Abstract

Due to digital transformation, MSMEs prefer to use food delivery platforms as a way to enhance their business outcomes and sustainability. Data-driven management systems are used by these platforms to control product visibility, order distribution, and data-based promotions. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze the impact of algorithmic management on the profitability and economic resilience of MSMEs listed on food delivery platforms in Metro City. 30 MSMEs listed on the platform were surveyed in this research. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. With a regression coefficient of 0.438 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), the research results indicate that algorithmic management has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of SMEs. With a regression coefficient of 0.512 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), algorithmic management also has a positive and significant impact on the economic resilience of SMEs. These results show that algorithmic systems enhance operational efficiency, improve market access, and help businesses adapt to changes in the business environment. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the development of literature on digital economy and entrepreneurship. It also offers practical implications for SMEs and policymakers in supporting the digital transformation of SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, organizational commitment, and organizational culture on the job satisfaction of educational staff at Universitas Graha Nusantara Padangsidimpuan. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The population consisted of 52 educational staff members, and a total sampling technique was applied, resulting in 52 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that the work environment, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.779 demonstrates that 77.9% of the variance in job satisfaction is explained by the three independent variables. Among the variables, the work environment was found to be the most dominant factor influencing job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational factors to enhance the job satisfaction of educational staff.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed consumer behavior, including in the coffee industry, which increasingly relies on online ordering applications. This study aims to analyze the influence of Performance Expectancy and Social Influence on Behavioral Intention to use coffee ordering applications among Generation Z in DKI Jakarta, with Attitude Toward Using as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z respondents in DKI Jakarta who have experience using coffee ordering applications and were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that Performance Expectancy and Social Influence have a positive and significant effect on Attitude Toward Using. Furthermore, Attitude Toward Using has a positive and significant effect on Behavioral Intention, while Social Influence does not have a direct effect on Behavioral Intention. The indirect effect analysis shows that Attitude Toward Using mediates the relationship between Performance Expectancy and Behavioral Intention as well as between Social Influence and Behavioral Intention. Overall, this study concludes that users’ attitudes play a crucial role in shaping the intention to use coffee ordering applications among Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of Warung Kapungkur in Bandung, specifically from a marketing perspective. In the midst of intense competition in the modern culinary industry, Warung Kapungkur combines traditional Javanese-Sundanese culinary concepts with digital marketing strategies to attract consumers, particularly students and workers.The research employs a descriptive qualitative and quantitative method through surveys conducted with respondents in the Bandung area. The marketing analysis is performed using the 4P marketing mix approach (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and the Segmenting, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategy.The findings indicate that in terms of Segmentation, the primary target market consists of consumers aged 15–50 who prefer home-cooked meals at affordable prices. Regarding the Product aspect, respondents provided highly positive feedback on consistent taste and hygiene of the menu, such as "nasi ayam kampung" and "kue balok." In terms of Price, the competitive pricing strategy ranging from IDR 2,000 to IDR 20,000 is considered highly suitable for the target market's purchasing power. The Promotion strategy, which integrates nostalgia-themed content on social media (Instagram/TikTok) and Google Maps registration, has proven effective in building brand awareness. Overall, based on the marketing aspect analysis, Warung Kapungkur is declared feasible to operate and possesses sustainable growth potential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keamanan Data Pengguna, Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepercayaan Pengguna untuk Keberlanjutan Bisnis ShopeePay. Populasi yang diteliti adalah pengguna aplikasi ShopeePay yang berada di wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 responden. Untuk menganalisis hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel, digunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Untuk menganalisis hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel, digunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keamanan data dan kualitas layanan merupakan faktor kunci dalam membangun kepercayaan pengguna, yang selanjutnya menjadi fondasi utama dalam menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis layanan dompet digital ShopeePay. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keamanan data pengguna dan kualitas layanan memiliki peran penting dalam membangun kepercayaan pengguna, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada keberlanjutan bisnis ShopeePay

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of rice farming in improving the welfare of farmers in Malulu Village, Dondo Subdistrict, Tolitoli Regency. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The primary informants consisted of five farmers, five members of farmers’ families, and one village head as a supporting informant. The results showed that rice farming makes a tangible contribution to improving farmers’ welfare, both economically and socially. Farmers’ net income per planting season ranged from IDR 11.9 million to IDR 76 million. Rice farming also supports the fulfillment of basic needs such as family consumption, children’s education, home improvement, and savings. In addition, farmers’ participation in farmer groups provides access to production facilities assistance, although technical training remains limited.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of establishing a retail business plan "Shoe Store [benzboysclub__]" from various business aspects. The main focus of the study includes analysis of consumer behavior, marketing strategies, human resources, and financial projections to determine business sustainability amidst dynamic fashion trends. Data was collected through a perception survey of 30 respondents to measure product quality, price, and purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis indicate that consumers highly prioritize comfort, product durability, and complete size availability as the main advantages of a physical store. From a financial aspect, an initial investment of IDR 70,000,000 is projected to reach Break Even Point (BEP) in approximately 7 months with an estimated monthly net profit of IDR 10,000,000. Overall, based on the analysis of market, operational, legal, and financial aspects, this business plan is declared FEASIBLE to be implemented. To increase market reach, the use of an omnichannel sales system and digital stock management is recommended.

Abstract

The growth of the cosmetic industry in Indonesia has intensified brand competition, particularly in lip tint products that are increasingly popular among university students. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions of Barenbliss lip tint among Management Study Program students of the Muhammadiyah University of Bandung. This research employs a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with statistical software. The results indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality also shows a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and is found to be more dominant than brand image. Simultaneously, brand image and product quality significantly affect purchasing decisions for Barenbliss lip tint. These findings suggest that students’ purchasing decisions are strongly influenced by their perceptions of product quality and brand image. Therefore, companies are encouraged to continuously improve product quality and strengthen brand image to enhance consumer purchasing decisions, particularly among students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotional strategies and service quality on customer satisfaction at Ramen AA Majalaya Branch. Increasingly tight competition in the culinary sector requires business actors to implement effective promotional strategies and provide optimal service quality to create customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample of this study was 74 respondents selected by accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 which has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of the study show that promotional strategies have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, promotional strategies and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a more dominant influence than promotional strategies. It can be concluded that effective promotional strategies supported by good service quality are very important to increase customer satisfaction at Ramen AA Majalaya. This research suggests integrating promotional strategies with service quality to create strong synergies for stakeholders.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for concentrate livestock feed at CV Mitra Bumi Berkah. The research background stems from a sales decline anomaly despite the company offering the lowest market price. The methodology employs a quantitative associative approach using purposive sampling with 50 cattle farmers as respondents. Data analysis was conducted via Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS software. Results demonstrate that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 62.4% explains the model's ability to represent the variation in purchasing decisions. Product quality exhibits a more dominant regression coefficient compared to the price variable. These findings imply that farmers are rational actors who prioritize nutritional performance over low prices alone.
