (TPE) program in Makassar City but it had not been maximized. This was due to the fact that there were still people who disagree and the lack of socialization counducted regarding the Electronic Parking Terminal System (TPE) to the public.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the role of the Department of Tourism in the Development of Coastal Tourism Objects in Makassar City. This study  used  descriptive qualitative research with the number of informants was  5 people. The data analysis technique used  data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. Then the data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of this study showed that the role of the Tourism Office in Developing Coastal Tourism Objects in Makassar City was seen from the motivator aspect, facilitator aspect, and dynamic aspect. Judging from the motivator aspect, it was not optimal, from the facilitator aspect,  it had not run optimally because the provision of facilities and infrastructure had not been adequate, and from the dynamic aspect of all tourism development on the Tanjung Bayang  beach was  purely from the Community Empowerment Institute but it had not been realized properly. So it was not able to develop tourism objects optimally. Keywords: Role, development, tourist attraction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain how the effectiveness of strategic management in Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). The type of research used is qualitative research that aims to collect information from a number of respondents or informants who are considered to provide information related to the research problem determined by purposive sampling, namely to determine the informants capable of representing a number of informants needed. The results of the research obtained that Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) in Patalassang village has not been effective to help the independence of the village because the management of existing BUMDes has not run maximally this is due to the expertise of the board of BUMDes also still relatively low

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the work plan, meetings, communication and division of tasks at the Coordination of the Agricultural Service and the Regional Disaster Management Agency for the clearing of agricultural land (shallots) in Enrekang Regency. The research method used  descriptive qualitative with a total of 3 informants including the Secretary of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Enrekang Regency, the Secretary of the Agriculture Service and the Head of the Horticulture Division of the Enrekang Regency Agricultural Office. Collecting data used observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the Coordination of the Agriculture Service and the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Farming Land Clearing (onion) in Enrekang Regency that the work plan was prepared according to the needs of local farmers, meeting carried out at the office or at the farm location, communication was carried out in realizing the work plan that had been prepared and the division of tasks was carried out in accordance with the main tasks and work functions of each field.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan bagi ibu hamil dan bayi baru lahir di Puskesmas Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kualitas pelayanan termasuk sangat efektif karena dimana peleyanan yang dilakukan tenaga medis selalu berpedoman pada SOP yang telah di tetapkan dalam pelayanan kesehatan ibu hamil dan bayi baru lahir di Puskesmas Kecamatan Parigi Kabupaten Gowa serta kesopanan dan keramahan antara perawat dan pasien sudah diterapkan dengan baik. 2) Kuantitas pelayanan untuk pasien ibu hamil sudah sangat efektif karena ibu hamil telah memahami pentingnya pemeriksaan kehamilan.  Sedangkan kuantitas pelayanan untuk bayi baru lahir masih kurang efektif karena beberapa ibu hamil memilih melahirkan di rumah sakit. 3) Waktu pelayanan pasien sudah termasuk cukup efektif karena menggunakan antrian elektronik

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of digital era bureaucratic transformation in public services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Service. This type of research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show the transformation of digital era bureaucracy in public services at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Service. Achievement of goals has been very effective and has international standards which makes public services easier for the community. Digital-based services will of course provide more significant service improvements. Integration into application-based service programs can be said to be effective because it is cost-effective, time-saving and energy-saving. Adaptation to the online application service program is flexible because people can easily get services and access them

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze and describe the implementation of illegal parking supervision by the local company (PD) Parking Makassar Raya. This study used  qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Number of  informants were 9 people and data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data validation were triangulation of sources, techniques and time. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and  conclusions. The results of this study showed that the implementation of illegal parking supervision by the Regional Company (PD) Parking Makassar Raya was good. The process of implementing supervision included Preventive and Repressive supervision between pre-implementation and post-monitoring. Preventive Supervision of the implementation of supervision at PD Parkir in terms of checking the results of target revenues and the realization of the last five years so that the PAD of parking fees had decreased, to maximize parking PAD the Parking Area Company made a breakthrough in implementing online parking, especially on potential roads on Boulevard Street. Also for the implementation of direct field supervision through Repressive Supervision, including the TRC team (Quick Reaction Team) was tasked with monitoring the whereabouts of illegal parking attendants in terms of taking action, arranging, giving directions to illegal parking attendants so as not to take illegal actions. media @HumasPD Parking.Keywords: Implementation of Preventive and Repressive Supervision

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the Innovation of Hotline complaint services at the Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency General Hospitals. The research method used  qualitative. The number of informants in this study were 5 people. Data collection  technique were observation, interviews and documentation.Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and conclusions, while the validity of the data using source, method and time triggers. The results of this study showed that the Hotline complaint service innovation at the Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency General Hospitals was seen from five dimensions. In accordance with previous innovations and in accordance with operational service standards, the procedure for Hotline complaint depended on human resources. The possibility of trying Hotline complaint services could improve the quality of services. Ease of observing, Hotline complaint could be quickly followed up in providing criticism and suggestions.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out how the KB village Kampung Program Implementation Strategy in The Lipukasi Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method system. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation. While data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this study showed that The Strategy in Implementing the KB Village Program in Lipukasi Village, Tanete Rilau District, Barru Regency had been running quite well, this could be seen with the number of KB village programs that had been implemented. However, constraints occurred in the Implementation such as community participation, budget and communication of each agency was still not optimal. This happened because of the lack of communication between agencies as well as the lack of cooperation between Implementers and related agencies which caused constrained activities

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of the smart auditing program at the Makassar City Inspectorate Office. This study  used  descriptive qualitative, namely an objective description of the state of a program. Thi study used a case study with a total of 6 informants. The results of the study indicated that the Smart Auditing program at the Makassar City Inspectorate Office had run effectively seen from several effectiveness measurement indicators, namely: 1) Program understanding, indicating that the Inspectorate had carried out socialization and provided technical guidance on a regular basis so that the auditors could  know the intent and the purpose of launching Smart Auditing. 2) Right on target, it had been effective because with Smart Auditing, auditors couldn carry out audit activities more quickly and thoroughly. 3) On time, in terms of using time more effectively because the completion of the examination could be faster. 4) The achievement of the objectives had not been fully effective because there were still some obstacles that were felt by the auditors. 5) Real changes, the impact of the existence of Smart Auditing was felt by auditors where previously audits that were carried out manually and required energy and time could be completed without having to be in the object of examination (SKPD)Keywords: Effectiveness, Smart Auditing Program
