Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, consumer trust and risk perceptionon buying interest partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are people wholive in Batu Aji. The number of samples taken as many as 100 people, sampling was doneusing non-probability sampling technique. The data collection method used is primary data.Data processing using SPSS Version 26 program. The results of this study indicate thatpromotion partially affects buying interest which is indicated by the t-count value of 3,396>t table1,984 and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. Consumer confidence partially has noeffect on buying interest, which is indicated by the t count value of 1.502 < t table with1.984 and a significant value of 0.136 > 0.05. Risk perception partially has no effect onbuying interest which is indicated by the t count value of 1.588 < t table and significantvalue of 0.116 > 0.05. Promotion, consumer confidence and risk perception have asimultaneous effect on buying interest which is shown from the calculated F value of5,536 > 2.699 F table and Sig value 0.002 < 0.05. R square value of 0.129 which meansonly 0.129% there is an influence from promotion, consumer confidence and riskperception on buying interest and the remaining 9.871 is influenced by other variables thatare not variables in this study.

Abstract

This Research is to analyze discrimination by main characters especially Black women in Hidden Figures Novels and describe the form of discrimination. And this research, researcher use discrimination theory of Parrillo Vincent. In this research design, researcher uses qualitative descriptive the source data is from Novel Hidden figures which was published in 2016, after that the reading, selecting, writing, sorting and categorization the data found. In research observed method and uses Nonparticipatory observation which researcher is not directly in research. The researcher found the data all form discrimination based on experienced by main characters which are involved Katherine, Mary jakson and Dorothy. There are from of discrimination such as verbal expression, avoidance, exclusion, physical abuse, extermination.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Manufaktur pada subsektor makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020 antara lain PT Siantar Top Tbk, PT Sekar Bumi Tbk, PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk dan lain-lain. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis kuantitatif. Analisis data berupa laporan keuangan (laba rugi dan neraca) perusahaan manufaktur pada subsektor makanan dan minuman periode 2016-2020. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Current Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to: (1) assess the impact of product quality on customer satisfaction; and (2) determine the impact of product quality on consumer satisfaction.(2) Assess the impact of brand image on customer satisfaction.(3) assess the impact of product quality and brand image on customer satisfaction. This study is based on a connection.The Slovin formula was used to calculate the sample size, yielding a sample size of 178 persons.In this study, the hypothesis test is a multiple linear regression test.Based on the findings of the data analysis, a significance value of 0.0000.05 was achieved, indicating that product quality has a substantial impact on customer satisfaction.The significance value of the brand image variable was 0.002 0.05, indicating that brand image had a substantial influence on customer satisfaction with Surya Makmur Batam Center goods, according to the findings of data analysis.With a 0.0000.05 significant value, it can be inferred that product quality and brand image factors have an impact on customer satisfaction with Surya Makmur Batam Center items.Keywords: Brand Image, Consumer Satisfaction, Product Quality

Abstract

Human resources (HR) in an organization should be a worry to further develop performance that can assist the organization with accomplishing its objectives. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work stress on employees either partially or simultaneously at PT Niven Bina Bening in Batam City. The population studied in this study were employees of PT Niven Bina Bening in Batam City, the sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The method of this research is to use a saturated sample technique and is carried out by a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The method used is a quantitative method with causality research. While the data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS tools. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and motivation on employee performance simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where the value of tcount is 2.441 (positive value) > ttable 1.98498 and sig from the work environment is 0.016 which is below 0.05 and the value of the motivational variable is tcount 5.272 (positive value) > ttable 1.98498 and sig 0.000 which value is <0.05, while work stress does not simultaneously affect employee performance because from the test the value of tcount is -0.760 (negative value) < ttable 1.98498 and sig 0.449 whose value is > from 0.05. And the value of the F test with a value of Fcount 12.759 and Ftable > 2.698 so that it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted or the variables of work environment, work motivation and work stress have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment, compensation and work motivation on job satisfaction at the Wisdom Wealth Agency. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique with a population of 230 employees, so the number of samples taken is 230 respondents. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to Wisdom Wealth Agency employees. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data quality test in this study used the validity test and reliability test, the classical assumption test in this study used the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and the influence test used multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis test in this study using the t test and F test using the SPSS version 25 software program. The results show that the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation also has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and work motivation also has a significant effect on job satisfaction and work environment, compensation and work motivation together affect job satisfaction at the Wisdom Wealth Agency.

Abstract

The hotel industry plays an important role as one of the supporting sectors for tourism. The hotel business is growing rapidly due to the increasing demand for such services as well as the growing opportunities for travel. In order to maintain the position held and to compete in the future, it is necessary to provide services and facilities by which old customers can be retained, and new customers can be attracted. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on satisfaction at Wisma Ramayana Tanjungbatu Kundur. In this research method is quantitative causality research. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 132 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the analysis of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linear regression analysis, t test and F test with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 22. The results showed that the quality of service, facilities had a significant partial and simultaneous significant effect on customer satisfaction.. The results of the R Square value test show that the quality of service and facilities is 83.1%, while the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the T test show that the value of the service quality of the t-count variable is 15.115 and the facility is 6.119, the value of these two variables is greater than the t-table so it can be concluded that the quality of service and facilities has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of information technology today has encouraged the birth of a neweconomic paradigm which eventually formed a virtual world in the world of commercewhich is often called e-commerce. which has been agreed upon by the seller and thebuyer. the seller must tell the price of the product purchased which determines a level ofprofit in addition. Data analysis and digital consultant, SainsOne Data, released a study onthe position and growth of the e-commerce economy in Indonesia during the first half of2018 and revealed that the 10 best online stores in Indonesia consist of e-commerce andmarketplaces. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality, promotion, andproduct trust have a simultaneous effect on the buying interest of Tokopedia e-commerceconsumers in Batam City. The method used is a quantitative method. the data sourcesused are primary data and secondary data. The data will be analyzed by descriptivemethod. The theoretical basis used is the theory of knowing that product quality,promotion, and trust have a simultaneous effect on consumer buying interest in ecommerce. by using the instrument test, reliability, classic, and multicollinearity. based onthe data analysis carried out, it was concluded that through multiple linear regressionanalysis and the results obtained that there was an influence between product quality andconsumer buying interest in the Tokpedia online store in Batam city, it could significantlyaffect the buying interest of the people of Batam city on the buying interest of online shopconsumers. Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of profitability, leverage and earning per share onstock returns on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population and samples were takenfrom companies engaged in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia StockExchange, the sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique,namely the selection of samples based on predetermined criteria. Then obtained a sampleof 12 companies. The method used in this research is multiple linear analysis methodusing classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. This hypothesis test is carried outeither partially or simultaneously with the help of SPSS V-25 software. The conclusion ofthis study is that partially the profitability and earnings per share variables have asignificant effect on stock returns, while the leverage variable has no effect on stockreturns. However, simultaneously the variable of profitability, leverage and earning pershare have a significant effect on stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of operating income and operating costs on net income in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. It is known that the independent variable is operating income and operating costs, while the dependent variable is net income. The population in this study were 30 companies. Regression analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis through classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study, it shows that thitung with ttabel is 2,947 > 1.70329, ie thitung is greater than ttabel which means operating income partially affects net income, and the results of partial test operating costs have an effect on net income with obtained thitung 3.667 > ttabel 1.70329 ,that is. thitung is greater than ttabel. The results of the study simultaneously show the value of Fhitung 40.315 > Ftabel 3.35, that is Fhitung is greater than Ftabel which means there is a simultaneous effect between income and operating costs on net income.
