Abstract

In this era of economic development, many activities are carried out easily by today's society, especially in the field of transportation. With advances in the field of information technology such as the internet, it can affect various aspects of human life. So that companies that provide online transportation services are competing to provide services and facilities for their users. Because user satisfaction greatly affects the success or failure of a company. One of them is the Grab and Gojek companies. They are competing to improve services in the application for the satisfaction of the people who use it. In this last project, the author is interested in conducting research on customer satisfaction using data mining techniques, namely K-Means clustering algorithm and linear regression simplicity. This method can help the author in grouping the effect of Service Quality on Service User Satisfaction and enthusiasts of Gojek Grab Online Transportation in Batam City which is in the Batam City sub-district based on data from community respondents on the distribution of questionnaires that have been carried out by the author. In the final results there will be 5 categories, namely strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, and strongly agree.

Abstract

At this time it is full of the use of technology everywhere that makes it easier to do everything, tools that support things like that, such as cellphones, computers, the internet and so on. Through this technology someone can easily find the various information they need. In the world of shipping, many need navigation and communication tools for their ship's needs and for that they will go to places that sell these tools to find ship equipment, ship navigation and communication tools consist of several types, namely Navigation Equipment consisting of Radar, Echo Sounder, AIS (Automatic Identification System), Gps and others that must be owned by every ship because it is really needed to help the ship's journey as well as communication tools that must be owned by a ship consisting of VHF Radio, VHF Radio, Satellite Phone, Marine VHF Radio and others that are used to communicate with each other for use by ship people. So, to make it easier to find and buy ship equipment, a technology called a sales application is needed. In this scientific work, the aim is to design a system for customers based on Android, Android is an operation that runs on cellphones and has been widely used by teenagers to adults, but Android is more in demand by many users compared to IOS because the PlayStore application on Android has many application options. The software used in making this system uses the MDLC method, and the results in making this android-based application make the application easy to access for users as well as the application for selling ship navigation and communication tools designed with an attractive appearance and utilizing a media of images, videos that are will increase the level of knowledge of the shipyard. Abstract

ABSTRACT The workers at PT Pegatron experience the constraints in turning on and turning off the fan machine, which often disrupts their work because turning on and turning off the fan machine requires division facilities to turn it on, so a lot of time is wasted and the workforce is inefficient. Based on this, the researcher intends to conduct research on the design of the on/off button for this fan engine using Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA). This study aims to make a design and compare between the initial design and design alternative designs based on the evaluation results on the initial design using DFMA and the basis for making parameters so that the best design choice can be determined. Based on the initial design DFMA analysis, it was found that the material for the fan engine is a total of 58 components, an estimated cost of IDR 15,420,500. the time needed to turn on the fan engine is between 7 minutes – 8 minutes. The costs incurred for electricity from the initial design amounted to 152 million – 160 million. From the results of the evaluation of the initial fan engine design, an alternative fan engine design was obtained. Alternative designs that were designed entirely were analyzed using DFMA and the results obtained for the components making up the fan machine totaled 87 components with a total assembly time of 18 hours and a total cost of Rp. 16,285,000 and a new design electricity cost of 120 million and the time to turn on the fan engine is 2 sec.

Abstract

Data mining, also known as Knowledge Discovery in Databases, or KDD, is the process of attempting to extract valuable knowledge and information from very big databases. The A priori algorithm is one of the most often used algorithms in data mining approaches. Conversely, association rules are employed in the identification of combinations of associations between item-sets. Data mining has been used in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, education, and business or trade. Results from the application of data mining utilizing A priori algorithms, for instance, might assist businesses in making decisions regarding inventory policies. As an illustration, consider the value of an organization's inventory system and the top priorities for stocking up on to prevent product shortages. Because customers' opinions and a company's bottom line may be impacted by a shortage of inventory. As a result, a company's capacity to supply a variety of production product types is essential to ensuring that its customers receive their orders without delay and that its marketing efforts are successful. In addition to the aforementioned issues, data mining can develop a smart business environment to prepare the company for the future's fierce business competition.

Abstract

This game was developed due to the lack of game-based C# learning media and Indonesian language. The goal of developing this game is to increase Indonesian-based C# coding learning media and improve user skills in C# coding. The design of this game uses the GDLC method which has seven stages, namely Initiation, Team Building, Pre-Production, Main Production, Alpha Version, Beta Version and Release Version. This study also uses UML to describe how this game works, namely Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. Researcher use Unity and Visual Studio Code to design this game. The result of this research is an Android-based C# coding trivia game. The testing results is this game functions as desired.

Abstract

An electronic lamp is a lighting source for both inside and outside the house. One of the key components to carrying out daily tasks is the extensive use of lighting. Lights can be used for more than just illumination; they can also be utilized for décor, as a sign that the owner is at home, and to increase security. The Internet of Things (IoT), which is defined as a system of networks that may be connected to a machine or other object that serves as a receiver or sends data using a network connection, is essential for enabling the light control system and is the key to success in remote light control. The Internet of Things is another technology that necessitates a process and the cooperation of supporting hardware. Researchers will create a tool for controlling lights using Whatsapp as the media controller, NodeMCU as a support tool, Wifi as the internet network, and the Arduino IDE application as the controller in this study. As technology advances, so do the demands for lighting control, particularly in terms of energy savings and ease of monitoring. Based on this context, this study will employ Whatsapp as the media controller, as there is still very little light control found in Whatsapp, despite the fact that almost everyone, particularly in Indonesia, uses Whatsapp as a chat application. It is intended that the model device created by this researcher will be used to monitor lights as well as save electricity when the lights are not in use. This lamp controller is built with NodeMCU V3 CH340 and Relays that are linked together with Jumper Cables and other supporting components. This tool is created as part of an effort to advance technology and provide comfort and convenience in controlling lights. Based on the results of testing the designed equipment, the system built on the tool is capable and successful in controlling lights via Whatsapp by typing commands set in the Arduino IDE. The presence of a light control feature via Whatsapp will be a new breakthrough that anyone can use to save electricity and make it easier for lamp users to control lights remotely.

Abstract

Business actors in Indonesia are generally categorized into large businesses and small and medium enterprises or often known as UKM. There is one State-Owned Enterprise that has the role of gathering and encouraging UKM players to upgrade their classes to be more prosperous, namely Rumah BUMN Batam. The research objective is to classify the types of UKM based on the frequency of sales, so that later the company can carry out further promotions for UKM that get a low number of orders. The k-means clustering algorithm can be used by Rumah BUMN Batam to facilitate the grouping of types of business and the frequency of orders for UKM per year. The author uses the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) process which consists of data cleaning, data integration, data selection, data transformation, data mining, pattern evaluation, and knowledge presentation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how far the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method has been implemented at PT PKP Batam, to find out how the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method has been implemented at PT PKP Batam, and the House of Quality Matrix. This research is a case study conducted by collecting data through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. PT PKP's Customer Research Target and Existing Customers. Quantitative data was arranged descriptively using Microsoft Excel and SPSS programs. The results of the study show that PT PKP implements QFD (Quality Functional Deployment). Consumer needs at PT PKP Batam which are considered very important are: the accuracy of the work of workers, the professionalism of workers, the skilled ability of workers to serve customers, the number of workers compared to the construction of residential houses, the perfection of equipment, the speed of work of workers, the quality of the buildings submitted, the quality of construction is guaranteed, construction insurance, a sense of security of the building occupied, PT. PKP is fully responsible for the results of the construction, polite and friendly service, complete entertainment services in the waiting room, cleanliness. waiting room and waiting room comfort. Assessment of consumers of PT.PKP services with a score of 1.851 with priority 1 Construction Insurance with a score of 0.531 with priority 11.

Abstract

Technological developments in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are very varied and varied for use by humans in carrying out their life activities, one of which is the use of information systems to be able to optimize profit and facilitate performance in carrying out business processes. One implementation of the rapid development of technology is a web application, a website-based application information system which in this study helps PT. Carmin, which is located in the Rapindo Industrial Estate area, is conducting an audit of stock data. In addition to using the web as the operating basis for this design application, it implements a quick response code (QR) to speed up employee performance in inputting stock data into the application database. The design of the inventory application is based on the result of data collection which was carried out of approximately 4 months so that the requirements for the system are defined, namely incoming stock input, outgoing stock input, and incoming QR input. The information system is built using the PHP programming language and utilizes MySQL as a database to make website dynamic. In designing the model used is the waterfall model so that the need analysis process up to the maintenance stage is well defined, the research is refined with research and developments methods so that theoretical and practical benefits can be achieved and in accordance with the initial objectives this information system was designed to help PT. Abstract

PT Amtek Engineering Batam is a manufacturing company that has a vision that emphasizes quality and productivity in order to remain superior in today's global business competition. PT Amtek Engineering Batam has a machining section that functions to manufacture component or part tooling, assembly components, automotive and machine auxiliary tools with various work processes, namely CNC wirecut, CNC milling, EDM, grinding and jig grinding processes. The basic materials used are copper, hard rass, high speed steel, aluminum, DC 11, Carbide and ASP 23 to produce tooling components which are an important part of stamping machines. Section machining has a make to order production system, where in one working day there are different requests and needs. Apart from that, other things also shappened when lifting the dies to the mazzak CNC milling conveyor, workers used a hoist crane, where when installing the elbows on the dieshoe the worker's body position was squatting so that from interviews conducted with several workers, workers often complained of pain in the workers' feet and hands . The problems above can be solved by creating a good work environment using the 5S method then conducting MSDs questionnaires to find out workers' pain complaints and measuring worker body anthropometry data to find percentile data from workers then designing tooling cabinets using Autocad by looking at the results of measurement data anthropometry. The result of this research is an ergonomic tooling cabinet design
