Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengurangi tingkat defect serta waste pada proses packing tepung 25 kg di PT. XY menggunakan pendekatan DMAIC dan 5S. Permasalahan utama yang ditemukan adalah tingginya cacat produk berupa lolos label, berat tidak sesuai, gagal jahit, dan karung sobek. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung selama satu shift pada mesin automatic 1–9 dengan total produksi 26.671 karung dan 493 defect. Hasil analisis menunjukkan defect terbesar adalah lolos label sebesar 41%. Perhitungan DPMO menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 4.591 dengan level sigma 4,16 yang mengindikasikan proses belum sepenuhnya stabil. Analisis Pareto dan fishbone mengidentifikasi penyebab dominan berasal dari faktor manusia, mesin, metode, material, dan lingkungan. Usulan perbaikan difokuskan pada peningkatan inspeksi, preventive maintenance, standarisasi SOP, serta penerapan 5S melalui penataan area kerja, pembersihan rutin, dan peningkatan disiplin operator. Implementasi rekomendasi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, stabilitas proses, serta kualitas produk secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of Warung Nasi “Sederhana” in terms of market, operational, and financial aspects. The research method employed is a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through interviews and direct observation of the business owner. Financial feasibility analysis was conducted using Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Benefit Cost Ratio, Break Even Point, and sensitivity analysis methods. The results indicate that Warung Nasi “Sederhana” has a relatively short payback period, a positive NPV value, an IRR higher than the discount rate, and a B/C ratio greater than one. Furthermore, the BEP analysis shows that the sales level has exceeded the break-even point. Sensitivity analysis reveals that the business remains feasible under reasonable revenue declines but is sensitive to increases in operating costs. Therefore, it can be concluded that Warung Nasi “Sederhana” is feasible to operate and develop.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the business feasibility of Muka Bumi Coffee House as a café business operating in East Bandung. The analysis applies a business feasibility study approach covering market and marketing aspects, operational and technical aspects, management and human resource aspects, legal, social and environmental aspects, as well as financial aspects. The research employs a descriptive method with both quantitative and qualitative approaches, utilizing primary data obtained through interviews and direct observations, along with secondary data related to revenue, operational costs, and initial investment. The financial feasibility analysis is conducted using Break Even Point (BEP), Payback Period (PP), and Accounting Rate of Return (ARR) methods. In addition, sensitivity analysis and SWOT analysis are applied to assess the business resilience against changes in sales volume and operational costs, as well as to determine its strategic position in the competitive café industry. The findings indicate that Muka Bumi Coffee House has promising market potential with relatively stable demand, supported by effective operational management and structured business organization. From a financial perspective, the business generates consistent net profit, operates above the break-even point, and demonstrates a relatively short capital recovery period. Overall, the results suggest that Muka Bumi Coffee House is financially and operationally feasible and has sustainable development prospects within the competitive coffee shop industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha Es Pisang Ijo Eskrim sebagai salah satu usaha mikro di sektor kuliner yang berkembang pada masa pascapandemi. Kajian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kelayakan bisnis yang mencakup aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek teknis dan operasional, aspek manajemen dan sumber daya manusia, serta aspek keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder yang berkaitan dengan biaya operasional, pendapatan, serta aktivitas produksi dan pemasaran usaha. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C), dan Break Even Point (BEP), yang diperkuat dengan analisis SWOT dan analisis sensitivitas untuk menilai ketahanan usaha terhadap perubahan kondisi ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Es Pisang Ijo Eskrim memiliki potensi pasar yang cukup besar dengan tingkat permintaan yang relatif stabil, didukung oleh proses produksi yang sederhana dan biaya operasional yang rendah. Dari aspek keuangan, usaha ini menghasilkan nilai NPV positif, tingkat IRR yang tinggi, serta periode pengembalian modal yang singkat, sehingga secara keseluruhan usaha dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan dan memiliki prospek pengembangan yang berkelanjutan sebagai usaha mikro di sektor kuliner.

Abstract

Ethical leadership is an important concept in the study of leadership and organizational behavior because it plays a role in shaping organizational values, norms, and behavior. Although research on ethical leadership continues to evolve, the existing literature shows a diversity of focuses, methodological approaches, and organizational contexts being studied. This condition causes the understanding of the direction of ethical leadership studies to become fragmented. This research aims to map the main focus of the discussion, the research approach used, and the organizational context in the study of ethical leadership through the scoping literature review approach. Data were obtained from Google Scholar using the keywords "ethical leadership" AND organization, "ethical leadership" AND organizational context, , "ethical leadership" AND organizational behavior, "ethical leadership" AND organization, and limited to publications for the period 2018-2024. Based on the systematic selection process, 14 scientific articles were obtained. The mapping results show that the study of ethical leadership is dominated by quantitative empirical research with a focus on the formation of organizational culture and climate and its influence on employee attitudes and behaviors. The organizational context studied is diverse, including the public, private, service, and social sectors. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the trends in the study of ethical leadership and identifies research gaps for further research development.

Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the service system at Abatasa Pakupatan Barbershop by applying the concept of queuing theory. The problems that emerged came from customer complaints regarding long waiting times when the number of visitors increased, as well as limited seating facilities because the service process was only handled by one barber. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive analytical approach. Data collection was carried out through direct observation by recording customer arrival times and service duration. Data analysis used a Single Channel Single Phase queuing model with a First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) service rule. The results showed that the average customer arrival rate reached 25 people per day, while the service capacity was 30 people per day. The service facility utilization rate was recorded at 83.34%, with the chance of a server not serving a customer at 16.67%. The average number of customers waiting in the queue was around 4 people, with an average waiting time of 10 minutes, and the total time customers were in the system was around 12 minutes. Based on these findings, Abatasa Barbershop is advised to improve the quality and standards of service and carry out innovations to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty amidst increasingly competitive business competition.

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan merupakan isu strategis yang memerlukan sinergi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat, terutama di daerah perbatasan seperti Kabupaten Merauke. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tata kelola ketahanan pangan melalui kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah dan komunitas lokal. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pemerintah daerah, tokoh masyarakat, kelompok tani, serta observasi lapangan dan studi dokumentasi kebijakan terkait. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model analisis interaktif dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan tata kelola ketahanan pangan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kolaborasi yang partisipatif dan berbasis kearifan lokal. Peran pemerintah melalui penyediaan sarana produksi, pelatihan, dan koordinasi antar-OPD penting, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala infrastruktur dan integrasi data. Kontribusi komunitas lokal, termasuk praktik tradisional, sistem gotong royong, dan pengelolaan pangan adat, menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjaga ketersediaan dan keberlanjutan pangan. Penelitian ini menyarankan penguatan forum koordinasi lintas sektor, integrasi kebijakan formal dengan praktik lokal, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan pengembangan sistem informasi pangan terpadu sebagai strategi efektif untuk ketahanan pangan yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif di wilayah perbatasan

Abstract

Residential and agricultural pressures along the Pemurus River are suspected to degrade its water quality. This study aims to (1) assess the water quality of the Pemurus River based on the Class II water quality standards stipulated in Government Regulation (PP) No. 22 of 2021 on Environmental Protection and Management, and (2) determine the river’s pollution level using the Pollution Index. A quantitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach was employed. Water samples were collected at three observation points using purposive sampling and the grab sampling technique. The analyzed parameters covered physical, chemical, and biological aspects. The measurement results were compared with the Class II water quality standards of PP No. 22/2021 and further evaluated using the Pollution Index to determine the pollution status. The results indicate that temperature, TDS, pH, and nitrate met the required standards, while total coliform significantly exceeded the permissible limit, indicating serious microbiological contamination. The Pollution Index values ranged from 1.90 to 3.26, classifying all sampling points as lightly polluted, with pollution loads increasing from upstream to downstream. These findings highlight the need for pollution control through improved sanitation and better management of domestic wastewater.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong transformasi sistem evaluasi pembelajaran melalui penerapan asesmen digital sebagai bentuk penilaian berbasis teknologi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep, implementasi, serta tantangan dan dampak asesmen digital terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Asesmen digital dipahami sebagai proses evaluasi yang memanfaatkan perangkat dan platform daring untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, serta pengelolaan data hasil belajar. Dibandingkan dengan asesmen konvensional, asesmen digital menawarkan keunggulan berupa efisiensi waktu, otomatisasi penilaian, kemudahan analisis data, serta pemberian umpan balik yang cepat dan akurat. Implementasinya di sekolah dan perguruan tinggi dilakukan melalui berbagai Learning Management System (LMS), Google Form, dan aplikasi evaluasi berbasis teknologi lainnya dengan strategi yang disesuaikan pada capaian pembelajaran. Meskipun demikian, penerapannya masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital, serta isu keamanan data. Secara keseluruhan, apabila diterapkan secara terencana dan didukung kesiapan sumber daya, asesmen digital berpotensi meningkatkan objektivitas, transparansi, dan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fear of missing out (FOMO), product design, and price on purchasing decisions for MINISO products in Samarinda. The research employed a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had made purchases at MINISO. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25, supported by instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that fear of missing out, product design, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly influence purchasing decisions with an F-value of 28.654 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.472, indicating that 47.2% of purchasing decisions are influenced by these variables, while the remaining 52.8% are affected by other factors beyond the scope of this study. The study concludes that price is the strongest factor influencing purchasing decisions; therefore, companies need to implement pricing strategies aligned with product value and quality to strengthen competitiveness and enhance consumer purchasing decisions.
