Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions for watchout shoes at Mata Hari BCS Mall Batam. This type of survey is a quantitative research that uses purposive sampling as many as 260 respondents and examined in detail using SPSS version 25, where t count 9,325 > t Table 1,969 which is a significant value known to be 0,000 < 0,05. This means that service quality has an influence and is important in making purchasing decisions. It is known that the t count for promotion is 8,672 > t table of 1.969 and the significance value is 0,000 < 0,05. This means that promotions are effective and important for purchasing decisions. Second, between service quality and promotion, there is an important (together) impact on the decision to buy watchout shoes at Mata Hari BCS Mall Batam. This can be seen from the F value of 309.960 (F count) > 2.64 (Table F). Significant value 0,000 < 0,05. Keywords: Service Quality;Promotion and Buying Decision

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, brand image and quality on consumer loyalty Rinso brand detergent. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to respondents totaling 100 samples using Rinso detergent. The sampling technique in this study uses the accidental sampling technique where all people who coincidentally meet with the researcher can be sampled if it is felt that the sample encountered meets certain characteristics needed by the researcher. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative analysis and quantitative analysis with multiple regression. Partially, the results of this study indicate that promotion and quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and brand image has no significant effect on loyalty. Simultaneously, the results showed that the variables of promotion, brand image and quality had a significant effect on consumer loyalty.Keywords: Promotio, Brand Image, Quality; Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

There is one company in Batam city named PT Hokseng Solution. The company is a company engaged in the sale of used industrial machine spare parts. This company was established with the intention of being able to play an active role in helping the economic growth of the city of Batam. Sales of new industrial spare parts are quite expensive so this company provides used spare parts with the aim of reducing the operational costs of existing industrial companies. The company is located at Jalan Orchard Boulevard, Belian, Batam. A company wants to run long term not far from customer satisfaction in transacting in the company. The company's main problem is that the company's consumers do not experience a significant or large increase or decrease. This is because the Company also has employees who are less able to solve the problems experienced by consumers and the lack of empathy given by employees to consumers. The company can keep its customers from declining, one of the reasons is that the price at PT Hokseng Solution can be said to be cheaper than the market price. The sampling technique that has been determined is the saturated sample technique which is a sampling technique which uses the entire existing population, namely 122 respondents. The results state that both partially and simultaneously price and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at PT Hokseng Solution.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the impact of brand image and promotion on purchasing decision at PT Mytrip Indonesia Wholesale Travel Agent Batam. The population used in this study was 110 people with the entire population being sampled. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with saturated samples and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis method used the test ofvalidity, reliability classical assumption, influence and hypothesis test. Purchasing decisions are consumer treatment of certain services to buy or not to buy them by considering what their needs are. Purchases will be easy to make if consumers have a positive view of a brand. Brand image is the embodiment of the overall perception of a brand that is formed from a variety of complete information and strong knowledge of a particular brand. Promotion is an activity carried out by companies that seek to influence consumers to be persuaded to buy the services offered to them. The proceeds using SPSS 26 and shows the brand image had a tcount value of 11.021 > a tvalue of 1.98238 and a promotion t-count of 9.138 > a tvalue of 1.98238 a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Capital is a very important thing for the industry to increase the stability of the industry, without capital the industry cannot grow. So this research aims to identify the effect of liquidity, profitability and company size of the manufacturing industry on the Indonesian stock exchange. This research examines the basic and chemical sub-sector manufacturing industry in 2017-2021. With the number of samples taken 12 companies with purposive sampling method. While the data collection method is the documentation method taken from annual report information. The information analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression method. The results of the analysis concluded that liquidity has a significant effect on capital structure, on the other hand, profitability and firm size do not have a significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Service quality is very important for every company, seen as a major factor in product selection. Customer fulfillment will be achieved if the quality of goods is in accordance with customer requirements. By providing good service to customers will greatly influence purchasing decisions and provide good final results for the company. Not only service quality but promotion is important in fostering a sense of belonging to the product. Promotion also provides good quality service to customers. Because by building good and clear services, it will have a positive impact on both parties to build mutual trust, with mutual trust and no hesitation. Many choices must be made by companies in creating promotional techniques at the individual item level. This analysis utilizes a descriptive study design through a quantitative approach. Using the SPSS application issue 25 to assist in this research. The sample used was 257 resource persons with random determination. Information collection is carried out through the provision of questionnaires, service quality and promotions were fairly distributed, where the independent variables were no multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity were found. When service quality has a definite good consequence on the desire to buy, and the promotion variable has a good consequence on the desire to buy. Meanwhile, the f test simultaneously defines if the service quality and supply variables have a good impact on the desire to buy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether consumer satisfaction with Pixy cosmetics at Matahari Mega Mall Batam City is influenced by service quality, product, and brand image. The research was conducted using quantitative techniques. 283 people who shop at Matahari Mega Mall Batam City are the population that is being exploited. 166 consumers became the research sample, which were selected using a simple random sampling method. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique. By using SPSS 25 software, data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis testing. Consumer satisfaction is influenced by 67.7% by the coefficient of determination (R2) which comes from the variables of service quality, product quality, and brand image. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, service quality has an effect of 0.113 or 11.3% on consumer satisfaction (Y), product quality (X2) has an effect of 0.288 or 28.8% on consumer satisfaction (Y) and image (X3) has an effect of 0.216 or 21.6% of consumer satisfaction (Y). Based on the results of the t test, service quality has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction, brand image has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the f test results for service quality, product quality and brand image have a significant simultaneous effect. on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Quality human resources and the creation of job satisfaction for employees and produce something that meets the expectations of a company, because the company must pay attention to the needs of employees such as occupational safety and health. It often happens that companies ignore work safety. The findings of this study have a purpose to understand the effect of occupational safety and health on job satisfaction at PT Cahaya Samudra Shipyard. The technique of taking a sample using a saturated sample. For the purpose of data collection, the researcher distributed a questionnaire, which included a list of questions to be answered by the participants. The method used in the findings contained in this study is a quantitative-based research by conducting multiple linear analysis. The results obtained from a finding contained in a study prove that occupational safety and health can have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT Cahaya Samudra Shipyard.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality and service quality affect consumer satisfaction at The Zenzy Shoes Online Shop. The research was conducted using quantitative techniques. The population used consisted of 234 consumers of Online Shop The Zenzy Shoes. 234 consumers were used as research samples using probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique. By using SPSS 25 software, data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, product quality (X1) has an effect of 0.352 or 35.2% on consumer satisfaction (Y) and service quality has an effect of 0.563 or 56.3% on consumer satisfaction (Y). Product quality and service quality factors affect consumer satisfaction by 80.0% according to the data of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the t-test, product quality has a positive and partially significant effect on consumer satisfaction and service quality has a partially positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction and the f test results show that product quality and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.
