<![CDATA[Companies that have determined their goals will definitely try to achieve the goals they have determined. In achieving its goals, company doesn’t only depend on technological excellence, operating funds, existing facilities and infrastructure, but the company also depends on aspects of its resources owned by the company. This research is to test and analyze the Problems of Communication, Intrinsic Motivation and Job Training on Employee Performance at PT Jovan Technologies. The technique used in this study is a saturated sample or census with a total of 113 respondents. The measuring instrument used was 5 point likert scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the help of spss 22 statistical software. Based on the results of the study, showed that Communication, Intrinsic Motivation and Job Training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance from t calculate > t table and significant value <0.05 and Communication, Intrinsic Motivation and Job Training together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance from f calculate > f table and significant value <0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The research sample consisted of 118 employees at PT Carmin Maju Bersama Indonesia. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly and analyzed using SPSS 23. The results of the F test are known to be 177.922> F table 3.07 with a significant 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the variables of organizational culture (X2) and job satisfaction (X2) simultaneously on employee organizational commitment (Y). The results of the t test for organizational culture and job satisfaction (X1) 5.491> t table 1.98081 with a significant 0.000 <0.05 so that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a significant effect on employee organizational commitment (Y). The results of the t test job satisfaction (X2) 8,010> t table 1,98081 with a significant 0,000 <0,005 so that job satisfaction (X2) has a significant effect on employee organizational commitment (Y). The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.756 or 75.6% of the employee organizational commitment variable (Y) can be explained by the variables of organizational culture and job satisfaction and the remaining 24.4% is another variable that has an influence on the bound which the researcher does not take in the study this.]]>

<![CDATA[In the most important vehicle service needs and this can be felt by the universe. In this study the goal is to be able to find out the causes of facilities and service quality on purchasing decisions, as well as knowing the facilities and service quality together can influence consumer purchasing decisions on Pelni ships. And in this research also uses descriptive research and quantitative approaches. And in the data collection technique using questionnaires. Meanwhile, sampling using non probability sampling technique with incidental sampling type. From the results of this study indicate that there is no effect of facilities on purchasing decisions, because the test results obtained tcount <ttable, tcount is 1.674 with a significance level of 0.097, while ttable is 1.984. While the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions, because in the test results show tcount> ttable with the calculation of the tcount value of 4.464 with a significance level of 0.000, with a value of t table of 1.984. And there is also, that there is an effect of facilities and service quality together on purchasing decisions, with the test results of the value of fcount is 10.629 with a significance level of 0.000, with a value of ftable of 2.465.]]>

<![CDATA[Every entity that is established must have the goal of making a profit, increasing sales, and increasing the level of welfare of shareholders by obtaining profitability. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of liquidity, inventory turnover and Leverage on food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were 31 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies. In this study, a sample collection technique was used in the form of purposive sampling and there were 18 companies that had met the sample criteria determined by the researcher. The results of the research on the F test show that there is a significant influence on liquidity, inventory turnover, and Leverage simultaneously on profitability so that the regression model contained in this study is worthy of research. Meanwhile, the T test can be concluded that liquidity and inventory turnover have a significant effect on profitability and Leverage has no effect on profitability. And on the results of the coefficient of determination R2 obtained a percentage of 70.3% and 19.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.]]>

<![CDATA[In general, every company always improves its company's performance to make it better so that investors do not hesitate to invest in the company, which of course will affect the company's stock price. An investor who wants to invest, of course, must have a mature strategy and knowledge so that the investment can be profitable, such as analyzing company financial statements using several commonly used financial ratios. This research was conducted to see whether there is a significant effect on profitability, liquidity and stock market value, especially companies operating in the agricultural sector. The population in this study consisted of 24 companies and the study used techniques and samples in the form of purposive sampling and showed that the samples that could be used consisted of 7 companies. The research results obtained from the T test results show a significant effect on market value and there is no significant effect. While the F test shows that the third independent variable simultaneously has a significant effect on stock prices. And the results of the coefficient of determination R2 obtained a percentage of 89.9% and the remaining proportion of 10.1% from other variables not contained in this research variable.]]>

<![CDATA[For an organization or agency, human resources are referred to as the main factor as the driving force of the organization Whatever the purpose of an organization, the organization must be formed based on various visions. The purpose of this research is to find out how the effect of Dicipline, Communication, and Work Motivation simultaneously on the job satisfaction of employees of PT Wahana Lintas Batam. This study uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is not large, that is 110 employees. The number of population and sample in saturated sampling is the same. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis while the hypothesis test in this study using t test and F test using SPSS Version 25 software program. From the results of hypothesis testing it is known that the variables of dicipline and job satisfaction at PT Wahana Lintas Batam have a significant effect, communication and job satisfaction variables at PT Wahana Lintas Batam have a significant effect, work motivation and job satisfaction variables at PT Wahana Lintas Batam have a significant effect, Dicipline variables, communication, and work motivation together have a significant effect on job satisfaction at PT Wahana Lintas Batam.]]>

<![CDATA[A trading company is a company that buys goods and resells them to gain a profit or profitability. The profit earned comes from the difference between purchase price and selling price. This research aims to study the effect of inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and capital working turnover on profitability in trading companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2015-2019.This can be a consideration for the company to improve company’s performance and also investors as one of the factor in making decision to invest. The population consisted of 27 companies with the sample technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were companies that met the criteria, there were 8 companies with 40 data. The data is collected using secondary data which is taken through the official website www.idx.co.id and processed using SPSS application (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25. Based on the results, simultaneous inventory turnover, receivable turnover, and working capital turnover has an influence on profitability. Meanwhile, inventory turnover and capital working turnover partially do not have a significant effect on profitability of retail trading sub-sector trading companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.]]>

<![CDATA[Development of a company depends on its profitability. It can be said that the most important thing from the financial statements for investors and potential investors. the fluctuation in profit is very influential on the company. The number of population studied in this study consisted of 29 food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. The results obtained were 9 samples that had passed the listed criteria. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and the data used in this study were secondary data. The influence test in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 software program. Based on the result of the t test, it can be concluded that cash turnover partially has no effect and has no significant effect on profitability, inventory turnover is partially influential and has significant effect on profitability, liquidity partially has no effect and has no significant effect on profitability. While the result of the f test stated that cash turnover, inventory turnover and liquidity simultaneously have an effect and are significant on profitability.]]>

<![CDATA[Smartphones today are a mandatory requirement for everyone. Because it becomes a necessity, there is a lot of demand and supply in the community, because there are many enthusiasts there are also many manufacturers of competition in the world of communication tools. This research is a descriptive quantitative study to determine whether the brand image, product quality, word of mouth, on the purchasing decision of Samsung in Batam city. The population in this study are consumers who buy Samsung. The sample used is purposive sampling with lemeshow formula which has 100 respondents and is processed with SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science). The partial test results show that the brand image variable is not significant to the purchase decision, while the product quality and word of mouth variables are significant to the purchase decision. And the results of simultaneous testing of Brand Image, Product Quality, Word Of Mout have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.]]>
