Abstract

Sikur Village is a village located in Sikur District, East Lombok Regency which has 7 hamlets. The Sikur Village community, especially in Kebon Pancor Hamlet, the majority of the population are tofu food makers (home industry). The tofu industry generally produces solid waste in the form of tofu dregs. This waste has not been used optimally. Tofu dregs are usually only used as animal feed. This activity will be directed at the development of stick product innovations from tofu dregs. This activity is also within the framework of the government program UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) development. According to our observations, Sikur Village has not developed optimally. BUMDES as a village-owned enterprise can play a role in this MSME program, so that these goals can be implemented properly. The role of the University of Mataram Thematic KKN Students is highly expected. The programs launched in this activity include empowerment programs consisting of, entrepreneurship socialization, packaging and product legality manufacture as well as marketing development for MSME products and tofu dregs sticks. Tofu dregs sticks were chosen because they are quite easy to manufacture and the raw materials used are cheap so they are expected to have a high selling value. The results of this program are that the people of Sikur Village are able to process tofu dregs into a product that has high economic value, namely Tofu Dregs Sticks, which is expected to be a product that can add product innovation to UMKM (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) Sikur Village and can develop UMKM (Micro Small Enterprises) Middle School) in Sikur Village.

Abstract

Mataram University as a tertiary institution has the duties and functions of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education and teaching, research, and community service. Such efforts are not only carried out and become the obligation of lecturers alone, but also for students. The use of technology in the village of North Surabaya is still lacking, the village administration system is still carried out manually and the dissemination of village information is still uneven. With the existence of a village website, it is hoped that administrative management and distribution of information will be evenly distributed. The understanding of the North Surabaya village community about digital is still very minimal, of course there must be efforts that needs to be done to increase human resources regarding digitization in order to take advantage of the potential that exists in the village of North Surabaya. The implementation of the work program is carried out using a participatory method by collaborating with various existing stakeholders, the output of the real work lecture program is assisting SSID development, making a Local Area Network (LAN) master plan, and creating a temporary village website in the village of North Surabaya. For 45 days in North Surabaya Village we have carried out the main program, namely creating a temporary website containing village infographics and making a LAN master plan which later the village can use as a reference when installing a LAN network at the village office. In addition to the main work program, there is also an additional work program, namely the socialization of "Cute Internet" with the aim of developing human resources in North Surabaya Village to make positive use of the internet.

Abstract

The AJB hydroponic system is a type of hydroponics found by managers from Mataram who use a substrate or planting medium in the form of sand. Hydroponics generally allows plant roots to sink in water or nutrient solution, but this can cause the roots of planted plants to decay because they are always in water. In the AJB hydroponic system, the roots of the lettuce plant will not be inundated directly because the water will mix with the sand substrate as the planting medium and the water itself will stagnate under the pot to the limit of the holes in the AJB hydroponic pot. The nutrients used in this system are a mixture of nutrients a and b or AB mix which is given through a pipe in the middle of the pot. This is so that the distribution of nutrients from the middle can be spread evenly. The pipe in the middle also has a hole at a height close to the surface of the soil so that the nutrients provided can reach and stimulate the roots to grow to the bottom where the nutrients are stagnant. In this study, the aspect observed was the growth in height of lettuce leaves/day which was calculated manually using a ruler by providing 1 liter of nutrients per each pot at the beginning and providing nutrients once every 3 days thereafter with a volume of 0.28 liters/each pot. The results of this study were an average growth of 0.286 cm/day for all samples or lettuce seedlings from pot 1 to pot 7.

Abstract

Reban Madani Village is one of the expansion villages in the Batu Mekar area, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. Reban Madani Village is a village with a fairly large area of agricultural land, plantations and community forest areas and has several natural tourism sectors so that it has great potential to cultivate trigona honey bees. Trigona honey bee cultivation is one of the creative economy-based community empowerment efforts, which is expected to support and contribute to improving the community's economy in the Batu Mekar village area, especially Reban Madani. This activity aims to develop Trigona honey with business management by initiating the formation of a Trigona honey livestock group with the main step being outreach to the community in Reban Madani Village. With the initial goal of "Community Empowerment Through Socialization and Formation of Trigona Honey Livestock (Tetragonula clypearis) Groups in Reban Madani Lingsar Village" as a supporter of the achievement of Reban Madani Village becoming one of the agro-ecotourism destinations in West Lombok. The target groups for this activity are the local community and the Karang Taruna Group. The results and outputs of the activities after the socialization was carried out, namely that the target community experienced an increase in understanding and skills so that they were able to form Trigona honey cultivation groups. It is hoped that through this activity creative ideas will be generated from the honey cattle groups that have been formed to get good and positive results as initial capital to get new and better livelihoods.

Abstract

Batu Napar Village is in the Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Tempe is a typical Indonesian food made from soybeans. Tempe is a healthy food because it contains various nutrients needed by the body. Tempe has many ingredients such as phosphorus, iron, vitamins B, C, and also anti-oxidants. In Batu Napar Village there are children with cases of stunting and malnutrition. Therefore, the Unram KKNT together with the Batu Napar Village PKK and Posyandu cadres made an innovation in the form of processing tempeh into tempeh brownies as an effort to fulfill nutrition for children and pregnant women through making healthy food. This healthy food counseling and demonstration activity received a very positive response from the community. Many people feel helped by this activity.

Abstract

The Real-Thematic Work Lecture activity was carried out in Gunung Malang Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency which aims to introduce the public to environmental health through managing plastic waste to become ecobricks. This activity is carried out using the descriptive method, this method is more suitable for use because it describes problems that occur in the present or are ongoing. To introduce the community about ecobricks, socialization and training is carried out in each hamlet. Apart from wanting to be more involved with the community, it is hoped that any knowledge that is shared can be conveyed properly.

Abstract

Jenggik Utara is a village located in the Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. Jenggik Utara Village is a village rich in cassava products. Residents generally sell cassava directly in the market at a relatively low price. Based on this case, an idea emerged from the KKN students to process cassava into a modern snack. So that socialization and training on processing cassava into a modern snack are tried and carried out product innovation so that products that have high selling value are formed. The implementation of activities is carried out in a participatory manner where all activities involve partners. The series of activities consists of several stages including socialization, manufacturing training, packaging training, and marketing. The outreach activities that have been carried out were successful. Judging from the level of participation of the invited participants, it was 95% of the total invited participants. In terms of the participants' understanding and enthusiasm regarding the material that has been informed, it can be said to be high. Socialization participants are able to make processed products that are well exemplified. So that the training on making processed cassava products can be declared successful. From the participants showing positive reactions related to product labeling and packaging, they felt optimistic that this could increase the selling value of the product itself and make it more desirable in the market. The success indicator of this marketing activity can be seen from the success of selling products, both online and offline. The implementation of the UNRAM Thematic KKN work program with the theme of Preneur Village which was carried out in Jenggik Utara Village which began with product socialization activities, digital marketing and product launching, product manufacturing training, product packaging training, and product marketing has been well implemented.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is the backbone of the community's economic activities in general. Not only as a source of food for the people every day, but as a source of foreign exchange for the country as well. Karang Bayan Village, which is located in Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency, is an example of a village with a community that until now still relies on the agricultural sector as a life support. This can be seen from the livelihoods of the people, most of whom work as farmers. The commodities planted by Karang Bayan Village farmers are rice, mangosteen, rambutan and durian. The cultivation of these plants does not always run smoothly, one of the factors is the presence of Plant Pest Organisms (OPT). One way to control pests is to use pesticides on plants. Pesticides consist of 2 types, namely chemical pesticides and natural or vegetable pesticides. One example of a plant that can be used as a pesticide is the papaya plant (Carica papaya). Given that papaya leaves are very easy to find and are not put to good use by the Karang Bayan community, the purpose of this service activity is to provide training and assistance in making natural papaya pesticides in Berembeng Timur Hamlet, Karang Bayan Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. Pesticide manufacturing activities This natural pesticide program starts on December 27, 2022 until January 24, 2023. This natural pesticide production and training activity aims to provide information and invite the public to be able to make their own natural pesticides so that they can be used to reduce the number of pests such as fleas on cultivated plants, especially in mangosteen plant.

Abstract

So far, people consider rambutan seeds as unused waste, even though rambutan seeds have many health benefits. The purpose of the activities carried out by UNRAM Integrated KKN students is so that people can utilize rambutan seeds into products that have sales value. This activity was carried out in Karang Bayan Village, Lingsar District, West Nusa Tenggara. The approach used in this activity is Learning by Doing. UNRAM's integrated KKN student team learned by practicing directly how to process rambutan seeds with the tools and materials that had been prepared. This approach is expected to be more effective in achieving the output targets in KKN activities in Karang Bayan Village. The results of the implementation of the Integrated Community Service Program (KKN) activities are able to provide information and innovation about processing rambutan seed waste so that the community is able to process rambutan seed waste into a creative business venture, which is able to show creativity in turning unused waste into a valuable product. In addition, this activity can also be an option to reduce waste, especially rambutan seeds.

Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service activity carried out by tertiary institutions. In the KKN activities carried out in Langko Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok Regency. Student groups carry out activities with the aim of developing village potential. The purpose of carrying out this activity is to develop the potential that exists in the village such as palm sugar and banana-cassava chips as well as carry out services in the fields of education and health. The method used is palm sugar to palm ant sugar, flavors of banana and cassava chips, socialization on prevention of early marriage, clean Friday, healthy Saturday, teaching at tpq, calistung, teaching at school. The results obtained were to help develop the business of making palm ant sugar, increase the reading and numeracy skills of school students, outreach to prevent early marriage, CALISTUNG for the elderly so that they still know letters and numbers can also read and write, help teach the Koran TPQ, Friday is clean so that friendly relations were established by working together, developing a chip business by providing flavor variants and updating packaging and also healthy Saturdays were carried out so that residents in Langko village could maintain good friendships. Apart from that, the Mataram University Integrated KKN group is also involved in various other activities, namely helping prepare food for pregnant women in Langko Village as well as delivering it to their respective homes, posyandu activities and cleaning the village environment. The results of the activities above show that the activities of the Mataramini University Integrated KKN Group have carried out several work programs for the potential that exists in Langko Village related to mapping village potential and developing existing potentials in the fields of MSME, education and health.
