Abstract

In this growing era, people do not only invest through savings, but many try to put their source of funds into stock investments on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. in BEI. The method that researchers use is a quantitative method. The population is consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 19 companies. The data collection technique uses the time series method and the data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis which is assisted by a data processing tool, namely SPSS version 26. The results show that the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, interest rates have a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. , Inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously exchange rates, interest rates and inflation have a significant effect on stock returns. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 11% and the remaining 89% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Metal and similar companies have an important role because these companies make the main raw materials in various other industrial sectors. For example equipment, automotive, factory, and others. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency, and working capital turnover partially on profitability. This research was conducted on Metals and Similars companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2019. This research uses quantitative research methods with explanatory research. the population in this study there are 16 companies in total and 9 sample companies which are metal and similar companies listed on the IDX from 2016-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests included partial t-test and f-test together. Before the statistical test was carried out, the classical assumption test consisted of descriptive test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The t test results show that liquidity has a significant effect on profitability, solvency, and working capital turnover has no significant effect on profitability. The f test results show that liquidity, solvency, and working capital turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the effectsof the loan to debt ratio, non-performaan loan, and net interest margin on return on asets with the object of Indonesian foreign exchange private banking, the population used is the entire foreign exchange private banking sector in Indonesia, which is 28 companies with the sample used is 7 private foreign exchange banks. The research instrument used is documentary in nature and as wee as using secondaryinformation source which is obtained from the annual reports of Indonesian foreign exchange private banks. The analysis technique used is test of normallity, multicolinearity, heterocedasticity, and also multiplication of liniar regresion test which includes t tabel anc t count test, F tabel test, using SPSS 26 program. The result of the partial test on loan to debt ratio cant make any different on return on asets whither its increasing or hanging low, non-performing loans also have no effect on return on assets, while the partial test on net interest margins affecting on return on asets. The results of the simultaneous test, the three independent variables simultanously having its influence on the return on asets. The result of the coeficients of determinate, give the results of an influence of 21% on the return on asets, the remaining 79% is will and only can be affected by other variables besides said inependents variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify how much influence the implementation of E-filing, Tax Knowledge and Service Quality has on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan. This data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. The population taken in this study are individual taxpayers who have been registered at KPP Pratama Batam Selatan totaling 346,849 people and the sampling technique is carried out using the slovin formula calculation. personal. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis with data collection techniques, namely descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, T test and determination test. . The data is processed using SPSS 25. The results show that E- filing affects taxpayer compliance, tax knowledge affects taxpayer compliance, service quality affects taxpayer compliance and together with e-filing, tax knowledge and service quality affects compliance. taxpayers at KPP Pratama South Batam. Abstract

Along with the development of the times, companies are now more and more found in the community. With the increasing number of these companies, the company's competitors will also increase. If the company does not manage the company's management properly, then the company's goals will be difficult to achieve. By conducting research at PT Olsera Pratama Indonesia, the research aims to reveal the effect of motivation, bonuses and training on employee productivity in the company. This study uses primary data in proving the hypothesis. Data was collected by filling out questionnaires and interviews conducted at the Human Resource department of PT Olsera Pratama Indonesia. The prepared questionnaire was distributed to 137 respondents. Data processing and data testing were carried out using the SPSS version 25 application. Data analysis consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests and influence tests. The classical assumption test itself consists of normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, while the influence test consists of multiple linear regression test and coefficient of determination test. From the results of the study it was proven that employee motivation, bonuses and training had a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

In the world of marketing is always closely related to what is called competition. Therefore, every company will definitely continue to compete in providing the best product and service offerings to customers in order to fulfill customer satisfaction. The main purpose of this research is to discover how much for product quality and brand image effect to purchasing decisions at PT CIN Engineering. The sampling technique in this study is a random sampling technique, the population of PT PT CIN Engineering as many is 152 populations, the number samples of this research is 110 respondents. Data obtained by distributing the questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis was processed using multiple linear analysis. The test data quality in this study using validity test and reliability test, classic assumption test in this study using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. And the effect test uses multiple linear analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). While the hypothesis test in this study used the t test and the F test using the SPSS version 25 software program. The results showed that product quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of PT CIN Engineering.

Abstract

The survey was conducted among LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The survey included 45 LQ companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2020. The sampling method was rational sampling and the sample size was 28 companies. The method used in this research is the logical sampling method. The results of this study show that the significant test for cash flows is 0.05 < 0.002 and the significant test for debt policy is 0.675. > 0.05 From this it can be concluded that the dividend and debt policy has no influence on the share prices of companies that are listed on the Indonesian stock exchange LQ45. Dividend policy, debt policy and cash flow all have a significant impact on share prices and have a significant value of 0.016 liters. 0.05. Second, this study gives a coefficient of determination of 0.073. This means that dividend policy, debt policy, and cash flow affect 7.3% and 92%, respectively, of the company's LQ 45 stock price, and the remaining 7% is an explanation for another variable that was not examined in this study.

Abstract

Developments in the health, tourism, automotive, learning and manufacturing industries have a very tight competition. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of organizational climate and work attitudes partially and simultaneously on the performance of PT Yupiter Baru Jaya employees. The number in a sample is 113 people and the respondents are employees of PT Jupiter Baru Jaya. In a method used quantitative causal with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of a study prove that organizational climate affects significantly 2.835, greater than t table 1.981 and significant with a sig t number of 0.005 which is smaller than 0.05. On the other hand, work attitude affects significantly. Organizational climate and work attitude have a significant effect to the performance of employees at PT Yupiter Baru Jaya. The relationship of organizational climate has a significant influence partially, after that work attitudes have a significant influence partially and simultaneously organizational climate and work attitudes significantly affect the performance of PT Yupiter Baru Jaya employees.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic greatly affects all aspects of human life, especially the running of an organization, one of which is PT. Karya Tekhnik Utama. Communication is the key to how PT. Karya Tekhnik Utama can survive and coexist with Covid-19. Communication that is carried out within an organization is called organizational communication, where in organizational communication there is a communication pattern. The purpose of this study was to see how the communication patterns that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Karya Tekhnik Utama uses Goldhaber Organizational Communication Theory. In Goldhaber Organizational Communication Theory, there are seven key stages of communication that need to be considered in organizational communication. The seven keys are process, message, network, relationship, interdependence, environment and uncertainty. This study used descriptive qualitative methods and data collection in this study was conducted by interview and observation. The results showed that the communication patterns that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT Karya Tekhnik Utama were formal and informal communication, direct and indirect communication, and the communication network pattern formed was the free channel or star communication network pattern.
