Abstract

Efforts made by the Ministry of Health to improve the quality of hospital services are through accreditation activities for both government and private hospitals. The increase in the number of hospitals is very rapid every year, this condition causes competition to occur in providing the best quality service. Researchers assess the need for improving the quality of employee performance to improve service quality.This research method uses a literature review where 4 articles are included in the superior paper category obtained from Google Scholar so that they are good for further analysis. Critical analysis of 4 articles was conducted based on design, population and sample, sampling, treatment, parameters, findings and conclusions.This literature review shows that hospital accreditation has an effect on employee performance, so itis necessary to carry out accreditation as an effort to improve quality.

Abstract

The hospital is a workplace that has a risk of danger. Based on the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 50 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) states that SMK3 is part of the overall company management system in order to control risks related to work activities in order to create a safe, efficient and productive workplace. The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) is part of the overall management system in order to control risks related to work activities in order to create a safe, efficient and productive workplace. The study aims to determine the factors implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at the Liboyo General Hospital, Kediri City. The study aims to determine the factors implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at the Liboyo General Hospital, Kediri City. The research method used is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The research data used primary data which was taken directly by filling out questionnaires for employees at Lirboyo General Hospital, Kediri City from August 2021 to October 2021. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a population of 167 and a sample of 118. This study used Ordinal Regression analysis. . In this study, the results showed that there was an influence of the human resource quality factor variable on the implementation of SMK3 with a value of 0.003 and there was an influence of the law enforcement factor variable on the implementation of SMK3 with a value of 0.000. While the K3 monitoring factor variable has no influence on the implementation of SMK3 with a value of 0.486. Through the R Square table, it is known that the implementation factor of SMK3 at Lirboyo General Hospital, Kediri City, has an influence of 25.2%.

Abstract

Immunization is a form of health intervention that is effective in reducing infant and under-five mortality rates. The purpose of this research is to identify man, method, material and analyze the effect of man, method and material on motivation to carry out advanced DPT-Hb-Hib immunization in children aged 18-24 months. The design of this study was an observational quantitative study with a cross sectional approach with a focus of research directed at analyzing the influence of man, method and material on the motivation to carry out advanced DPT-Hb-Hib immunization for children aged 18-24 months in Karangtengah Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City with a population of a number of 35 respondents and a sample of 32 respondents who were taken using the simple random sampling technique. The results showed that Most of the respondents considered man, method and material in the sufficient category with 18 respondents (56.3%), method with 17 respondents (53.1%). Meanwhile, for the material with the number of respondents 18 (56.3%). For the motivation of respondents, 17 respondents (53.1%) were in the sufficient category. The results of the study used the test Multiple linear regression shows that with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that simultaneously it exists the influence of man, method and material on the motivation to carry out advanced DPT-Hb-Hib immunization on children aged 18-24 months in Karangtengah Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City with a magnitude of the effect of 83.8% . Respondents can participate in a series of activities that support toddler health. One of them is giving immunizations according to schedule so that in the community a Herd Immunity is formed. Immunization is still considered cost-effective, this is because if you calculate the costs incurred to provide vaccines are much cheaper than the cost of treatment, disability and the risk of death.

Abstract

Currently, the majority of Indonesians use whatsapp as a medium of communication. Referring to this fact, hospitals are now innovating by making it easier to speed up and reduce queues at the registration counter hammering online registration (whatsapp). The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the use of online registration (whatsapp) and the waiting time for outpatients. The research design used is descriptive quantitative. The total population is 100 people per day. The samples taken were 30 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling while the data collection tool used is questionnaire. The data analysis used is editing, coding, tabulating. Based on the results of the study, 18 respondents (60%) used online registration (whatsapp) quite well but as many as 24 respondents still waited for more than 60 minutes, namely (80%). The contingency coefficient calculation data produces a sig(p)= 0.906 with degree of meaningfulness of 0.05 (5%) the result is sig(p)>α then H0 which reads "There is no significant relationship between the use of online registration (whatsapp) and the waiting time for outpatients at the Kediri Regency Hospital" was accepted, meaning that even though outpatients used online registration (whatsapp) quite well but still waited for more than 60 minutes.

Abstract

September 3rd, 2019, the BPOM held a socialization nutritional foods labeling, discussing about ING design regulation, to make consumers easier to understand logo with the “Healthier Choice”. Yet, in previous studies, Indonesian people are still not aware to the nutritional composition (BPKN, 2013). The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of education BPOM "Healthier Choice" logo against people awareness of processed food products and selection of the product itself. The design of this study is pre-experimental involving one group of pretest - posttest. The population are 62 students of the Public Health IIK Strada, with 54 students as sample. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. The dependent variable in this study is knowledge and product selection. Data were obtained from questionnaires and processed by Wilcoxon statistic test From the results of the study, that p-value = 0.000 (p <0.05) which mean there was an effect of "Healthier Choice" logo BPOM education on the product knowledge and product selection of food in the Public Health IIK STRADA student’s. In line with Notoatmodjo's (2010) theory that knowledge is the result of human sensing of an object through the five senses involving the senses of sight, hearing, taste and smell of an object which is also influenced by the intensity of perception. Most of human knowledge is obtained through the eyes and ears. Furthermore, according to Contento (2011), nutrition education will affect the factors that influence food selection so as to form appropriate food choices and eating habits.

Abstract

FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) is a concern that occurs in individuals when they see other people doing social events or fun activities without them. This study aims to see the effect of providing health education (fasting on Instagram social media) on the incidence of FoMO in adolescents at VHS 2 Kediri.. The sample in this study amounted to 86 students. This study uses a quantitative pre-experimental approach with a research design of One Group Pre-Test-Post Test Design. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.909 > 0.60. Bivariate analysis test using Paired Sample t-test. The results showed that the average value of the pre-test was 59 and the post-test was 47. While the results of the Paired Sample t-test showed that the value of sig (2-tailed) was 0.000 <0.05, then reject H0 and accept H1 so that it can be interpreted that there is an influence between the provision of health education (fasting on Instagram social media) on the incidence of FoMO. So it can be concluded that the provision of health education has an influence in reducing the symptoms of FoMO experienced by adolescent social media users with a span of 2 weeks.

Abstract

The performance of health workers is a very important issue in order to maintain and improve health services in hospitals. Based on the results of the performance assessment for 2 years 2021 - 2022, it shows a 5% decrease in health workers at the Intan Medika Lamongan hospital. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of health workers at Intan Medika Lamongan Hospital through the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) approach. The research method is descriptive quantitative and cross sectional approach and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The study population was all health workers using proportionate random sampling method. The number of respondents was 71 health workers with details of 87.3% or 62 women and 12.7%. While based on the profession, the most respondents were nurses with 56.3% and the smallest respondent was the nutrition profession, namely 1.4%. The results showed that the effect of Organizational Culture (variable X) on Performance Appraisal of Health Workers (variable Y) is positive with a significance value of 0.021.

Abstract

Sometimes it is very ironic, where hospitals or health centers do not maintain the cleanliness of health service facilities. Cleanliness of health service facilities is an indicator of service quality that can influence patient satisfaction. The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of class III inpatient sanitation on patient satisfaction at Bhayangkara Tk Hospital. III Nganjuk. This research uses a quantitative design with a cross sectional approach. The population was 80 patients with a sample of 67 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable is class III inpatient room sanitation and the dependent variable is patient satisfaction. Data were collected using a questionnaire instrument and analyzed by the Chi-Square test. The research results showed that almost all (88%) had an assessment of the sanitation of class III inpatient rooms in the clean category, namely 59 respondents. Patient satisfaction shows that the majority (73%) have a level of satisfaction in the very satisfied category, namely 59 respondents. Chi Square test results on the effect of class III inpatient sanitation on patient satisfaction at Bhayangkara Tk Hospital. III Nganjuk has a significant value (p) of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence of class III inpatient sanitation on patient satisfaction at Bhayangkara Tk Hospital. III Nganjuk. It is hoped that Bhayangkara Hospital Tk. III Nganjuk can further improve environmental cleanliness because the cleaner the inpatient room, the more patient satisfaction with the quality of service will increase.

Abstract

Medical services cannot be successful if they are not supported by medical support services and non-medical support services. The laundry unit is a non-medical support unit that provides linen services, especially to inpatients. Laundry unit that manages hospital linen, especially linen which is used as equipment for inpatient beds.This research is qualitative research with descriptive phenomenology. Research data was collected through questionnaires, in-depth interviews and observations. The subjects of this research were laundry officers and medical support managers at the Unisma Malang Islamic Hospital.The results of the research show that the management of laundry linen at the Sterilization Center Installation at the Unisma Islamic Hospital in Malang, starting from the transportation, drying, ironing, distribution and storage stages, is in accordance with the Hospital Environmental Health requirements, while at the collection stage it complies with or does not meet the requirements of Ministry of Health Regulation Number 07 of the Year 2019 concerning Hospital Environmental Health.It is recommended that hospitals, especially laundry units, adapt their SOPs to Ministry of Health Regulation Number 07 of 2019 concerning Hospital Environmental Health. For laundry unit staff, training and supervision needs to be carried out so that staff performance is in accordance with procedures and to break the chain of infection due to poor handling of linen. or not suitable.

Abstract

Quality of service is one of the factors that people consider when choosing a health facility to use. Service quality is a measure to measure patient satisfaction. The aim of the research is to analyze the relationship between the quality of administrative services and BPJS patient satisfaction at Rumkit Tk.II dr. Soepraoen Kesdam V/Brawijaya Malang City Malang City. This research uses a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population is all patients or BPJS patient waiters in Inpatient Room X Rumkit Tk.II dr. Soepraoen Kesdam V/Brawijaya Malang City with a sample of 78 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The independent variable is the quality of administrative services and the dependent variable is BPJS patient satisfaction. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by the Spearman Rho test with the help of SPSS. The research results showed that the majority of respondents (56.41%) were good (44 people). the majority (65.3%) of respondents were satisfied (51 people). The cross tabulation results showed that the majority expressed satisfaction and good quality, namely 28 people (54.9%). The Spearman's rho statistical test obtained a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a Correlation Coefficient of 0.340, which means there is a relationship between the quality of administrative services and patient satisfaction. At TK II Hospital, dr. Soepraoen Kesdam V/Brawijaya Malang City. The better the quality of administrative services, the more patient satisfaction will increase, so it is hoped that hospital bureaucracy can improve the quality of administrative services for patient satisfaction.
