Abstract

This study aims to describe how the effectiveness of inclusive classroom management in improving individual program achievement of students with special needs at MI Badrussalam Surabaya. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the data obtained in the field through interviews, observation and documentation that the learning carried out at MI Badrussalam Surabaya adapts students with special needs (PDBK), each child has a learning program design tailored to their learning needs. If the management of learning in classrooms where PDBK children respond to their learning needs the results will be more optimal and this requires the cooperation of all parties, starting from the special supervising teacher who handles PDBK with the class teacher who teaches in class every day. Including classroom teacher learning plans adapted to the individual PDBK program.

Abstract

Sharia Bank, inchanneling funds through financing, it is necessary to apply the principle of prudence todebtor, among which can be applied is p5C principles which include:Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, dan Condition of Economic. In addition, it is also necessary to consider aspects of 1A (Sharia) in decision making. The purpose of this study is to find out about the application of the 5C + 1A principles in the process of providing microfinance to Islamic banks.This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. By using two data sources, namely primary data obtained by conducting interviews with Islamic banks, secondary data obtained from literature, books, journals, the internet and previous research. In data analysis, the authors here use an inductive way of thinking that starts with data and information about the application of the 5C+1A principles in the process of providing microfinance to Islamic banks. The results of this study indicate that the application of the 5C+1A principles (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of Economic and Sharia Aspects) in the process of providing microfinance to Islamic banks is carried out to prevent the process of providing financing that is not on target in order to minimize bad financing. However, even though the 5C + 1A principles have been implemented, bad/problem financing is sometimes unavoidable, so Islamic banks also need to implement a strategy for solving them.

Abstract

Portfolio assessment is a continuous assessment method with various collections of information or documentation of one's work taken during the learning process within a certain period of time and stored in a bundle in a systematic and organized manner. This assessment is considered by some educational researchers to be an alternative assessment in the modern world and is much more reliable and valid than standard assessments. This research is a literature research, by collecting documentary data, and analyzed by content analysis. Modelportofolio assessment suitable for women lesson that     demandingoutput student learning in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes. The aspects measured in the portfolio assessment are the three domains of child psychology development, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The components of the portfolio assessment include: (1) teacher notes, (2) student work results, and (3) student development profiles. The function of portfolio assessment is as a tool to determine the progress of competencies that have been achieved by students and to diagnose students' learning difficulties, provide feedback for the benefit of improving and perfecting learning.

Abstract

The problems that occur show that students have not been able to be active in learning and the teacher has not been maximized in managing the class. This study aims to describe the teacher's role in managing the classroom to increase student activeness in the classroom. This research is a literature study which literature, with documentary data collection and analysis using content analysis. The results state that the teacher's role in organizing an active class is an effort to organize life in the classroom in order to create an effective and efficient learning process. Teachers use collaborative methods, namely involving students actively in the learning process in it, students are more confident, brave and able to work together in expressing the arguments they get in the learning process, students who are not responsible for the tasks assigned by the teacher, or families who do not cooperate with the teacher. The solution is that teachers must be more creative in using learning methods, students are given advice and motivation, families and schools work together in helping to improve achievement in madrasah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the importance of the role of school principals in managing educational facilities and infrastructure. This research is a literature research with documentary research method and the analysis uses content analysis. The results of this study indicate the importance of the principal's role in managing facilities and infrastructure. Learning facilities are all devices, equipment, materials and furniture that can be moved directly used in learning at school. While infrastructure is a basic facility that indirectly supports the learning process in schools such as fields, parks, school yards and so on. The role of the principal in managing facilities and infrastructure is the principal as a manager and principal as an administrator.

Abstract

It contains four elements: Nemui Nyimah, Sakai Sambayan, Nengah Nyappur and Beujuluk Beadek. Social problems occur in young people who commit unnatural acts such as drunkenness, free sex and the sale of drugs. If observed in depth the above-mentioned acts violate the norms of both customary norms and religious norms that are the values of Islamic education. This research is a type of qualitative investigation using a case study approach. The results of this study show that 1) the four values of Islamic education that are found in the Nengah Nyappur philosophy in Muara Jaya Village II are above them (a) mutual appreciation (b). Please help. (c) Goodbye to Mufakat and, (d) Friendly. (a) Gotong royong (b) Ketekhom jejama (c) Hipun or himpun (d) compact and please help. 3) Implications Internalization of Nengah Nyappur philosophy to internalize the character of the young religious of Lampung Saibatin in Muara Jaya Village II. a) Low heart. b) Cut royong. c) Tenggang taste and love each other. The conclusion of this study is that it responds to what is the formula of the problem in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Takhassus Al-Qur'an Pondok, which specifically focuses only on the Al-Qur'an memorization program. The purpose of this research is to find out the Tikrar method used to memorize the Al-Qur'an, what factors support and hinder the Tikrar method, and how to overcome these obstacles. This qualitative research uses descriptive data, data collection is by interviews, observation and documentation, the analysis is descriptive. The results of the research show that: 1) The Tikrar method is used at the Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School in several stages, namely Bin-Nadhar, Tahfidz, Talaqqi, Tikrar, and Tasmi'. These stages consist of: (i) Tikrar Test, namely memorization Tikrar which is carried out to evaluate the quality of students' memorization of one juz every day; (ii) Joint Tikrar, namely memorizing Tikrar carried out with fellow students every day in the form of Tasmi' in pairs; and (iii) Exam Tikrar for Reciting Memories, memorization Tikrar in the form of Tasmi' (listening to) memorization to other students every multiple of five juz, and (iv) Tikrar Jam'iyyah Tahfidzul Qur'an, namely memorization Tikrar which is held every month with Pondok alumni Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School. At the Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School, the Tikrar method of memorizing the Qur'an is supported by three factors: (i) Motivation from oneself, parents, friends and the environment, (ii) Intention, and (iii) Sima'an ( Tasmi') in pairs. On the other hand, the things that hinder him are feeling lazy, weak in spirit, and forgetting verses that have been memorized. 3) To overcome the obstacles to the Tikrar method in memorizing the Qur'an at the Al-Mubarok Islamic Boarding School, this is by providing motivation to each other, listening to Murattal Al-Qur'an, reading books about the stories of memorizers of the Qur'an, getting support from those closest to you, and continue to try to memorize the Koran consistently.

Abstract

The lokal content curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the content and learning materials specified by the regions according to the conditions and needs of each region and the methods used as guidelines for the implementation of teaching and learning activities. Whereas religius culture is the realization of religius teaching values as traditions or habits in behavior that are followed by all students. So the implementation of Religius Lokal Content lessons will be able to provide a function as a moral and ethical foundation in all activities, both in the context of school and in society at large. generally. This study aims to determine the learning model of lokal religius content and the implementation of Kasagamaan lokal mustan learning in the formation of religius culture at SMPN 2 Mojowano Jombang. Abstract

The fourth industrial revolution has transformed the educational landscape, including Islamic education. In this era, the rapid development of information and communication technology has significantly impacted the way we learn and teach. This research aims to explore efforts that can be undertaken to build Islamic education skills in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This method ushed is library reasearch. Using a qualitative approach, this study involves literature analysis. The findings indicate that there are several key aspects that need to be considered in building Islamic education skills in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Firstly, the integration of technology in Islamic learning is crucial. The use of software, applications, and online platforms can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. Furthermore, emphasis should be placed on the development of 21st-century skills such as problem-solving, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration. These skills will enable Islamic students to become competent individuals ready to face global challenges. Additionally, character education should also be a focus in building Islamic education skills. Teaching Islamic values such as integrity, sincerity, justice, and empathy should be reinforced to shape a quality Islamic generation. Collaboration between Islamic educational institutions, teachers, parents, and the community is vital. Through strong synergy, Islamic education can create a holistic learning environment that supports the comprehensive development of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the Internalization of disciplinary character values, how the Internalization of disciplinary character values and what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in the Internalization of disciplinary character values at Primaganda Jombang High School, The research design used in this research is a case study. This research aims to develop an efficient working method, meaning that the researcher conducts an in-depth study of a case, the conclusion is limited to a particular case. The collection technique uses interviews, observation and documentation, while the validity of the data in this study uses triangulation, namely triangulation of sources and techniques. The results in this study show that 1) Internalization of student discipline character values at Primaganda Jombang High School includes through Planning activities: including, modeling good behavior, not being late for teaching, making sanctions. Implementation: includes following the recitation before entering school, praying dhuha and dhuhur (in congregation) and following the organization at school. Evaluation: includes assessment of student learning such as activeness, creativity, understanding, student involvement in learning, especially mental, emotional and social involvement, 2) The inhibiting and supporting factors in the internalization of student discipline character values at Primaganda Jombang High School include: The role of the principal, the active role of the teacher, student awareness and the pesantren environment.
