Abstract

This study aimed to find out the Strategy of the Regional Development Planning  in Bone Regency and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of the regional development planning strategy. Data collection techniques used observation, interview with  4 informants and documentation . Data analysis used interactive analysis models and  3 types of triangulation in data validation. The results of this study showed that the strategy in planning development had been carried out optimally, this was seen  from the perspective of organizational policy the ability  could describe the strategy , Employee Motivation could work productively  based on their ability, but in terms of the location of resources still not run well because of insufficient material resources. Supporting factors in this planning strategy were (a) Organizational Policy and Development Policy, and (b) Potential and Productivity. Then the inhibiting factors were (a) HR Empowerment and (b) Material Resources.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Conflict Management which focused on Land Dispute Conflict Management in Karueng Village, Enrekang District, Enrekang Regency. This study used  qualitative research with descriptive research type. The results showed that the Land Dispute Conflict Management in Karueng Village, Enrekang District, in the process of solving problems that occurred using the negotiation method and the mediation method. Apart from the Karueng Village Head who participated in the mediation process, the Head of Karueng Village  and the Enrekang Sector Police also participated in the mediation process. The results of the mediation process carried out in the form of peace between the two parties and there were also cases of disputes that had  not found a solution, so the problem was under the law. Conciliation and arbitration methods had never used in resolving land disputes in Karueng Village.Keywords: Conflict Management, Land Dispute

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the public policy of accepting new online students at SMAN 3 Bulukumba. This study used qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study showed that the implementation of the online new student admissions public policy (PPDB) at SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba was going quite well. The communication was g⁴, both in terms of transmission and in terms of clarity. The resources were quite adequate, both human resources, facility resources and budget resources. The disposition of the implementer was also good, committed, professional and honest, the bureaucratic structure was also good, not complicated and had clear Standar Operasional Prosedur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of tourism development strategies (study of Maalino tourism objects at the Tourism and Culture Office of Gows Regency. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. Based on research results related to Analysis of Tourism Development Strategies (Study of Malino attractions in Gowa Regency) the following results were obtained: First, strength lies in improving the quality of the implementing apparatus through coaching and training programs so that they can carry out functions in the work structure for tourism development activities in Malini Regency, Gowa Regency, Keuda, weakness, lack of budget for the tourism office have an impact on the low quality of tourist facilities and infrastructure managed by the government of Gowa Regency.The three opportunities through events such as beautifull Malino are the government's efforts to introduce tourism objects and as an effort to open investment for tourists. a business actor in contributing to managing tourism. Fourth, the threat of damaged road infrastructure poses a threat to tourists, especially the number of cases of traffic accidents that occur. In addition, the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in a decrease in income in tourism development activities.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pelayanan publik dalam meningkatkan Public Trust di Desa Kanjilo Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelayanan publik yang diterapkan di Kantor Desa Kanjilo Kecamatan Barombong Kabupaten Gowa dilihat dari aspek seperti integritas, niat, kemampuan, dan hasil di Kantor Desa Kanjilo. 1.) Integritas, Integritas pemerintah desa dan aparat desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, dimana kejujuran yang diperlihatkan oleh aparat desa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan sudah baik. 2.) Niat, Niat pemerintah desa dan aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik yaitu Keramahan dan kesopanan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa niat aparat desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik menunjukkan niat yang baik. 3.) Kemampuan, Kemampuan pemerintah desa dan aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik tersebut berdasarkan pelayanan yang diberikan aparat desa dalam melayani kebutuhan masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan aparat desa cukup tapi kemampuan yang dimiliki terbatas. 4.) Hasil-hasil, Hasil-hasil kegiatan pemerintah desa dan aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, dimana masyarakat merasa puas dengan sistem pelayanan yang diberikan di Kantor Desa Kanjilo.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital VAT collection on e-commerce transactions in Indonesia, identify challenges, and propose strategies to address them. Focusing on PMK-60/PMK.03/2022, the study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews with tax officials, e-commerce operators, and tax consultants, alongside documentation studies. Thematic analysis reveals key challenges, including regulatory inconsistencies, jurisdictional conflicts, inadequate technological infrastructure, system security vulnerabilities, and complexities in cross-border e-commerce compliance. Socio-economic disparities, such as the digital divide, further hinder inclusivity. The study emphasizes the need for comprehensive reforms, including regulatory strengthening, technological modernization, capacity building, and international collaboration. These findings offer actionable insights for policymakers to enhance digital VAT collection, promote equitable economic growth, and position Indonesia as a leader in digital tax policy innovation. The research contributes uniquely by integrating regulatory, technological, and socio-economic dimensions, addressing underexplored aspects of digital taxation in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study purposed to find out the quality of land administration services at the land office of Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative with descriptive type. The number of informants in this study were 7 people by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study showed that the quality of service including tangible aspects had fixed, it seen from several indicators including: facilities and infrastructure, office facilities and rules, the reliability aspect had been fulfilled in terms of the reliability of officers and reliable methods, the responsiveness aspect had been fulfilled in several ways. indicators include: the ability of officers, the way of informing informants and the approach of the officers, the assurance aspect had been fulfilled seen from several indicators including: work culture, public safety rules and employee sanctions for violating SOPs, the empathy aspect had been fulfilled seen from several indicators below. These included: Firm Attitude in Service, Firm Attitude to Employees and the response of officers to community complaints. As for the supporting factors, namely utilizing technological developments for employees and the community, which were supported by mobile applications, the Tanahku application on Google had made easier for the public to check files. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Respontivity of Civil Servants in E-KTP Services at the Enrekang Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, The number of informants in this study was 6 people. This study used qualitative methods with the type of phemenology research that emphasized the subjectivity of the experience of human life. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis models. The results showed that the Civil Service Respontivity in E-KTP Services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration in Enrekang Regency was good but there were still some aspects that were not maximized, this was seen from the aspect of the ability to respond and the accuracy of the waiter was still not optimal because there were still complaints from community related aspects. However, in the aspect of the maximum service timeliness seen from the absence of public complaints about the timeliness of services. Keywords: Responsiveness, e-KTP Services

Abstract

This study aimed to know the implementation of policies mineral and coal mining business license and to know the factors that influence the implementation of duties in Kolaka district. The number of informants in this study were 9 people. The type used in this research was qualitative with selecting certain people who are considered to have knowledge about the implementation of mining business license policy. The research findings show that the implementation of mining business license policy in the regency can not be said to run in accordance with the rules applicable this is seen from the technical requirements and environmental requirements still not run in accordance with the rules. From administrative requirements and financial requirements can be said to be in accordance with the rules. Keywords: Implementation of policies, mining business licenses.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the implementation of the Gema Tasamara Program (Tangkasa na Gammara Community Movement) in Takalar Regency. The research method used descriptive qualitative and the instruments used observation, interviews and documentation. The number of informants in this study were 10 people. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the GEMA TASAMARA program in Takalar Regency in general had not been maximized in terms of major indicators, namely the content of the policy included the interests of the target group, the benefits of the program felt by the community, the degree of change to be achieved, the location of the decision makers, namely the local government was not serious. In dealing with problems related to environmental management and protection, in this case environmental hygiene, there were still piles of garbage in some areas in Takalar Regency, the program implementers were quite good, namely the Department of Environment and Land in Takalar Regency, but the resources were not adequate, then environmental indicators for implementation included the power, interests and strategies of actors who lacked socialization, characteristics of institutions and regimes that lacked communication with the community and the level of compliance of the implementers was quite good.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Gema Tasamara
