Kajian Ilmiah Mahasiswa Administrasi Publik (KIMAP)
KIMAP: Kajian Ilmiah Administrasi Publik, dengan nomor terdaftar ISSN 2746-0460 (Online), adalah jurnal peer-review, akses terbuka yang diterbitkan enam kali setiap tahun atau sekali dalam dua bulan, yakni Februari, April, Juni, Agustus, Oktober, Desember oleh Program Studi Ilmu Administrasi Negara Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Jurnal ini bertujuan menjadi wadah akademik bagi para peneliti, akademisi, praktisi, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengeksplorasi isu-isu strategis serta inovasi dalam tata kelola pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the effect of performance assessment on employee performance at the Central Office of Training and Development of Government Management Studies at the Makassar City State Administration. This study used a quantitative research type with causal associative quantitative research type from 68 populations to be studied. The results of this study showed that the regression results (influence) of Variable X on Variable Y simultaneously were only 0.312 or 31.2%, which meant that the effect of Performance Assessment on Employee Work Performance in the office was relatively small. While the effect of the Performance Assessment variable (X) on Work Performance (Y) partially showed the results each indicators had bad effect of no more than 0.162 or 16.2%, it also showed the effect of Performance Assessment on Employee Work Performance at the Center for Management Studies Training and Development. The government of the Makassar City State Administration Agency is relatively small.Keywords : Performance Assessment, Work Achievement

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Simbakda dalam hal pencapaian tujuan, integrasi, dan adaptasi di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana penulis bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Simbakda di Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Kota Makassar dengan menyeleksi orang-orang tertentu yang dianggap memiliki pengetahuan lebih tentang aplikasi Simbakda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi Simbakda di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Makassar dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik jika diukur dengan pencapaian tujuan, integrasi dan adaptasi dalam menggunakan aplikasi Simbakda. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tercapainya tujuan bahwa aplikasi Simbakda dapat meningkatkan kinerja Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah yaitu bidang aset, namun masih banyak aset yang tidak dikelola dengan baik yang menyebabkan aset tersebut mengalami masalah, mengenai integrasi telah berjalan dengan baik atau aplikasi ini tersosialisasikan dengan baik. adaptasi tersebut telah berjalan dengan baik karena seluruh karyawan di bidang Aset mampu menggunakan aplikasi Simbakda dan meminimalisir kendala dalam menggunakan aplikasi Simbakda.

This study aims to determine the Strategy for the Development of Bantimurung Natural Tourism Potential at the Tourism Office of Maros Regency. This type of research used is qualitative. phenomenological type. The data collection technique used is observation, interview. The results of this study indicate that the development strategy carried out by the Tourism Office is the need to improve the quality of human resources, such as increasing awareness in keeping the environment clean. There is provision of special funds by the Tourism Office specifically for Bantimurung tourism to finance and facilitate areas within the Bantimurung area and also to provide adequate facilities and infrastructure in the Bantimurung Nature Tourism area. The strategy for developing the natural tourism potential of Bantimurung at the Tourism Office uses several strategy indicators proposed by Chandler in (Rangkuti Freddy, 2006), namely 1) Human Resources, 2) Funds, 3) Information and Technology, 4) Facilities and Infrastructure.

This research aims to evaluate the influence of governance on the level of community satisfaction in Umpungeng Village. Utilizing quantitative methods, the results demonstrate that the impact of governance can be categorized as highly positive. Respondent analysis reveals that the reliability variable scores at 81%, while the independence variable scores at 70%. Through simple linear regression analysis, it was identified that variables X4 (responsibility) and Y4 (assurance) exert a strong influence, with an F value of 21.462 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings support the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1) and the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0). In the regression equation, the constant value is 8.061, and the responsibility value (X4) is 0.553. Further analysis indicates that the independence variable (X4) holds a notably strong influence, with a Beta Standardized Coefficients value of 0.81 or 81%. The conclusion drawn from this research is that governance significantly impacts community satisfaction, particularly when associated with physical aspects.

This study aimed to determine the PAPA SEHAT Public Service Innovation at SDN 81 Kalukubodo Takalar Regency and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of implementing the PAPA SEHAT Innovation. Data collection techniques used observation, interview with 4 informants and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis models and used 3 types of triangulation in data validation. The results showed that this PAPA HEALTHY Innovation was implemented well in SDN 81 Kalukubodo, this was seen from the relative profit indicators that had been well, the appropriateness was appropriate with the presence, and the complexity was easily understood by children. Supporting factors in the implementation of PAPA HEALTHY Innovation was the support by the local government in 2018 and won the Top 40 award. Then the inhibiting factor was the presence of parents complained that children did not need to clean up at school because there was officers who responsible even though doing the task hygiene outomatically children used to behaving clean and healthy life in school, at home, and in the environment of community

ABSTRACTHis study purposed to find out the effectiveness of the implementation of public relations in making driver's license at the Traffic Police Unit in Bone Regency, using qualitative research methods, the number of informants in the study were 8 people. The results of the study showed that 1) the achievement of public relations goals consisted of providing socialization of the importance of driver's license to the community, visited to elementary schools as a preventive measure or rare, providing information when making driver's license directly, but the purpose of public relations had not been implemented evenly because some people did not know the form of public relations carried out. 2) The timing of public relations carried out by the Traffic Unit of the Bone Regency Police was on time, understanding their duties and responsibilities. However, some people felt that the implementation of public relations was not in accordance with the reality because it took a long time to make driver's license. 3) The benefits of public relations had not been fully achieved because traffic awareness was still lacking and the level or number of ticketing was still high and some people had not felt the benefits of public relations and making driver's license was not in accordance with management because it exceeded one day.Keywords: Effectiveness, Public Relations and SIM

The purpose of this study was to understand corruption-free areas and the performance of employees at the Jeneponto District Attorney's Office. This study of research is quantitative with a sample of 48 people. The results of the study indicate that a corruption-free area has a strong influence on the performance of employees at the Jeneponto. Based on the output of the summary model, the results obtained by R are as large as the contribution of the X variable affecting the Y variable, the influence is symbolized by R (regression). The magnitude of the regression value or influence (R) is 0.651, which means 65.1%. The influence of the independent variable or corruption-free area (X) on the dependent variable or employee performance (Y) which is also strengthened by the value of the coefficient of determination (R²/R squer) or the determinant coefficient of 0.424, meaning 65.1%. The influence of the independent variable or corruption-free area (X) on the dependent variable or employee performance has an influence of 65.1% while 34.9% is influenced by other factors.

Stu dy ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendamping desa dalam membantu melaksanakan tugas Pemerintah Desa Batu Kede Kecamatan Masalle Kabupaten Enrekang. yaitu suatu bentuk penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran sebagai suatu jenis data yang dikumpulkan dari lapangan secara objektif dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dengan sejumlah informan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pendamping desa dalam menentukan pencapaian tujuan sudah tepat sasaran, yaitu ditujukan untuk pembangunan desa di desa Batu Kede. Sosialisasi dan integrasi komunikasi di lokasi dalam bentuk yang telah ditentukan akan diselenggarakan. Pelatihan aparatur desa untuk tujuan meningkatkan kualitas perangkat desa diikuti oleh seluruh perangkat desa. Pertemuan stunting dilaksanakan meskipun tidak semua warga hadir pada saat pertemuan stunting ini. Untuk adaptasi ini, hasil program kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat di Desa Batu Kede, Kecamatan Masalle, Kabupaten Enrekang.

This study aims to determine the accountability of land certificate services as well as supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of land certificate service accountability in the National Land Agency of Maros Regency. The results in this study are, 1) the regulatory compliance procedures in the Maros Regency National Land Agency office are good enough because they have been implemented in accordance with predetermined rules, 2) Low-cost public services that every payment made by the community is appropriate with the applicable rules, 3) Compliance with time standards has followed in accordance with applicable procedures, 4) Responsive public services have been carried out to the fullest. The supporting factor is the existence of a harmonious relationship between superiors and employees as well as between employees and the community and the inhibiting factor is timeliness or a long and long duration of time in completing the certificate

This study purposed to describe the Responsibility of Immunization Services at Passitallu Public Health Center in the Perspective of Good Executive Governance in Selayar Islands Regency. The research approach used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were 8 people who were selected purposively. The data analysis technique used interactive miles model. The results of this study indicated that the responsibility for immunization services at the Passitallu Public Health Center in the perspective of Good Executive Governance through 3 stages, the first was having commitment to carry out responsibility and authority by having their respective responsibilities and the main duties and functions of each member in the health center in immunization services, the second was having a HR management policy. (Human resources) Management was carried out with each member given the responsibility in each village to carry out immunizations in each village, and the third was having a policy of managing facilities and infrastructure that is adequate in terms of immunization equipment.Keywords: Responsibility for Immunization Services at Public Health Center
