Abstract

Abstract

Fraud remains a persistent threat to organizational stability that has proven insufficient to be addressed solely through technical controls, necessitating a behavioral approach. This study aims to analyze the urgency of ethical leadership in preventing fraud through a descriptive literature analysis. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach, reviewing relevant journal articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results indicate that the urgency of ethical leadership lies in two primary mechanisms: (1) Breaking the chain of "rationalization" within the Fraud Triangle, thereby depriving perpetrators of moral justification for committing fraud ; and (2) Acting as a catalyst for the whistleblowing system by creating psychological safety that encourages employees' courage to report violations. It is concluded that ethical leadership is a strategic foundation that ensures internal control systems function effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze digital marketing strategies and product innovation in increasing the competitiveness of traditional culinary, with a focus on the study of Mr. Yaya's Cassava Tape business in Bandung City. As a cultural heritage product, cassava tape faces significant challenges in maintaining relevance amidst the tight competition of the modern culinary industry and changes in consumer behavior. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a business feasibility study approach that includes aspects of marketing, consumer behavior, and marketing mix analysis. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to customer respondents to map market preferences. The results of the study indicate that although Mr. Yaya's Cassava Tape has quite good customer loyalty, optimization of digital marketing aspects through social media and brand identity updates are very necessary to expand market reach. Furthermore, innovation in packaging and diversification of flavors are key factors in increasing product appeal to the younger generation. This research emphasizes the importance of technology integration in a more structured marketing and financial management system to maintain business sustainability in the era of global competition.

The development of the modern coffee industry encourages business actors to adopt adaptive business models through enhanced operational agility and location flexibility. This study aims to analyze the integration of operational agility and location flexibility in the mobile coffee business model of Ini Kopi in supporting business performance stability and the creation of competitive advantage. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation of the operations of four cart units, and documentation of daily sales data. The findings indicate that operational agility and location flexibility are two strategic factors that are mutually integrated in supporting the performance of the Ini Kopi mobile coffee business model. Through the ability to adjust product variant composition, daily production volume, and adaptive selection of operational locations, the mobile coffee business is able to effectively respond to dynamic market demand. Location flexibility functions as a dynamic capability that strengthens operational agility, enabling the business to reach diverse consumer segments without relying on a single fixed sales point. This study provides a conceptual contribution to the development of MSME research based on business mobility, as well as practical implications for the development of fast-service beverage business models.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of perceived risk and credibility on purchase intention toward concert ticket “war” services, with trust serving as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Form to members of the “SEVENTEEN NEW_ IN JAKARTA SOON” community on the X (Twitter) platform. The community is known for actively sharing concert information, ticketing strategies, and peer-to-peer ticket transactions, making it relevant for representing consumer behavior toward concert ticket third-party services. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique based on specific criteria, involving 105 respondents with a total of 13 indicators covering 4 perceived risk indicators, 4 credibility indicators, 5 trust indicators, and 4 purchase intention indicators. The research instrument used a 5-point Likert scale to measure respondents’ perceptions of each variable indicator. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method, with mediation testing conducted through bootstrapping techniques. The results indicate that credibility has a positive and significant effect on trust and purchase intention, and trust also has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, trust partially mediates the relationship between credibility and purchase intention. In contrast, perceived risk does not have a significant effect on trust or purchase intention, nor does it have an indirect effect on purchase intention through trust. These findings suggest that in the context of K-Pop concert ticket “war” services in Indonesia, credibility and trust play a more dominant role in shaping purchase intention than perceived risk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing purchase decision and repurchase intention in TikTok live shopping. The variables examined include social influence, information quality, and interactivity, using a quantitative research approach. Data were collected through an online survey distributed to respondents who had previously made purchases via TikTok’s live shopping feature. SEM was employed to examine the relationships among variables. The results indicate that information quality and interactivity have a significant positive effect on purchase decision, while interactivity also contributes to repurchase intention. Conversely, social influence shows a negative effect on purchase decision and does not significantly affect repurchase intention. These findings suggest that clear product information and active engagement by live shopping hosts play a crucial role in driving audience conversion. This study contributes theoretically by reinforcing Social Presence Theory and provides practical insights for businesses in developing effective live shopping strategies that emphasize trust, interaction quality, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The expansion of small-scale residential property sectors in Indonesia presents promising investment opportunities yet necessitates comprehensive evaluation to ensure business sustainability. This research aims to analyze business feasibility and manage risk for Rancasari boarding house, Bandung, which operates 6 rooms at Rp 500,000 rental rate per room using sequential explanatory mixed method approach. Feasibility evaluation was conducted through market, technical, legal, and financial aspects analysis employing Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and Break Even Point (BEP) methods, while risk management implemented ISO 31000:2018 framework encompassing identification, analysis, evaluation, and risk treatment. Research findings indicate very high feasibility level with tenant perception score of 4.25, break-even point achieved at 33% occupancy rate, and annual revenue projection of Rp 36,000,000 with capital recovery period of 15-20 years. Risk identification generated seven categories with two high-priority risks namely social resistance from surrounding residents and market competition from competitors requiring mitigation strategies through local community involvement, tenant screening system, and periodic facility maintenance. This research contributes theoretically to integration of feasibility study with international standard-based risk management and provides applicable evaluation model for property sector MSMEs to enhance resilience and competitiveness amid market uncertainty
