Abstract

The business scope, especially in the service sector, is now growing rapidly, a business that is growing rapidly in Indonesia is tourism. This research aim are: (1) to determine the impact of service quality on occupancy rates; (2) to determine the impact of the facilities on the occupancy rate; (3) to determine the impact of digital advertising on occupancy rates; (4)to determine the impact of service quality, facilities, and digital advertisements on the occupancy rate. This research design used in this research is descriptive research through a quantitative approach. The population in this study were guests of RedDoorz Plus near Kepri Mall. The samples used is 150 respondents with the sampling technique using probability sampling through method simple random sampling. The software used to analyze these data is SPSS version 25. The results of T test explain that service quality and digital advertising partially have significant effect to occupancy rate, but facilities has no significant effect to occupancy rate. From the F test result explain service quality, facilities, and digital advertising together have significant effect on the occupancy rate.

Abstract

At this time in an organization human resources become part of it. most importantly, especially in service companies in carrying out the company's main goals. The success of a company is determined by the human resources owned by the company in implementing performance-oriented programs. Managers play a role in managing existing resources so that the company can compete with other companies by increasing discipline in work, good work ethics, and a comfortable work environment in order to improve employee performance. This research purpose to determine the effect of discipline, work ethics, and environment on the performance of employees of PT Sentosa Prima Utama. The method used is a quantitative survey with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample used in this study were 106 employees of PT Sentosa Prima Utama by using the saturated sample technique. Data processing was carried out with SPSS version 23 software. The results showed that simultaneously discipline, work ethics, and the environment had a positive effect with an F value of 59.365> 2.69 F table and a significant value of 0.000 ​​​< 0.05 on the employee performance of PT Sentosa Prima Utama. Abstract

Concurrent elections are a means of implementing the sovereignty of the people to vote for the executive and legislative elections held jointly on the same day, date, time. However, in practice, there is an election violation which is an act that violates the Electoral Law, this is the responsibility of the Election Supervisory Board. Then the purpose of the researchers is to describe and analyze the Performance of Batam City Election Supervisory Board in Handling Simultaneous Election Violations in 2019 In Batam City. The research method used is qualitative descriptive The results of this study show that the Performance of Batam City Election Supervisory Board in Handling Simultaneous Election Violations in 2019 In Batam City is categorized well by using productivity indicators Productivity, Responsiveness, Responsiveness and accountability indicators, but in Bawaslu performance service quality indicators are not maximal due to the fact that there are still people who do not receive information. So the advice that researchers can give is to provide regular updates of information on the website or information system Bawaslu Batam City and the scope of information provided contains about the findings of alleged election violations, reports of alleged election violations, formil, material requirements for public education.

Abstract

Every company needs to compete for the survival of its company. An action a company can take is to make sales on credit. However, sales on credit carry the risk of uncollectible accounts. The company must be able to properly review the implementation of sales, crediting and collection procedures. The purpose of this study is to analyze the procedures for granting credit and collection of accounts receivable in minimizing uncollectible accounts. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with observative data collection, interviews, and documentation. The research population is PT Aneka Tata Niaga, and the research sample is uncollectible accounts receivable. The result of this research is that the procedure for granting credit begins with filling out a new customer form and then approved by the sales manager and director, accounts receivable collection is carried out by the accounts receivable admin section in preparing invoices and receipts needed in billing, bad debts are caused by internal and external factors, the obstacles encountered is to have a simple system of controlling accounts receivable based on manual in Microsoft Excel. The system that is planned to minimize uncollectible accounts is to form a system in "GF Accounting".

Abstract

The movement in business competition, especially in the field of information technology, which is increasingly progressive and rapidly developing, can be felt by the majority of the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a positive and significant influence between e-commerce variables and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Indoland Batam with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique so that the number of samples in this stufy amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection method is questionnaire. Data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (F test) by using SPSS version 25 software program. From the results of the t test and F test, it can be concluded that e-commerce partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and e -commerce and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Indoland Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Work Discipline and Competence on the performance of employees of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa in Batam. This research uses a quantitative approach and nonprobability sampling techniques with a saturated sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was filled in by 103 respondents. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The test results for the work discipline variable were t count 9.619> t table 1.98397 and sig t 0.000 <α 0.05. The result of the competency variable test is t count 4.719> t table 1.98397 and sig t 0.000 <α 0.05. The results of the f test are f count 201.661> f table 3.09 and a significance of 0.000 <alpha 0.05, it can be concluded that work discipline and competence partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa in Batam. The test results of the coefficient of determination have a value of 0.801, which means that 80.1% of variations in employee performance variables can be explained by work discipline and competency variables, the remaining 19.9% ​​is explained by variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information has made competition in the business world tighter. To face this competition, business owners must strive to provide the best for their customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate image, service quality and facilities on the satisfaction of training participants at the Yayasan Pendidikan IKBAL-M-YOS Batam. In determining the sample of this study using the simple random sampling method and calculated using the slovin formula which resulted in a total sample of 114 respondents. The design in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Then the hypothesis testing uses the support of the SPSS application version 25. From the results of data analysis, this study results in the conclusion that the results of the T test for corporate image partially have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of training participants, service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of training participants, facilities are partially partial effect on the satisfaction of trainees. From the results of the F-test corporate image, service quality and facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of training participants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between product quality, promotion and event marketing on purchasing decisions of Cemara Park Residence housing. Researchers conducted research with a total sample of 112 respondents based on the Slovin formula. The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The data quality test in this study used validity and reliability tests, the assumption tests in this study were normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and effect test using multiple linear regression and determination coefficient tests, while hypothesis testing in this study used t and f tests. with the help of statistical software SPSS 25. Based on the results of t-test research, it shows that the variable product quality, promotion and event marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the f-test research indicate that product quality, promotion and marketing events together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

a tourist spot that has a lot of appeal for tourists deciding to visit must have a large recreation area or playground so that tourists can spend their time on vacation or recreation with friends or family. This type of research is quantitative by using a causal relationship to determine how the effect of promotion, facilities and service quality on the decision to visit the Waterpark Top 100 Batu Aji. The population in this study were Waterpark visitors in the March 2020 period totaling 5,388 visitors, with a sample size of 373. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire and Google form with a Likert measurement scale. The data were analyzed using IMB SPSS 21. The results showed that there was an effect of promotion on the decision to visit with a value of t (7,121)> t table (1.9719), there was an effect of facilities on the decision to visit with a value of t count (5.989)> t. Table (1.9719), there is an effect of service quality on the decision to visit with the value of t count (6.753)> t table (1.9719), and there is an effect of promotion, tariff and service quality on the decision to visit with the value of F count (187.519)> F table (2.64).

Abstract

Various reform efforts have been made by the Directorate General of Taxes in order to increase state revenue in the taxation sector, one of which is an online tax reporting system. The object of this research discusses the analysis of the E-Filing, E-Spt and E-Form systems on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. In this study, researchers used a population of 100 respondents. This study was analyzed using the SPSS system (Statistical Products and Service Solutions). The results showed that the e-Filing variable did not have a significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance. It is said to be insignificant because the significance value of the e-Filing variable is 0.257 which is greater than the α value of 0.05. The E-SPT variable has a positive and significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. It is said to be significant because the value of the E-SPT variable has a significant value of 0.004 where the value is smaller than the α value of 0.05. The E-Form variable has a positive and significant effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. It is said to be significant because the spss value of the E-Form variable is significant 0.003 smaller than the α value of 0.05.
