Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the effect of product quality and trust on customer loyalty at PT Trio Estro Casuar. The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis and obtaining data through questionnaires. The population in this study were customers of PT Trio Estro Casuar, of which 125 customers. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability sampling technique which uses saturated sampling with a sample of 125 customers of PT Trio Estro Casuar. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing to determine the effect of product quality and trust on customer loyalty at PT Trio Estro Casuar with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) calculation tool version 25. The results of this study indicate that Product quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Trio Estro Casuar. Product quality variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty variable and the trust variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty variable. Simultaneously, product quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Trio Estro Casuar.

Abstract

The factors utilized in this study are three (3) free variables and one subordinate figure. The investigate strategy utilized was testing with certain criteria for "purposive inspecting". Whereas the populace and test in this ponder are fabricating companies within the customer products industry that have certain budgetary measures. The number of tests in this ponder were 45 test offices from 9 customer products fabricating companies recorded on the Indonesia Stock Trade. Abstract

At this time the competition in the retail business world is getting tougher with the increasing number of shopping centers. The retail business is a business that continues to experience development and is in great demand. Competition makes companies in the retail sector strive to become the retail choice for consumers and to retain their consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, satisfaction, and trust on consumer loyalty at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The method used is quantitative with the design of causality using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 135 consumers of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The data were processed using the SPSS version 23 program. Simultaneously service quality, satisfaction, and trust have a positive effect with F count 101.260 > 2.67 F table and a significant 0.000 < 0.05 on consumer loyalty PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. The results of the determination test state that service quality, satisfaction, and trust have a correlation with consumer loyalty by 69.2%, while the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect profitability, company size and sales growth on firm value in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is 10 pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. This study uses a sampling technique with purposive sampling method so that there are 7 companies that meet criteria. The data in this study used secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the representative IDX office of the Riau Islands. The data collection technique used is documentation technique. The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Then proceed with the use of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing consisting of partial test or T test, simultaneous test or F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially profitability and firm size had a significant effect on firm value and sales growth had no significant effect on firm value. The results of the F test show that profitability, company size and sales growth simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Currently, the business environment moves very fast and is dynamic in a short period of time which results in intense competition, as well as maintaining loyal customers, one of which is BPR which is currently very rapidly spreading, resulting in very tight and challenging competition, one of which is competition in the diversity of savings products where every BPR have different savings products so that they can attract the attention of saving customers. However, the trust of a customer is very important for customers to keep saving in the long term As a financial institution that relies on public trust, customers' trust in the bank will influence customers in making decisions so that customers feel safe and comfortable during transactions in the banking world, and there are many competitors that influence each other, including trust, product diversity, brand image. This study aims to determine whether trust, product diversity and brand image influence the decision to save at BPR Dana Central Mulia The research design used with causality research related to the quantitative approach. The sample was determined using probability sampling of 150 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire measured with a Likert scale. The data collected, analyzed with the SPSS version 21 program program obtained the results of t count confidence 17,739, product diversity 6,923, brand image 3,454 each sig zero compared to t table 1,97796 then t count> t table, for f test count 877,553> f table 3.06 concluded that trust, product diversity, brand image had a significant and simultaneous influence on nebaung decisions at BPR Dana Central Mulia Batam with determination research (R2) had an effect of 9.46%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service, trust and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The object of this research is Maxim consumers. The population in this study is unknown. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling as many as 105 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique has been done by using multiple regressions analysis with the instrument of SPSS. Service quality variable regression coefficient (X1) has a value of 0.302. The trust variable regression coefficient (X2) has a value of 0.175. The regression coefficient for the consumer satisfaction variable (X3) has a value of 0.280.The result of this research states that service quality has a significant effect on Maxim consumer loyalty in Batam city. Service quality, trust and customer satisfaction together have a significant effect on Maxim customer loyalty in the city of Batam. The test results of Service Quality, Trust and Customer Satisfaction are seen in the F test, the greater is 99.416> 3.09 (f table) and a significance value of 0.000. <0.05 Keywords: service quality; trust ; customer satisfaction ; customer loyalty

Abstract

Judging from the tightness of competitive era in this time, a company in order to carry out it is activities tries to fulfill the needs in achieving the targets that have been planned and increasing the companies competition to strengthen the continuity of thecompanies. In order to achieve the company’s goals in improving employee performance by monitoring job satisfaction, compensation commensurating and improving Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), the company undertook various ways. The researcher used a saturated sampling technique where the data tested comes from all members of the population with result of 110 respondents. The information were collected by doing SPSS version 20. The result of f-test research indicate that job satisfaction, compensation and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) together have a significant effect on employee performance whichf-count > f-table (40,389 > 2,69) with a sigficant value < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out wether service quality, social factors and personal factor influence on purchasing decision at PT Billindo Utama in Batam City. The sample size is determined by using lemeshow formula and the number of samples in this research is 384 consumers. The technique of sample used accidental sampling. The influence test in this research using multiple linear analysis and determination coefficient analysis (R2), the hypothesis testing using t test and f test using the SPSS software program version 25. The result of this research indicate variable service quality, social factors and personal factor partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decision at PT Billindo Utama in Batam City. Abstract

In the current era of globalization, company development is caused by changes in the human mindset that are increasingly dynamic. Market activity is needed by companies to seek profit. In this study conducted research on the effect of product quality, product completeness and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT International Hardware Indo in Batam City. The method used to research is quantitative method and its collection uses a google form questionnaire. The sample was obtained as 144 samples. This study is using simple random sampling. The study used SPSS version 25. The results in the research on product quality were 2,025> 1,977 and sig 0.045 <0.05. This means that product quality has positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. product completeness were -0.195 <1.977 and sig 0.846> 0.05, which means product completeness has negative and does not significant effect on purchasing decisions. And promotion were 8,135> 1,977 and sig 0,000 <0.05 means that promotion has positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The result f results value of 34.867 > 2.67, which means simultaneously product quality, product completeness and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
