Abstract

The website-based Village Information System is the best alternative in seeking public information disclosure for the Village Government. Websites are now the most relevant media to be used as information channels among village millennials. The Village website can provide various information about the profile and activities of the government and the community in the village environment. Apart from being a promotional media, the Linggo Village Website also displays other important information needed by the community. This website-based Village Information System can also be a source of information for the wider community in finding the main source of information to avoid hoaxes on identical information related to Linggo Village circulating on other website channels. This Village Information System governance assistance is an effort to increase the capacity of Linggo Village operators in managing the website. Meanwhile, the Linggo Village website was deliberately built as a source of public information based on the principle of public information disclosure.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah menjadi isu penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Peduli Sampah Nasional (HPSN) 2025, Aliansi Masyarakat Pemerhati Lingkungan Hidup dan B3 Indonesia (AMPHIBI) mengadakan kegiatan inovatif berupa aksi bersih-bersih sampah sepanjang Jalan Gading Fajar hingga Taman Pinang, Kelurahan Sidoarjo, Kecamatan Sidoarjo, Kota Sidoarjo. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan serta mengimplementasikan solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan sampah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi kepada masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan serta pengurangan jumlah sampah di lokasi kegiatan.

Abstract

A business student incubator is an organizational unit that provides integrated facilities and infrastructure as well as services to foster new entrepreneurs and grow them into strong and independent entrepreneurs. Therefore, student incubators are expected to play a role in encouraging local and national economic growth and creating a more prosperous society. Yudharta University Pasuruan held the WiraYudha #Gen1 school (School for Entrepreneurial Students of the First Generation Yudharta University). UYP Entrepreneurship has high hopes for students to be able to realize and develop a business or business that is in the planning or under construction stage. In addition, it is hoped that the participants can become the 'Best-Pactice' as an interpretation of successful entrepreneurs that other students can emulate. This activity was attended by students from various study programs and levels within the University of Yudharta Pasuruan, with the theme "Independent, Independent, and Empowered". It is hoped that this activity can be held in a sustainable manner in order to create a millennial generation who is creative and innovative in creating new jobs.

Abstract

The waste bank is one of the containers that can solve the problems that people are experiencing. Garbage bank is a program by utilizing inorganic waste in order to get benefits and added value. Citizens' awareness and skills for managing or recycling waste by applying the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle are important in solving waste problems through waste management from the source. The waste bank which is integrated with the 3R principle is implemented in the Rajawali Village, Jogosari Village, Pasuruan, East Java. The waste bank activity is a concept of collecting dry waste that has been sorted and has a feasibility that can improve the community's economy. In this case, the sorted inorganic waste is put into the warehouse in the waste bank, which can be used to be recycled into crafts such as flower pots from cup pop noodles, flower pots from mineral drinking water bottles and cup pop noodle caps as spots. foto., therefore it is necessary to empower youth in the Rajawali area through outreach activities to residents and youth in Rajawali. In addition, the need for cooperation with the RPL to realize progress in the Jogosari village. This garbage bank in the Jogosari sub-district has provided benefits to residents, especially direct benefits by reducing waste piles, making the environment clean and beautiful as well as residents' independence and creating inorganic waste processing skills. Integrated waste management can stimulate creativity and innovation from the community so as to improve the welfare of citizens.

Abstract

Accreditation is an assessment process from the government to determine the quality and quality of an institution based on criteria set by the government. More and more people are aware of the importance of education, it turns out to be one of the factors in the development of PAUD institutions in Indonesia, but there are still some PAUD institutions that have not carried out the accreditation process because the issue of accreditation is a scary moment so that institutions experience many obstacles in the process of preparing for accreditation, both principals, teachers. , administration staff. This mentoring activity aims to provide an understanding to institutions of the importance of an accreditation and provide direction in accordance with accreditation assessment standards and by using workshop methods, lectures, questions and answers and the practice of making accreditation documents and uploading documents in the SISPENA application. This activity was carried out on Saturday-Sunday, 18-19 July 2022 at the Restu Bunda PAUD Post Institute, Durensewu Village, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency. With this training, teachers can better understand and understand what they will prepare during the accreditation process

Abstract

The Indonesian Islamic Boarding Association encourages pesantren to address the problems they face on their own, rather than relying on government assistance that has not been able to attend for pesantren. So that through empowerment programs, Islamic boarding schools must be empowered, including through the IPI Outlet For Islamic Boarding Schools, which is one part of the program implemented in accordance with the 2020 IPI National Conference Amanah, namely through the Pesantren Economic Movement, including printing young students through the IPI Outlet. In carrying out this activity, first, preparing employees through business coaching, PT. SEB will establish marketing staff in 4 districts as a pilot project for marketing staff who can gain complete knowledge about the world of Islamic boarding schools, business and entrepreneurship, as well as SOPs from IPI outlets. Increasing the potential of Islamic boarding schools in the fields of agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries and their processed products, which will later be sold to consumers and the wider community. On the other hand, it is hoped that pesantren will have no difficulty in obtaining daily necessities through IPI outlets.

Abstract

Proses suatu perkembangan dan pertumbuhan peserta didik merupakan tahapan penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam lingkungan pendidikan yang saat ini mulai berkembang dengan begitu pesat bukan hanya dari kecerdasan atau keahlian melainkan dalam sikap dan perilaku juga, dalam dunia pendidikan ada banyak macam metode dan teori yang digunakan untuk menunjang pembentukan karakter dan perilaku positif bagi peserta didik serta dapat mengetahui bagaimana pemahan materi dari peserta didik tersebut, salah satunya adalah teori belajar behavioristik yang dikemukakan oleh Gage dan Berliner yakni perubahan tingkah laku sebagai hasil dari pengalaman yang pada intinya, teori behavioristik menekankan pada pengukuran, sebab pengukuran merupakan point penting untuk melihat terjadi atau tidaknya perubahan perilaku yang tampak dari hasil belajar. Sehingga seorang siswa dapat dianggap telah belajar sesuatu jika siswa yang bersangkutan dapat menunjukkan perubahan pada tingkah lakunya. Menurut teori ini kegiatan belajar yang penting adalah input yang berupa stimulus atau apa saja yang diberikan guru kepada siswa dan output yang berupa respon atau reaksi/tanggapan siswa terhadap stimulus yang diberikan oleh guru tersebut. Pembentukan karakter sejak dini tidak akan terlepas dari pembentukan karakter dan penerapan teori behavior pada anak usia remaja yang pada hakikatnya penguatan karakter dn sikap budi pekerti juga sangat dibutuhkan terutama di bidang pendidikan SMA.

Abstract

Knowledge related to journalism among students is relatively low. This can be known through the work produced by an agency which is only produced by a handful of individuals. Based on the results of interviews, the cause of the lack of development of journalistic products is students' lack of understanding regarding the concepts and procedures for producing a journalistic product. UNUSA journalism UKM held a basic level II journalism training event. This activity is an event held every year in order to accept new members of UNUSA journalism UKM. This activity is one of the efforts to develop the skills of teenagers in Indonesia in the world of journalism/writing. Implementation of the service will begin on January 20-22 2023. Implementation of the service starts with data collection, program planning, presentation of ideas, coordination with related parties, program implementation and program evaluation. The implementation of this journalism training trains students' creativity in the field of journalism. This training lasted for 3 days, went smoothly and provided quite satisfactory results. Training was carried out effectively. Training is divided into several sessions. Each session, participants will receive material related to journalistic knowledge such as journalist ethics, photo-taking techniques, videotaking techniques, editorial and copywriting techniques and techniques for digging up story material. All material is explained coherently by resource persons who are experts in their fields.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how religious education is taught using a humanistic approach for children with special needs at Darut Taqwa Vocational School, to find out the parameters for the success of learning religious education for ABK with a humanistic approach and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for learning religious education for ABK with a humanistic approach. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a phenomenological approach. The research results show that religious education learning through a humanistic approach for ABK is in the quite effective category. This can be seen from the special attention given by religious education teachers to students with special needs so that they can follow and understand the learning well. The success of religious education for children with special needs using a humanistic approach has been considered quite successful, this can be seen when in learning students feel happy and not differentiated from regular students, they can read iqro', understand hijaiyah letters, can do questions, students' progress after learning is better compared to before. Supporting factors for learning Islamic religious education with a humanistic approach include: the presence of special teachers from special schools, teaching staff who have undergone inclusion training, facilities and infrastructure that have been adapted to the needs of children with special needs, school support, and the existence of a humanistic approach. Inhibiting factors include children with special needs who have difficulty listening to explanations during learning, teachers who are not yet experts in using sign language, and there are no standard minimum criteria.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembelajaran PAI melalui pendekatan humanistik pada ABK di SMK Negeri 3 Metro, Untuk mengetahui parameter keberhasilan Pembelajaran PAI pada ABK dengan pendekatan Humanistik serta untuk mengetahui Faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembelajaran PAI pada ABK dengan pendekatan humanistik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pembelajaran PAI melalui pendekatan humanistik pada ABK berada dalam kategori cukup efektif hal ini dapat dilihat dari pemberian perhatian khusus oleh guru PAI kepada siswa ABK sehingga mereka dapat mengikuti dan memahami pembelajaran dengan baik. Keberhasilan PAI pada ABK dengan pendekatan Humanistik sudah ternilai cukup berhasil, hal ini dapat dilihat ketika dalam pembelajaran siswa merasa senang tidak dibedakan dengan siswa reguler, mereka dapat membaca iqro’, memahami huruf hijaiyah, dapat mengerjakan soal, progress siswa setelah pembelajaran lebih baik dibandingankan sebelumnya. Faktor Pendukung pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dengan pendekatan humanistik seperti: adanya guru khusus yang khusus dari SLB, tenaga pendidik yang sudah mengikuti pelatihan Inklusi, sarana dan prasarana yang sudah disesuaikan untuk ABK, dukungan sekolah, dan adanya pendekatan humanistik. Faktor penghambat seperti ABK mengalami kesulitan mendengarkan penjelasan saat pembelajaran, guru belum ahli menggunakan bahasa isyarat, tidak adanya KKM yang baku.
